- NATALIA (10/5): - Отличное место, рядом с парком в который мы собственноти приехали. И 10 лет нащад здесь останавливались и в 2021году. Номер осень скромный, но всё что надо есть. Персонал очень вежливый и доброжелательный. Приедем ещё.
- Liudmila (10/5): Очень хороший отель - Очень хороший отель. Чисто, комфортно. Завтрак не очень разнообразный, но голодными не останетесь. (Хотелось бы чтобы на завтраке присутствовали яйца (вареные или омлет). В шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей г. Пушкин. До Павловска 10 минут на машине. В самом отеле есть кафе, выбор блюд скудноватый, и, если меню вас не устроит, в шаговой доступности много разных кафе и ресторанов с разнообразной кухней и на любой кошелек. Минус - Мы проживали в номере категории "стандарт", халаты и тапочки предоставляются только при оплате посещения СПА, для отеля такого уровня могли бы тапочки и бесплатно предоставлять. В целом отель очень понравился.
- Valeria (10/5): Наше пребываете в гостинице. - Отличная гостиница -красивая, чистая, удобная в неоклассическом стиле. Все со вкусом. Очень понравилась атсосфера пушкинской эпохи. Номера, бассейн, спа, ресторан прекрасно оборудованы, очень чистые. Нам все очень понравилось.
- IGOR (6/5): - Расположение отеля очень хорошее. Сам отель красивый и комфортабельный. Есть бесплатная парковка. Завтраки очень хорошие. Были в прошлом году в люксе, все великолепно. В этом году был номер Стандарт - маловат. Были разочарованы двухместным номером. Кровать маленькая, кондиционер есть, но шумит и дует, как самолет! На ночь оставить невозможно! Заселили вовремя, но номер оказался неубранным...

- ELENA (8/5): - Отличное расположение, чисто , уютно. Но включённый в стоимость завтрак вовсе не « шведский стол», да к тому же весьма удовлетворительный и на фоне двух громко говорящих телевизоров снижает положительное впечатление от гостиницы
- Gennady (4/5): Единственный плюс - расположение - Равнодушие и безразличие сотрудников на ресепшн и столовой ( рестораном это не назовёшь) испортило все впечатление от этого заведения. Единственный плюс - расположение.
- Marina (10/5): Отечество нам Царское Село!! - Прекрасное расположение отеля, рядом Екатерининский парк, рядом с отелем продуктовый магазин. Комната просторная, удобные и мягкие кровать и кровать-диван для ребёнка. Есть холодильник, два стола. Жаль, что нет чайника. Простынь на диван для ребёнка была по краям порвана, это не очень хорошо. Завтрак шведский стол, достаточно хороший. В целом всё очень понравилось. Рекомендую.

- alisonbP303FR (8/5): Great location for Catherine Palace - Stayed here for one night whilst on an organised tour. Nice little hotel well situated about 10 mins walk to Catherine Palace and restaurants etc. Room was quaint, bed and pillows were very comfortable and shower was hot. Breakfast was ok but no edible eggs or bacon but nice porridge and pancakes. Shame we had no time to try and spa facilities
- Kaffstravel (4/5): Quiet room in Pushkin - I stayed here for 1 night on my Exodus Moscow to St Petersburg trip. I was given a double room all to myself, which was ideal for me. The bed and pillow were both very comfortable, ensuring I slept very well each night. The bathroom had a powerful shower, which stayed hot throughout my stay. The free wifi could be easily accessed from my room and in all public places of the hotel. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, including pancakes, bread, cold meats, fruit juices and great coffee. There are also large water dispensers in a few different areas of the hotel where you can refill water bottles for free. The hotel is in an ideal location for visiting Catherine Palace and exploring the town. I would stay here again if I find myself back in Pushkin as the location is ideal and the rooms very comfortable!

- James (8/5): Nice place, maybe one of the best in Pushkin but? - Probably an upper level hotel for Pushkin, we found it acceptable. Receptionist at desk was always friendly and helpful. The cafe was OK - blini with red caviar recommended. And they froth milk really well to make your own machiatto. A little bit noisy on the weekend night due to some sort of military party and the drunken party goers after 1 or 2 in the morning.
- anilt413 (10/5): Amazing hotel & great stay - Great stay in Moscow. You are literally across the street from red square and Lenin’s tomb. Breakfast was buffet style and they have good coffee. The bed was comfortable and in general it was quiet. The hotel has a faded soviet feel to it which was actually quite interesting. If you stay here Dr zhivago’s restaurant in the hotel is popular and across the street to your left at the end of the block containing the four seasons hotel, you will find a really nice Uzbek restaurant.
- ggold113 (6/5): Multiple buildings - We were in a street facing building that did not have an elevator. They did have a man help up with our suitcases up the three flights of stairs. There is a bridge that connects the building to the main building but it was on the second floor. BE AWARE, the doors to exit the building are locked unless the receptionist is present. In our case until until 9 am. Not sure this is safe because, in the case of an emergency, I doubt you'd remember to use the bridge on the second floor.

- sasalan999 (8/5): Nice hotel, poor food - A really nice warm, comfortable and spacious hotel with leisure facilities. Spacious rooms and bathrooms and helpful reception staff. Had dinner at hotel though and to be honest this was the worst food I had in 8 days in various Russian cities. Food was poor, very small portion, served cold and mostly inedible. I recommend the hotel, perhaps just eat out instead though.
- AtivAtivAtiv (6/5): A functional 3 stars. - Positive aspects: clean, easy access to Catherine's Palace and friendly staff. Negative: awful breakfast with extremely loud Tv playing. Fun curious aspect: the local Russians use the hotel for parties and weddings so you get to see a lot of their traditions for real. Super curious aspect: there is a mega funny bowling area on the basement that looks like a 1970 s discotheque. There is also a Sauna and I saw many guests walking around the hotel on their white robes so I assume that Russian families and couples like it very much. 3 star hotel and fun to watch people!Family safe athmosphere.

