- Dmitrijs (10/5): удобно, бюджетно - Когда-то лучший отель города. Идеальное расположение. Достаточно вышколенный и услужливый персонал, но который, как настоящие поморы, не улыбаются. Еще бы обновить косметику и чуть осовременить, но будут другие цены. Из улучшений - вернули систему нормального шведского стола на завтрак (но не берите сыр и сосиски!), и убрали пост охранника из лобби.

- Henrik (4/5): Would not stay again - Old and worn, no AC, our room was well above 35 degrees all night, had to pay from home a bottle of water from minibar which turned out to be a hassle with sending credit card details in mail, everything was just difficult. There are better ones around...
- waterwolf_vattenvarg (6/5): Slow reception - The reception is very aloe and the check in and the payment takes forever. The rooms where Good ,but the best thing was the souvenir shop, with Good and cheap wooden hand crafted souvenirs, like spoons and small bidra.
- Verified traveler (2/5): je vous déconseille de proposer cet établissement. - L'établissement semble ne pas se conformer aux règles de l'hôtellerie ou même aux lois locales. Pas d'enseigne ni d'indication si ce n'est le numéro 26. Le paiement se fait en cash dès l'arrivée. L'établissement sert de dortoir à des travailleurs étrangers (sans doute non régularisés). Il se trouve dans un endroit louche et très compliqué d'accès (beaucoup de terrains vagues).

- Ilia (10/5): Положительное впечатление от пребывания в отеле - В общем и целом пребывание в отеле оставило положительное впечатление. Очень приветливая девушка-администратор встретила в день заезда. Заселили на два часа раньше, что было кстати, так как на улице было весьма холодно для прогулки. В номере есть все необходимое. Чисто и комфортно. На следующее утро принесли завтрак в номер, который входил в стоимость проживания. Все вкусно и всего достаточно. Конечно, немного морально устарела мебель, но это не критично. Местоположение идеальное: до всех достопримечательностей рукой подать. Вид из номера на Северную Двину добавил красок к пребыванию, особенно в период белых ночей. На 8 этаже неплохой видовой бар. Спортзалом и сауной не воспользовался, но предложение данных услуг было приятным бонусом. Встреча в аэропорту, как и сам заказ этой услуги, прошла отлично. Спасибо за приятное время, проведенное в отеле.

- 739esatg (6/5): Good Hotel - I had one night in this hotel. Rooms are old style but clean, lobby and reception as well. But personal is very polite and kind. Just one thing that they have to make some renovation in the rooms and general areas. Also safe is not electronic, old style as Hotel itself. They need to change ASAP. It was quite place.
- JanneR162 (10/5): Excellent hotel - If you stay in Arkhangelsk I recommend Pur Navolok hotel. Really good room. Clean and tidy. Receptionists speak excellent english. Breakfast is very good. Bad coffee is a small minus but tea is good. Wifi works everywhere in the hotel. Great view from the panorama restaurant at the top floor. I enjoyed my stay.

