• Singla (8/5): Wonderful Place to stay in reasonable price. I extended my stay from 1N to 5N. - Courteous and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with all essential amenities. Good breakfast served with smile. Location is near to beach. 10 minutes walk. Safe place and lively neighbourhood. Taxi/Cab easily accessible. Breakfast menu could have more options. Swimming pool timings could be increased to 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Lively bollywood/instrumental music throughout the day could enhance the vibe.

• Guest (3/5): Came after a long day of travel and was sick too, could have avoided the hassle of room change! - Room given to me was smelling like an empty house, floor was dirty, bathroom was dirty and phone was not working. Asked for a room change which was done promptly and this room was better than the previous one. the chat system kept asking again and again the property name, city and room no. and kept refreshing while i was typing.

Location is strategic and easily accessible Rooms & bathrooms were smelly. We had to change one room because of that and the other one was less smellier. Staff could have been a little more courteous.

• Torato (8/5): A great hotel in Calangute - Very clean hotel with excellent staff. A nice pool area and good breakfast. The area is a bit too busy and ther is a 10 minute walk to the beach.

• Dinup (9/5): Excellent value for money stay for families - Breakfast spread was good with variety every day. The staff were very helpful. Rooms very clean. Pool was nice and big. Almost all tv channels were available. Overall, value for money. I couldn't think of anything.

There is no fan in rooms only AC which is not suitable to all. When my friend asked for extra blanket the staff t night reception told we don’t have extra fan nor blankets. My friend told give me your manager number he told I don’t have it.

Our only negative comment would be the smell of sewage emanating from the bathroom drains. Sometimes it’s overbearing. Otherwise we loved everything about this hotel.

Duvet smells and very dirty,cushions not washed from couple of months,no almirah,no exhaust in the bathroom,no sitting area in the room even a single chair not there,charging socket not working properly. Bad experience with bloom feels like a 1 star hotel

• Dharanesh (8/5): Very good - The bloom hotel is different from other bloom rooms. Do not be confused, this hotel is on BAGA beach road, which is 300-400m away from Calangute-Baga circle. Land mark - behind mc Donald's. The friendly, family hotel if you are looking for a budget hotel. It has pool(cleaning will be done every day), rooms with king size bed(fits two plus one kid), daily cleaning, all time hot water, two bottles of drinking water per day, kettle and some tea bags, lift. Breakfast - South, North and some dietary options. Eg. All time Idli sambar , poori or parotha, oats, fruits, Buns etc. Good in taste. 700-800m away from calangute beach. Some 1.5 km from Baga/Tito's lines. My daughter likes the pool and breakfast. Chill out.. What else you want ! I can give 3.5-4 stars. Some tv, ac maintenance is needed. But I do not worry much about those. Some painting work and renovation is happening. That's good. They will help you to book taxi. That's great too.

• M (2/5): Waste of money - Staff was well mannered and location is so comfortable. Room looks like old and leaking. Ac doesnt work properly. Heat enters from bathroom. Only basic facilities. No fan. No exhaust in bathroom.
