• Shinichi (10/5): 長期滞在コンド - 35平米をひとつの部屋で使う広々とした間取りは解放感抜群です。しかもお値段が半分くらいの広さの部屋のホテルと同じぐらい。 ホテルのようなサービスはないけれども、自分で管理できる人にはおすすめです。 フィリピンあるあるで、中間階移動(35Fから12Fとか)の謎の移動をするお客が多いのでエレベーターの待ち時間が長いです。部屋からホテルの玄関まで10分以上掛かるのでそれがやな人は低層のロスマンとかの方がいいです

• Steven (2/5): Serena's house - dont ! - The room was simply awful, the mirror was filthy, bathroom surfaces dotted with cigarette burns and lots of clubs on the road so it it very noisy. The only saving grace wasnthe ac was so loud it blocked some outside out. This is not a hotel, its a room claimed by someone in a larger hotel. Booked 2 nights, left after 1.

• Avishai (10/5): Recommend!!! - I had a great time, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Very clean, nice location, and very nice pool. Eden and Nora at the reception were very helpful, and kind and accommodated my needs.

• Anthony (6/5): In need of refurbishment - The accommodation is in a good spot close to Robinsons Mall. Suermarket and Korean restaurants right outside. Close to Mabini Street. We were on the 22nd floor wth great views of Manila. The facilities of the apartment are dated and in need of a refurbishment. A touch of pInt here and there plus modern furniture wouls make this place great. The price for our stay was very reasonable but i think iwould be happy to pay more if the rooms are modernised with better decoration.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Needs Attention - The pros: Safe location, many restaurants surrounding, karaoke surrounding, friendly desk and security all helpful, the host will have someone greet you and help with bags but after that you are on your own. Washer, blackout curtains, very quiet you don't breally hear much from street or ourside the apartment, airconditioned so you stay comfy. And plenty of fans and the window. Soap and shampoo in bathroom. Pool on 7th floor. There is a wine opener and a bottle opener and hair dryer. The cons: The tv turns on yet didn't work at all as could not get a signal. I contacted the host and no response the entire time. I have a foreign number so I don't have data to call international so I needed to use email. No additional toilet paper provided and the roll was almost gone upon arrival. You can feel the coils in the old mattress, they are very painful and loud as if they've got lot of mileage on them. I chose to sleep on the couch which was barely comfortable but did the trick. The microwave is on top of fridge but no plug there. You need to move it to a plug and move it back before you leave The shower curtain is filthy with black mold at bottom. Needs replacing. Many ugly burn marks in the bathroom. Bathroom is needing an update. Walls are needing cleaining or fresh paint. There are very limited utensils one plate one bowl one glass one cup one fork one spoon. No laundry soap but its just inconvenient as you can go to 711. No toaster,or rice maker. No iron for clothes.

Was there with my fiancee, the front desk called at 11pm said a guest was there for me, i go down to the lobby and she already sent the lady upstairs without me knowing (i passed the lady in the elevator) the front desk says she already went up i get back to my room and this girl is punching in the code to my room...Imagine the explaining i had to do to my fiancee that they sent a streetwalker to my room! Unacceptable.

Thus, we were always guessing as to whether our reservation was fully acknowledged. Poor communication between Serena's and its client. It was not our fault.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - このホテルは何度か宿泊しましたが今回最悪でした。皆さんの参考になればと思い記載します。 ①チェックアウトは午前9時以降しか出来ない。 　9時の飛行機に搭乗するために午前７時にチェックアウトの電話をした所、9時にならないと事務所が開かない。デポジットの3000ペソも返せないと清掃員の女性に言われました。この女性、わからない。知らないばかり。Expediaの予約票にも書いていません。逃げたと思われたくなく、女性を連れて部屋をチェックしてもらい車で空港へ。帰国後にExpediaに苦情の電話をして、現在、返金請求中。 ②無料wifiは無し。 チェックインの際に違うフロアのwifiに接続するよう指定あり。しかし、接続が悪い。事務所に電話もかからない。何度も24階の事務所に苦情に出向いた結果、貴方の部屋のプロバイダの料金を支払っていないので接続出来なかった。いま、支払ったので接続出来ます。おいおい、俺には故障と言っただろう。ここは顧客サービスも何もありません。

I didn’t like that there’s no hot water in the shower and Area is situated in the red district. It’s a noisy area. I had a jet lag so it was ok but if you want to sleep in,you can’t because of the noise inside in the hallway and outside in the streets. Overall,the price is okay but it’s just an ordinary place to stay,nothing to be excited about😁. At least my family was able to visit me during the day. Thank you.
• Verified traveler (2/5): 最悪最低worst hotel - 今まで泊まったホテルで最悪のサービス。夜到着したが、私の部屋はないと管理人が言う。どうにか交渉して宿泊が可能となった。食事をとって戻ってくるとカギが開かず、管理人も私もオーナーに何度も電話するが取らない。パスポートは部屋にあるため他のホテルに宿泊することもできない。非常に困ったが、最終的には管理人の助けで別のホテルに宿泊した。翌日、すでにカギは開いていたが宿泊代の返金はしないという。相手理由なのに不誠実極まりない。帰国すると、オーナーからSorry for what happened to our door knob. Sorry again sir.とメッセージがある。再度hotels.com経由で抗議するが、 私が悪いという。結局hotels.comが責任の一端を取ってくれた。最も悪質であった。マラテの重慶マンション。

