- Frank (9/5): All good - Enjoyable stay at The Signature, the location suited us being close to Chinatown and Thapae Gate. Away from the main road so very quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable beds and excellent bathroom with strong shower. We would stay here again.

- Wendy (10/5): Lovely and kind staff very helpful with I being on crutches from a broken ankle! - The staff could not have been kinder. The accommodated my son and I and a friend. I had broken my ankle a few days prior and they went above and beyond to get me a room closer to the elevator. Nothing, There is a long drive way which is great so you don't get the noise of the city. But It's difficult for grab drivers to turn around and have to back out of the long drive way. Wish they had a mattress topper to rent:) Beds are hard as in all of Asia.

- Breandan (9/5): A very nice hotel in a good area and with friendly, helpful staff - The Signature is very well situated, being close to the old town and within walking distance of the riverside and night bazaar. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet, as it is down an alleyway and therefore some distance from the main road. The hotel was clean. The wifi was perfect downstairs, occasionally patchy on the fourth floor. Laundry was done well, in good time and at a reasonable price. Breakfast was okay, but there were better options outside. I would very happily stay here again. The wifi was sometimes a bit hit or miss on the fourth floor.

L'équipe est très sympathique, accueillante et très polie. -L'hôtel est très propre dans l'ensemble et ne fait pas vieux. -Le lit était confortable ( sauf pour les oreillers pas très confortable à notre goût) - la salle de bain était vraiment correct agréable et fonctionnel - la chambre spacieuse avec suffisamment de rangements et coffre fort. Il y a possibilité de petit déjeuner sur place et laundry service. L'endroit est assez calme situé dans un impasse loin de la route. Il y a un parking moto et deux places pour voitures. Il y a un 7/11, Pharmacie, banques, exchange et divers restaurant pas loin. A 5 min à pied de la place Tha Phae Gate. Idéal pour visiter le centre sans trop se fatiguer. J'ai eu un petit soucis avec une table en verre qui c'est cassé durant mon séjour, mais le staff a bien réagi et me l'a pardonné. Bien évidemment il faut faire attention, même si des accidents matériels peuvent arriver. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ici. 🙏🏻 Les oreilles pas confortables pour la nuque.

Noot made me feel completely at home from day one, and the night receptionist was also incredibly kind and helpful, solving a couple of things I needed right away. The hotel is perfectly located: very well connected, surrounded by great cafés, and you can walk almost anywhere from here. Despite being so central, it’s a really calm and relaxing place to stay. Posizione veramente ottima, in una zona più tranquilla del centro ma tutto raggiungibile facilmente a piedi e attaccata alla zona di taxi e bus dall’aeroporto. Staff gentile. Dovessimo ritornare a Chiang Mai alloggeremmo sicuramente nuovamente qui.

In the hotel, gym and pool areas are out of the property and is a separate cost, I thought it came with the hotel but no that’s separate but other than that very great place to stay everything is near and very convenient! But can’t get enough of the friendly staffs all were very nice and would always check up on me as a solo traveler!

- Philipp (6/5): - Tolle Lage, man erreicht von hier alles bequem zu Fuss, ob Bars, Restaurants oder die relevantesten Tempel (Wat Chedi Luang und Wat Chiang Man) innert höchstens 15 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind ok, das Gebäude allerdings sehr schwül und so auch das Zimmer, wenn man jeweils zurückkehrt. 15 Minuten Klimaanlage auf 18°C, dann gehts mit schlafen. Die Aircon ist falsch platziert. Die Bilder des Hotels sind übrigens auch nicht allzu aktuell bzw sehr vorteilhaft bearbeitet. Aber wie gesagt, es ist völlig ok. Personal nett, aber kaum jemand versteht grundsätzlich englisch... Ich buchte ausdrücklich mit Aufpreis für einen Balkon. Ich mag Balkone. Es gab sogar einen, der war aber zu schmal für Menschen mit Schuhgrösse ab 40 aufwärts. Ausserdem müsste man aus dem Fenster klettern um den "Balkon" zu erreichen. Also kurz gesagt, es gibt keinen Balkon. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde nur entgegnet 'no have balcony'. Finde ich ein wenig frech, ehrlich gesagt.

- Dennis en Arianna (8/5): Fijn verblijf - Op een hele goede locatie! - Kamer en badkamer waren erg schoon. Fijne douche en top locatie: dichtbij alles, maar toch rustig doordat het hotel niet aan de hoofdstraat ligt. Het matras was veel te hard. Of er een topper is, weten we niet.
- Leslie (9/5): Very nice hotel - Good hotel, lovely staff, very clean, good location. Nothing to dislike, would love to have a small pool as this would really make this hotel but still a very nice hotel without one anyway.
- Likhita (10/5): Home away from home - The rooms were so comfortable and clean, room service every day. The staff were the best part of the stay. Amara was brilliant, she would cut up fruit I bought every day after Muay Thai sessions (only1min walk away) and make me tea. I look forward to staying here again! The facilities nearby are fantastic, good location. Walkable from multiple night markets, gym and the staff were keen to cater for all our needs. Felt warm and friendly and homely perfect for a solo traveller. I will be returning The TV had access to channels and multiple language but was not a smart tv. Could easily connect a HDMI though

- Nuri (10/5): Great location and comfortable stay with helpful staff - The location is excellent, situated in the old town and just a 10-minute walk from the night market. The beds were very comfortable, the shower area was spacious, and the daily cleaning was adequate. The air conditioning did not blow directly onto the bed, making it safe and comfortable to sleep. They also allowed us to check in early at 10:30 AM at no extra charge. My girlfriend couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi on her iPhone, although I was able to. We didn’t make a big deal out of it.

- Vidya (9/5): Nice place to stay - Nice room. Very good and helpful staff The room wall was quite thin and we had problem of sleeping while the rooms next to ours talking and making coffee. Luckily, we was able to change the room for next night.

- Lea Johanna Caroline (3/5): Ce séjour m’a fait perdre énormément de temps - Bel emplacement. Belle chambre. Pire expérience de service. Commentaires explicatifs ci-dessous: 1) Ils disent que la laundry sera faite pour le lendemain matin… Au final elle est prête pour le lendemain soir. 2) Ils me font annuler la réservation booking pour ne pas que je puisse rédiger de commentaire en prétextant que c’est pour ne pas que je paie de service supplémentaire… 3) Ils indiquent sur booking que c’est « une annulation possible dernière minute et à tout moment » alors qu’ils ne veulent pas une annuler la deuxième nuit. Par ailleurs j’avais bien demandé au moment du checkin si c’était possible d’annuler la deuxième nuit après le checkin et ils m’avaient dit oui. Il faut savoir que c’était la période Songkran très chargée et qu’il y avait beaucoup de bruit, ça n’était pas juste une demande luxueuse que de vouloir quitter la ville pour la période. 4) Ils m’indiquent que je peux changer de nuit… je fais le déplacement pour revenir une nuit à Chiang Mai depuis Pai et finalement une fois arrivé, ils veulent me refaire payer le check-in. Il y a pleins d’hôtels à Chiang Mai, je vous conseille de prendre un qui est accueillant.
