• Dan (10/5): Great place to stay for a few days in the City - Clean and central property in Liverpool great for a weekend stay with easy access to local restaurants and bars.

Other people occupying were friendly. Warm and reasonably clean. Good spacious apartment. Quiet. Good WiFi signal. Would definitely stay again. Poor signal on TV. Quite a bit of thick dust on areas not cleaned regularly. Small stains on carpets and lounge heater. Bathroom/shower a little small but ok for 1 or 2 nights. We were missing 1 small plate but not an issue for us.

A 5 minutos de Albert Dock, a la vuelta de the cavern, a 5 minutos del centro comercial. El departamento era súper amplio, muy cómodo. La cama, muy bien. La ducha, también. Sin dudas, volvería. Al momento de ingresar el pago, nos retuvieron un monto que duplicaba el precio pagado en concepto de garantía que fue devuelto al momento del check out, pero no estaba informado al momento de hacer la reserva. No creo que esté mal, pero deberían informarlo antes.

El apartamento nos impresionó desde el primer momento, especialmente la entrada del edificio, que era preciosa y daba muy buena sensación. El apartamento era súper espacioso, muy limpio y cómodo. Además, la ubicación era perfecta, justo al lado del ayuntamiento y muy céntrico, ideal para moverse andando por Liverpool y visitar todo lo importante. La relación calidad-precio nos pareció increíble. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos allí y lo recomendamos totalmente. Todo perfecto

Nu m-am putut odihni din cauza zgomotului infernal de afară.Pana la ora 1,2 noaptea se aude zgomotul celor care beau jos la pub, apoi incep mașinile care strâng sticlele și le sparg pentru colectare.Ferestrele ar putea fi dublate la interior astfel încât să fie liniște.O singura noptieră la un pat de două persoane?Pentru 3 nopți am găsit 3 flacoane mici de tot, unul cu săpun, unul cu gel de duș și unul cu șampon??? Degeaba ai bucătărie dacă nu găsești sare, piper, zahăr, cafea și ceai!

• Paul (8/5): pleasant - this apartment not as spacious as the one we stayed in in Cook St same company - Nice clean self contained apartment in city centre small dining table, no coffee table for sofa, more a studio than a 1 bed apartment as the bedroom did not have a full height wall
• Lee (9/5): Great stay in a great place!! - Great location for visiting this city. Rooms were huge and very tidy. Full kitchen if you needed it. We liked it a lot. The only complaint was a delivery truck outside servicing nearby outlets that arrived at 4am. It was very noisy but earplugs sorted that out. Obviously, not the fault of the accommodation but worth noting if you are a light sleeper.

• Sarah (8/5): Great weekend - The apartment is in a fantastic location. Lots of restaurants and bars right on your doorstep and close to the shops. Great size, plenty of space and well equipped. It was a bank holiday weekend and we did find it quite noisy however given how central the location was I guess it’s to be expected.

• Harry (5/5): Review Your Damages Charge - Lots of room, good location How can you not have a side table or coffee table for drinks? No lamp in lounge either. But of course biggest turn off for any return was charging an exorbitant £150 on your account for damages and not getting it back for a week. No no no.
• Howarth (10/5): - Amazing location It was above a bar with live music, I’d read a few reviews saying that you couldn’t hear it, they must have been deaf! You could hear it and sing along whilst trying to go to sleep. I didn’t mark down though, because if you do sleep heavily it won’t affect you.

• joanne (9/5): - Clean, spacious apartment. Only thing I could find any fault with would be a couple of loose fittings, ie toilet roll holder and towel rail, only minor problem they just need tightening up. The sani flow system can be a bit noisy but not a problem. These are just minor things.

• Steph (3/5): Uncomfortable and bedrooms not properly seperate - This is budget friendly and it was clean. The bed was so uncomfortable, the walls were thin to hallway so noise all night. Our two bedroom apartment was studio style (ie bedrooms had no door and walls did not go all the way to the ceiling) so noise could travel throughout the whole apartment, would never have booked if I'd known this. I found it so uncomfortable and noisy I paid for 3 nights and stayed for 1, when I messaged they ignored my requests for some money back. Would obviously never stay again.

• Patrick (8/5): - De locatie is schitterend, midden in het centrum. Alles op loopafstand, winkels, cafés, restaurants etc. Als je een slechte slaper bent dan is het erg rumoerig, de ingang ligt tussen 2 trendy terassen. De muziek staat behoorlijk hard bij de cafés in de straat.

Mas o principal problema é o barulho que faz no encanamento de água cada vez que é dada descarga no banheiro e quando se usa água quente no banheiro. Aparentemente, não era um problema só no nosso quarto (7), porque ouvíamos o mesmo barulho de outros quartos.

• Angela (2/5): Location was great - Location Not enough hot water for two showers, very bad damp smell coming from the shower room, which made the whole apartment very smelly, our apartment was at the back of the building was woken up 5am and 2am whilst all the bottles were being recycled, not much sleep during our stay.I did leave a message stating this.The receptionist did say to us we could move to another apartment, however we we're out seeing friends all day sunday and leaving on Monday morning, i would stay again however not at the back of the building, as this is a townhouse be aware there is no lift and lots of stairs.

