• GABRIELLE (10/5): Perfect Stay Near Ankara Train Station - This hotel was in the perfect location near the train station. The staff - Esref, Hasan, Faruk and Sakir were so helpful, with my bag and they also rang a few currency exchange places so I could get the one I needed. I wouldn't have been able to find it without them! They all were so kind and helpful. A lovely hotel, with great staff in the perfect location! I highly recommend this hotel😊 Nothing.

• Weronika (5/5): Old and dirty. Only good thing is the friendly stuff and proximity to the train station. - It was very close to the train station and the staff was very friendly and polite. It was dirty. There were hair on the bathroom floor, under the shower, and on the bed. There were also toothpaste stains in the bathroom and the room walls were dirty, splashed with something. The TV was hung crookedly and at some point it fall. The room smelled of cigarettes, as well as the bedsheets and we were there with an infant..

The shower room isn't designed for taking shower: there isn't partition glass or plastic wall for separating shower from the toilet, so all the water ends up on the floor.

Because when we opened the blanket to lay on the bed there was already hair under the bed covers as well as the pillowcases.

The bathroom was in reasonable condition with soap dispensers for shampoo etc. The self service breakfast had a good selection of food including cooked items. The WiFi worked well my Some wear and tear in the room. Cleanliness is a bit lacking in the bathroom.

• Elif (7/5): Quelque petit défaut mais excellent établissement tout de même - Assez bien placé, le Ankaray est hyper pratique pour ce promener en ville. Le petit dej est bon et varié. La Clim orientée sur le lit donne froid très vite mais est tout de même indispensable et la cabine de douche sans porte est assez déstabilisante, ce n’est pas évident de ne pas mettre de l’eau partout (heureusement ça sèche vite)

• Ceranowski (7/5): - Spory wybór jedzenia na sniadanie, klimatyzacja w pokoju Ostatniego dnia pobytu (03.08.) po południu zaczęło strasznie śmierdzieć na korytarzu i ten smród przeniósł się także do naszego pokoju, mimo że otworzyliśmy okno i klimatyzacja była włączona to długo zeszło zanim przestało smierdzieć, chcieliśmy zgłosić ten fakt na recepcję ale nikogo akurat nie bylo, ale w okolicach recepcji takze było czuć ten zapach, nie udało nam się także zgłosić tego poprzez telefon w pokoju.W łazience widać było pod prysznicem zacieki i najprawdopodobniej pleśń

They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Special thanks to the front desk team and housekeeping — always smiling and ready to help. The space of the rooms was a bit small, and the bathrooms didn’t have a bidet (shattaf), which was a bit inconvenient.

• EMILIO (5/5): ACEPTABLE - El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, en una zona con muchos servicios (bares, tiendas, restaurantes...), y tiene buena conexión de transporte público., además muy cerca de la estación de tren. Está muy limpio y en buenas condiciones de mantenimiento. El personal correcto. Estancia de dos noches. Hubo dos hechos no positivos. El segundo día no limpiaron la habitación. Preguntado en recepción me dijeron que lo tenía que haber solicitado a lo que contesté que eso no es correcto porque en la web del hotel se oferta el servicio diario de habitaciones sin especificar ese requisito. A continuación me dijeron que no se hace si hay clientes dentro de la habitación, algo incorrecto porque salimos temprano de la misma y estaba vacía para poder ser limpiada, tras esto el empleado me pregunto qué podía hacer por mi al no tener otro argumento. En segundo lugar solicitamos un desayuno para llevar ya que dejábamos el hotel muy temprano para coger el avión y el horario de desayuno es más tarde. Nos garantizaron que así sería pero la mañana de irnos no tenían nada preparado y sobre la marcha quisieron hacerlo, algo que rechazamos porque el taxi ya lo teníamos esperando en la puerta del hotel. El desayuno estaba incluído en la tarifa.

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Sehr kleines Zimmer für den Preis. Random wurde die Karte ausgeschaltet zum öfnen. Der Lift wurde von Putzfrauen blockiert obwohl er nicht genutzt wird für die nächsten Stunden.

• Tattybubu (10/5): - Отель чистый, тихий, спокойный, то я-то мне нужно было. Было очень тихо, выспалась в этом отеле. Расположение норм для меня, можно на такси доехать за 200 лир от Станции метро Кызылай. Не далеко от Аниткабира-700 метров. Сотрудники отеля отзывчивые, помогли с заказом такси.
• Emir (9/5): Great for visiting the city and its surroundings - Neat accommodation near the city center and Metro (about 8 minutes of normal walking). Great for visiting the surrounding attractions. Everything is very clean. Free parking is in front of the hotel. The pictures correspond to the actual condition.The breakfast is quite good.
• Zsuzsanna (8/5): - Korrekt szàlloda, kedves személyzet. Az egyik szobában, bizonyára átmeneti meghibásodás de csatorna szag volt. Nem volt főzött kávé a reggelinél csak nescafé. Időnként valaki talàn egy màsik vendég dohànyzott és emiatt a folyósón cigaretta szag volt...mondjuk egész Törökországban mindenhol dohànyoznak

• Oleksii F. (4/5): Great location and comfort, but poor Wi-Fi and service. - I liked the location — close to parks, the train station, grocery stores, and restaurants. The room was spacious and well-designed, and we appreciated the complimentary water in the fridge. The staff were polite. The breakfast was poor and repetitive each day. None of the staff spoke English, not even basic words like "towel" or "breakfast." Some of the towels marked as "clean" had hair on them, and we had to request replacements. 😐 The worst part was the Wi-Fi — it didn’t work on our floor during the entire stay. When we raised the issue, the staff said it was a "technical problem" and couldn’t be fixed. They offered us a lower-quality room (no jacuzzi, no terrace) just to get Wi-Fi, but we declined. No further support or apology was offered — the staff didn’t seem to care.

• Dmitry (7/5): Good for short stay - Spacious, good location, clean 5th floor where we were staying had a leak on the ceiling when heavy rain…sewer smell in the bathroom was not pleasant