• Jean-Marc (10/5): A SMALL CUTE ROOM IN XI MEN DING TAIPEI (TAIWAN) - La chambre est très sympa, décorée avec des poissons, bateaux, ancres, oiseaux, mer, coquillages; On ne se sent pas dans un hôtel , mais dans la chambre d un (e) amie; TOut fonctionne, WIFI, TV, Air conditionné et eau chaude; VICKY vous guide pour arriver à la chambre de l' AEROPORT , au METRO jusqu'à la chambre avec toutes les explications, conseils, et PHOTOS et adresses pour se diriger….Elle est constamment en ligne pour tout probléme; Le seul bémol est que je ne l'ai JAMAIS vu pour la remercier; A 100 metres de la chambre, on se retrouve en plein XI MEN DING quartier hyper touristique de Taipei, rue pietonne, restaurant, MRT, bref, une excellente adresse pour un très bon rapport qualité prix !!!!

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Apartment was located near many different kind of restaurants and bars. The down side is that the nearby residents would party during the night and come back in the middle of night, making all kind of noises. We were often awaken by them slamming doors and yelling in the hallway. Other than that, we slept pretty well in the apartment. The apartment was spacious. The AC unit worked great and we had hot showers every day. The pool was located on the 7th floor and was pretty nice. The kitchenette could use some TLC. I would add a small microwave and extra dishes (we were 3 guests and only have 2 coffee cups and 2 forks). Could add glasses and a small frying pan as well. We ate out during our stay so it didn't bother us too much but I just want to point this out for other potential renters.

• michael (2/5): - Serena accepted my reservation request, took my payment, issued me a confirmation & THEN said they could not accommodate me, so I'd have to book elsewhere. THEN, they refused to refund all my money. So I have to protest to expedia and file a complaint with my credit card. Which is an immense pain in the butt. NEVER STAY HERE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Living on the edge - Spent 3 days with family in Manila. The room is large, and it is just one room. There was no balcony, and no washing machine. The stove was a single electric burner, and they had to bring utensils to add to the collection in the room. It is not a full size ref either. The wifi is good. The tv selection is terrible, only one english channel, but fortunately that is a movie channel. The mattresses have pretty much given up the ghost, and probably should be replaced. The condo is about 10 yrs old at least, and shows signs of age. The shower is great, wish I could have taken that with me. However, there were a lot of bugs in the bathroom, and they really came out at night, which made sleeping a little difficult. No hair dryer, but it did have a ceiling fan and a portable fan. This is one large room, it has no separation walls. We stayed in the quadruple room. The pool is nice , as is the workout rooms. The location is about 148 pesos from the bus station in Pasay. Robinson is about 10 minute walk away, and the train is about 15-20 minutes away. I am writing this as I remember it, so it will seem a bit disjointed. The bidet was broken. The exhaust fan is at the top of the ceiling, so when you cook, you will have the smell there for quite a long time. The room itself is clean though. SO to summarize, it had a lot more in the negative column, then the positive. This condo is about 26 floors up. I would say the main problems were bugs, mattress, and no tv to really enjoy.

• Simon (10/5): Great self contained studio Value Plus for Money - This was a great find - good location near the bay walk, surrounded by restaurants, bars and karaoke. Excellent value for money, studio apartment with great view, self contained and wifi included. Only negative, a few noisy guests one night and wifi can be slow at times. Overall for the price you can't go wrong!

Nice and spacious room with washing machine provided, very pleased with everything. The room I stayed is a bit of outdated but can't ask too much as the whole building is a bit tired.
• ronh582 (10/5): Good serviced appartment in a good location - This is more of a serviced apartment than an hotel and there is cooking facilities and even a washing machine. The bed is better than you will find in most Philippine hotels at this price. The room does not get cleaned every day which is not a problem to me and there is not a 24 hour reception desk.. The thing that I did find worrying that there is a good electronic lock on the door which is good for security but there is also the old style hotel door lock that you push the button on the inside and this locks the door but the problem is there is no key so if you forget and lock the door this way accidentally then without a 24 hour reception then you have a big problem.
• karen (8/5): Nice condo - Very nice place. Easy access to the mall, airport and clubs. Nice host. I really recomend this unit to my friends. And if i come back to the philippines. Surely i will stay again there.