- jillsR273CP (6/5): Your best option - Of the hotels in Arkhangelsk, this one is your best option. The rooms are clean, there is a decent restaurant, bar and coffee kiosk. The staff are professional and attentive. The common areas of the property are modern and relatively nice. Spotty wireless. The rooms have the feel of a college dormitory - somewhere between the level of a Motel 6 and Econo-Lodge, but are clean and serviceable.
- 894magnusb (2/5): Sad - The best part about this hotel is that the rooms are clean. But thats just about it. All the employees constantly look like they hate their lives. The restaurants are so bad you just want to laugh. If you are eating more than one course, all the courses will literally be on your table within five minutes regardless of how fast you eat. Additionally, the hotel needed my passport for registration (common in russia) and when I went to pick it up kt was just laying around on the desk of the reception and not in a safe like it should be. I have no idea how this hotel has a 4-star rating. I would give 0/5 if I could.
- Cktgjq (6/5): Probably still the best in Arhangelsk, but need proper upgrade - First of all checking at reception takes toooooo long... For three of us it took almost 20+ minutes. Second, due to flight delay we were asking for rooms for four hours, and hotel reject to provide us with rooms for half price (they claim we hire rooms during wrong hours interval). Not really customer friendly, but since the was no option for us we decide to stay for full price. Rooms are quite spacy, but no conditioner just fan. Clean. Doors are rather thin, so you can hear everything in the corridor, but not many people were at that day in hotel, so it was ok. Hotel has bar with nice view on the top floor, but that was all. At the time we arrive (9pm) beer was almost over, deserts was almost over too. But it was possible to order some food. Price to quality ratio was up to expectation, but nothing remarkable. In the best of the world it will be strong 3 star hotel, with nice location, but still i would do something to speed up receptionists... :-)
- Olavi79 (6/5): Clean and quite modern - Clean rooms, nice view to Dvina river. Fair breakfast, pancakes ++, ugly coffee, otherwise enough selection. Top floor restaurant in 9th floor with extensive selection, both international and Russian classics. Steak was very welldone. Very good restaurant Barollo in next building.
- TrophyCollector (8/5): Solid quality in an interesting town - Arkhangelsk is definitely one of the most interesting towns in Russia, not only historically, but also regarding daily life: plenty of cafes, markets, shopping centers, even a long pedestrian street. The Pur Navolok is the best hotel in town. Great views on the Dvina River (choose room accordingly). Walking distance to the center. Solid interior and friendly service at the reception.
- fbich (6/5): Post soviet style - Not bad. Let's say average low quality in comparison to standards easily findable in St Petersburg. For Arkhangelsk acceptable quality without any creativity ....narrow bed ...already hard to find in modern hotels. .white painted overheated room without any fresh air. .
- 584billa (6/5): Best hotel In Archangel - A cold business mans hotel, clean. Great breakfast. Good view of the White Sea. Near town center.embankment of the North Dvina River. Resturant. Change center. Standard amenities. Three star property.
- Vittorio_05_1969 (10/5): A vera good stay - We Were in Arkhangelsk for 4 nights, experiencing both suites and room with views. Clean and large rooms, only minus point, the bathrooms are quite small and lacking shelves to place things. Excellent, fast and kind service, nice hall and restaurant, a well furnished gift shop, a good position to reach every location in downtown and for a good walk along the Dvina. possibly the best in town
- Alma81 (8/5): A weird phone call, otherwise good hotel - The room was good, nothing to complain about. The whole hotel was nice, surfaces clean and shiny. Breakfast was surprisingly good as well. The only things that bothered me were a weird phone call quite late in the evening and a knock on the door soon after. As I don't speak Russian, I don't know whether it was some "service provider" or just some other quest having a wrong number...
- ronu665 (6/5): Below expectations ... - Stayed here for 3 nights recently. There aren't many 4 star hotels in Arkhangelsk, but given the premium we paid over other hotels in the same or slightly lower category, we were disappointed with the product. We were greeted with a 25 minute wait to check in as multiple flights landed at the same time and there was only one person working the front desk. The room was spacious but very noisy, both from the street and the tiled floor in the hallway. The gym area was disappointing, both badly laid out and in need of updated equipment. Breakfast was below standard. Selection was average at best and I had to wait over 10 minutes for a table to become available both mornings, and the self serve coffee area was constantly out of coffee. They even had the nerve to charge me 50 roubles for a broken glass that was already chipped when I got there! Also, the internet is consistently inconsistent. I know this is a remote location, but there are certainly better options at this price point.
- ofain (8/5): Great place to stay - I grew up in this city, and also traveled extensively around the world. I would say this is a very nice hotel, quite, clean, great breakfast included. There is no AC in the rooms, but they have fans in case of hot weather. The bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good. Location is great, on the embankment of Dvina river, where I had nice walks, close to museums and walking distance from all POI. I would recommend this hotel if you visit Arkhangelsk.
