- Kalashini (3/5): We took triple sharing, didnt enjoy our stay here. No hot water when we showeded, ac took forever to cool the room. Floo - Only booked this because its nearer to the Meenakshi Amman Temple. However, it was on a very crowded street. There is a parking, but apparently that needs to be reserved and in front of the property, there is a paid parking but it was packed and we had to wait for availability. Cockroach, outdated toilet, cold water, it was hot in the room, we have to wait a bit for the fan to work.

- Koli (1/5): - The room provided to me is not clean and poorly maintained. The staff is also not supportive. There are many mosquitoes in the room, and no Good Knight or mosquito repellent machine has been provided. The washroom is very dirty and unhygienic as well.

But, hotel staff phoned me at 10 am on checking day , even before checking in and asked me to pay the amount as their rooms are all full. Won’t let me to pay at property, though I already gave my card details. I ended up paying in advance . Rooms were not clean. There was stains in beddings. Toilet was like an ordinary hotel. Fan has no control. Same with AC- has a remote. But no swing option. Not a star hotel at all. Just a regular hotel to loot the people coming to visit temple.

Rest of the staff was quite friendily but as they have their own 'travel agency' it seems to me that on one was willgly direct me to a sport.... instead they direct me to their 'agency' but I don't mind going there again if I go to Madurai again.

The washroom was small and was alright.The sinkk was rusty, The bed sheets made my skin scratch. When checking out the machines, they wouldn't take international cards. Another individual had to tell the front desk clerk to use another machine, which he denied at first. We were standing there for 15 minutes for no reason.
