- Stefan (10/5): Wunderschönes Hotel mit super Service und bester Lage. - Das sehr freundliche Personal und die wirklich wunderschönen Zimmer. Die Lage ist auch absolut fantastisch. In wenigen Schritten steht man vor dem "Goldenen Dachl". Die gesamte Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist zwar nicht das günstigste, aber die reichhaltige Auswahl und die Qualität rechtfertigt den Preis auf jeden Fall.

- Elena (5/5): would not stay there again - Great location and a clean room. Arrogant attitude from the reception staff. A €100 deposit was withheld for a 1-day stay without any clear explanation, just “these are the rules.” At check-out, we were told that the tourist tax had to be paid, otherwise the deposit would not be refunded, which felt inappropriate and disrespectful. 😁The room looks spacious in the photos, but in reality it is quite small. There was no hallway as shown in the photos — just a narrow 2-meter passage leading directly into a room with a bed.

Wir hatten zu viert ein Zimmer gebucht und das Zimmer hatte eine tolle Grösse für mehrere Personen. Unser Gepäck konnten wir unkompliziert einlagern, bis unser Zug zurück nach Hause fuhr.

- Adrienne (8/5): Excellent centralised location with great beds and lovely views from the upper floors - The Hotel was about a ten-minute walk from the train station, easy to find and directly off the main pedestrian street close to all the stores, restaurants, parks and funiculaire for the "top of Innsbruck" train. The room and bed were great, and we had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. As much as the location made life easier, it also brought us closer to noisy passersby. I like having a window open, so that was a drag. But the hotel isn't responsible for that! If the windows are closed it's fine.

- CaffeinatedExplorer (10/5): Unbeatable views in the heart of Innsbruck! - Stage12 is perfectly situated on Maria-Theresien-Straße, one of Innsbruck's most vibrant streets. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the train station, tram stops, and all the major tourist landmarks. We stayed in a Mountain View room and were absolutely mesmerized; waking up to snow-capped peaks right from our bed was unforgettable. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-designed, and the bathroom was spotless. To top it off, the breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, and the staff were consistently courteous and helpful. Highly recommended for a comfortable and scenic stay!

The bathroom was not very clean and the tub shower head was broken. It sprayed water everywhere so we could not use it for the kids. The shower was okay but not a great option for littles.

Das Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts von Freitag bis Sonntag nicht gereinigt, Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Das Hotel hat kein Restaurant, ist daher wohl eher als Motel einzustufen. Das Hotel hat im EG eine Bar, als Hausgast konnte man aber trotzdem keinen Platz bekommen.