- cecilia_racp (10/5): Welcoming hotel - I did not stay overnight at this hotel but I wish to report the warm hospitality that was provided to us for about five hours today. It was our first day in St Petersburg and we waited in the lobby bar for three hours before our meeting took place in the lovely restaurant. All staff we attempted communication with made us at ease, even though most did not seem confident to speak English. We were straight away offered a menu in English and even though the bar did not advertise free wifi when we asked for the password they were happy to allow us access. We only tasted cakes, tea and beer/wine but everything was pleasing. By the way, the hotel Natali was named after the much-loved wife of Pushkin, so we were told. It as so easy to bring in our suitcases using the ramps up to the main door. Hotel staff called a taxi for us at the end of the meeting. They were extremely obliging. If we came back I would feel at home returning to this place.
- W_Hanne (8/5): Friendly, clean and nice - Stayed here for one Night. The only ok hotel in town. As every russian hotel, it is overpriced. It is a nice place to stay. The restaurant is good, parking ok. Rooms very good, we stayed in the best kategori. Bed is good. Nothing to complain about.
- Spzjlb (8/5): Great little place to stay in Pushkin near the Catherine Palace - I was invited to St Petersburg to visit the nearby agricultural university in Dec 2013 and my hosts booked me into this hotel. It is in a safe, residential area within walking distance of shops, restaraunts and the Catherine Palace. Though I was always with my hosts, it felt like a very safe and tranquil area versus downtown St Petersburg. My hosts were young females and they both walked everywhere on their own. It is located a good 20 min from central St Petersburg and I was driven by colleagues - I don't know how useful the metro system is. The hotel has a great restaraunt area with a simple but very good selection for breakfast. I am surprised at the grumpy comments here regarding the food - relative to North American chains, this hotel is far more pleasant interns to the ambiance and food quality! The room is small but functional with great lights, lots of storage and a modern albeit tiny bathroom. Impeccable! My only complaint is that some of my dirty towels were taken and not replaced even after going without for several days - I didn't ask the front desk for replacements as most of the workers did not speak my languages (English, French) and I am not functional in Russian. It was weird to me that the superbly cleaned rooms ere not checked to ensure that the basic towels were not replaced - since there was only a bath mat, bath towel, hand towel and facecloth - which is sufficient but necessary - I wish that I didn't need to ask for assistance on such a basic thing. That said, I was jjust too tired in the evenings to ask the front desk... Still, the hotel is great and highly recommended." For a lovely stay in the Pushkin area.
- DublinIrelandPeter (8/5): Good friendly hotel - I was on business in Pushkin and the hotel was recommended to me. It is a good hotel, with excellent facilities better than I expected, spa, bowling to name some of the things to do. My room was on the small side and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. The hotel has good wifi which for me is very important. It is a clean hotel with friendly staff,a small challenge is some of them had no English. The food was very good and the bar has a friendly and convivial atmosphere.
- AnnieClarke1979 (8/5): Friendly reception, lots of great facilities. - Stayed here for one night, whilst touring Russia. Warm reception and clean rooms. There are lots of great facilities at the hotel including spa and small pool. There is also a bowling alley! Be warned that there isn't a lift, but represents good value for money in russia. Ask for a room away from the road as this can get very busy and noisy very early on the morning.
- kristinak915 (6/5): Quite OK - We stayed in a family room in the old part of the hotel. Our room had a comfortable double bed and also a sofa, a fridge, a safe, minibar, WiFi, a TV (with only Russian channels) and an OK bathroom. The room was on the first floor facing the street and we also had a balcony with a table and a couple of chairs. The traffic was quite loud also late at night as the road seems to have some through-traffic. There is no air-conditioning so we had to leave a window open at night as it was quite warm when we were there. There is also a fan if you prefer the noise from a fan. The staff was very friendly and helpful but some of them spoke very little English. The breakfast was OK but not much more and you could also have lunch and dinner in the restaurant. The location is very good if you want to visit the palaces - they are within walking distance. There are a couple of minimarkets not far away from the hotel and also a department store and some other small shops. There is a spa in the hotel which we never went to but there were bathrobes in the room which were nice to cuddle up in. If I go back to Pushkin I would not hesitate to stay there again.
- TMN_11 (8/5): Quiet hotel next to Ekaterininsky park - This nice hotel is situated in 5-10 minutes slow walk to Ekaterininsky park and palace and 20 minutes to Alexandrovsky palace. It has a car parking in its yard, nice spa center with 3 different saunas and swimming pool (it was included into room price for us). Also room price includes breakfast that is not something special but quite ok for a morning meal. Rooms are not too big, but contain everything you need - TV, safe, fridge, wardrobe and sofa. Price is quite average for Saint Petersburg. Plenty of different cafes are situated in a walking distance. Receptionists are very friendly and ready to give you advices about places to go. What is good about the location - it is quiet during evenings (in contrast to many touristic places in big Saint Petersburg), it is in about 30-40 minutes drive to Peterhof with its fountains and also 20-30 minutes drive to the center of Saint Petersburg (without traffic jams). I would recommend it to those who travels with kids by car - you are not too far from everything, you are not disturbed by loud crowds and kids would love spa.
