They have a restaurant that serves both veg and non veg, so we were not comfortable checking the restaurant. Location is very close to Guruvayoor temple and accessible. Food.

• S (3/5): Poor - Nothing The staff was not all co operative. We had booked 3 rooms for 7 guests. But our plan was changed and we were only 5 guest. The hotel was not ready to cancel one room. Atleast we wanted to cancel the extra bed we had booked but the hotel staff was very rude he was not ready to cancel the extra bed also. The rooms very also bad. The suite room door card was not working they gave us a key. The key was so thight we were unable to operate. Everytime to open the door we had to call the staff. The total experience was very disgusting. It's not worth it. Finally we had to pay for one room which we didn't use. The sad part is there were many people coming and enquiring for the room availablity they could have given our room and adjusted our money. But they were least bothered.

• Anoop (7/5): Good stay but over priced - Room was spacious. Clean bathroom. Good amenities like A/C, TV and wifi. Location is close to. East nada entrance with walking time of 7-10 mins along a pavement. The A/C did not work part of the morning due to ower outage. The door knob was hard to lock and unlock. It took several tries. The wifi cuts off after few mins of usage. I had to pay 1200 more than booking.com due to tax and commissions, which is totally ridiculous.

• Hidash (7/5): Short nice stay - The check-in process hassle free and the staff were very helpful. Property had enough parking lots available which is really helped in Guruvayoor. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast options were limited and not buffet.

There should have been a door in between. without which even though it is a family it looks little awkward. two elderly couple having diff sleep timings . it was not comfortable. I hope the management decides quickly and provide at least a nice sliding door.

When asked got the reply that they will sent through mail. But till time not received No bill for the stay was provided