• Dubhaltach (5/5): - I loved the location and the apartment itself was fantastic. It was extremely comfortable, close to everything, easily accessed and spotless. The level of noise throughout the night on both nights was extremely bad, there is a bar under the apartment which surprisingly there was no noise from, however at the back of the bar where the staff empty bottles and move kegs, this was a different story. The noise of what seemed like thousands of bottles being thrown into bins throughout the night was unbelievably loud and even with earplugs on the second night, it could still be heard, followed by streetcleaners, bin men and delivery lorries which started shortly after the last bottle was emptied. We stayed on a Sunday and Monday night so I would hate to have heard the noise on a busier night.

• Jose Antonio (1/5): Nada recomendable. Sucio, viejo, mal oliente y ruidos a todas horas. Un infierno. - La cercanía al centro de Liverpoool y a una estación de tren/metro. El ruido por la noche, es como si no hubiera ventana. Las ventanas son de madera y están en pésimo estado. Se escucha hasta una mosca que pase por la calle. Las cortinas de la ventana, no cubren entera la ventana y a las 5 de la mañana entra la luz. El colchón es un desproposito. Blando,hundido y cuando quitamos las sábanas antes de marchar....imaginaros. Si hubieramos visto el colchón al llegar, no hubíeramos dormido allí. El baño tiene un sistema de triturador que hace un ruido infernal. no solo el tuyo. se escucha el del resto de habitaciones toda la noche. Encima, saltó la alarma de incendios y allí no apareció nadie. Tuvimos que eliminar la sirena los huéspedes para poder dormir. Sucio y mal oliente.

• Smith (3/5): Overall, a spacious apartment in a great central location, but with some noise and minor maintenance - The location was excellent, right in the city centre with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. It was very convenient for getting around Liverpool, and Gravity Max was within walking distance, which my son really enjoyed. The apartment was spacious and easy to find. WiFi was reliable and simple to connect to, and the kitchen had plenty of cooking equipment available. The apartment was also reasonably warm and comfortable overall, making it suitable for a short stay. The bedrooms were not fully separate rooms and felt more like partitioned areas, similar to a studio layout, which reduced privacy. There were also a few minor maintenance issues, including some dining chairs that felt loose and small stains on the carpets. The Freeview TV signal was inconsistent at times, with some channels breaking up. There were also cleanliness concerns on arrival, including a few flies in the apartment and towels that didn’t feel as fresh as expected. Opening the windows seemed to let more flies in. Noise was the main issue during the stay. Early in the morning (around 6am), there were loud scratching noises coming from the roof which woke us up daily, and at night there was also noticeable noise from nearby bars and restaurants, including glass bottles being emptied. Additionally, being on the top floor meant there were quite a lot of stairs and no lift, which may be difficult for some guests.

• David (8/5): Pleasant stay, good value for money - clear instructions emailed in advance of arrival. Communication with admin office good. Quirky apartment with spiral staircase to second bedroom. Excellent size apartment which had a well equipped kitchen Minor niggles: Shower door didn't close properly which meant the bathroom floor got wet when using the shower, the windows externally need a good clean, there was a lamp in second bedroom but no where to plug it in. Lounge would have benefitted from a couple of lamps rather than relying on an over head light which can be quite harsh at night. The windows of the apartment didn't open which was frustrating as there were 3 flies in the apartment which we couldn't get rid of.

• Ian (8/5): Short stay in Liverpool. - Excellent location. 10-15 minutes walk from Liverpool Lime Street station. 5 minutes walk to Mathew Street. 10 minutes walk to Albert Dock, Liver buildings, etc. Plenty of restaurants and bars around Castle Street. Mowgli, Riva and Moose Coffee right on the doorstep. Flat looks a bit tired. Could do with a refresh. Changing sockets to ones with usb ports would be a quick and easy upgrade.

The place was perfect for a weekend getaway I would have liked to have soap in the bathroom and some kitchen roll. As it was just a weekend stay, not a long term stay. Also central location some noise from the bars at night but nothing too disturbing

• Kevin (10/5): Perfect, well organised and incredibly beautiful. - We stayed at 25 Castle Street room 9, it was stunning a beautiful Georgian building which was beautiful and spotless. The apartment was huge, clean, well equipped and simply lovely, the staff were very helpful when we called to arrange for our luggage to remain at the apartment whilst we went out for the day. I liked everything, if I had one thing that would enhance the property this would be a chair and mirror by the dressing tables however this didn’t impact our stay just simply a suggestion.

• Ceri (3/5): Far too noisy! - The property was spacious and clean The noise from the bar below was unbearable, causing us to have to purchase earplugs. We could not watch the TV at all and not unwind with our autistic son during the evening. The noise went on until early hours and then the clean up would start, emptying bottles and dragging bins until at least 5/6am. It spoiled our weekend as we were too tired to enjoy our planned daytime activities. All of us suffered with headaches the whole time we were there.
