- Melissa (8/5): - Everything was great. The jets on the Spa/Hot tub didn’t work well and the sliding doors were hard to open and close. The beds were very comfortable. The back bedroom bed seemed a little loose that could possibly need to be tightened or a new frame.

- Stephen (6/5): - The Property manager provided a house in Davenport and we preferred Kissimmee. We asked if there were any other houses in Kissimmee, but Property manager advised us that for the money he has receiving from Expedia that this was the only property that was available to us. First impression was that it was a good layout. The first thing we dealt with were the ants in the bathroom and kitchen, however, Property Manager had kitchen and pool sprayed. We realize there are bugs this time of year but we dealt with it the whole time we were there. Dining room chairs were all stained, coffee tables and plants were layered with dust. Also the ceiling vents were all very dirty. We only used the bottom floor and the bedrooms on that floor. We felt like we were sleeping on the box spring and not a mattress. Property Manager had a very light mattress topper dropped off. Apparently, the owners do not want to replace the mattress. We still had to put blankets for more support. It only made a slight difference. Overall, we made the best of our stay - we asked for another property as mentioned above but nothing available. Another disappointment other than the mattress were the two frying pans. We literally went out and bought a frying pan. We couldn't believe anyone would have wanted to use the frying pans prior to us. We really like the property manager however, he may say other families had no complaints. We took pictures as proof of the things mentioned above.
- Susan C (4/5): - All the beddings in the property were dirty, had stains that looked like vomit. The worst part was when we went to use the oven and the whole house got smoked out that took 35 minutes to clear out with all the doors and window opened because there was a huge grease spill in the bottom of the oven that was covered with foil! When we contacted the property manager he come over the follow day and gave us oven cleaner and told us to spray the oven and clean out in an hour!!! We told him we were not cleaning the oven and it never got cleaned therefore we could not use it the entire week we were there! We also had to throw out the food we had in the oven in the first place and the manager told us to cook the oven pizzas in the microwave!!!! Terrible stay!
- Kim (8/5): - The inside of the house was beautiful. What I would recommend is anyone that rents should know that the essentials are not included such as salt pepper, toilet paper, paper towels. There were no dish towels no potholders no dish rack and no dish basin. The outside of the property could’ve used some TLC. The flower beds and the shrubs and trees could have been trimmed for a nicer appearance.

- Melissa (6/5): - You are greeted by a rule BOOK about 15 pages long .inside was a bit dated ,burn on counters , broken drawers etc .homes are very close together so noise was a bit loud . 23 paid to hear the pool and were never able to use it . Pool remained freezing . You also cannot adjust the home’s temperature or open windows for airflow .

We didn’t let the kids swim in the pool because the pool was dirty and the cement on the bottom of the pool was breaking up. The house was clean and the location was perfect! We were hit with an unexpected registration charge of $207.00. It would if been nice to know about that hidden fee! Donnetta
- Christopher (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay. Property was very clean and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We appreciated that the property owners left a few essentials to hold us over until we could shop (TP/PT, hand soap, dish soap and sponges, trash bags, etc.) Property owners were very responsive to any questions or requests that we had. If I had one complaint, it would be with the pack and play that was provided. This thing has seen a LOT of miles and should be replaced, but it looks like I wasn’t charged the extra fee for it so I can’t really complain. Also, Expedia advertised the property as 10-15 minutes from Disney parks, but it was actually about 30. No fault of the property owners but was a bit of a disappointment.
- Christian (8/5): - Our stay at this vacation home was overall enjoyable. The house itself was excellent—well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the owners was outstanding; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. However, the pool area was a significant disappointment. The pool had large holes—one in the shallow end and another in the deep end—which made it unsafe and less enjoyable, especially for the children. Over time, the pool's condition worsened, with algae visibly growing along the steps and walls. This prevented us from fully enjoying one of the main amenities of the property, which was a letdown. Despite this issue, the home itself was fantastic, and we would recommend it, especially if the pool area is improved. Addressing the pool's maintenance would make this property an outstanding choice for future guests.

Loved all the space and washer dryer. Best stay in Orlando we have ever had. Easy transparent communication and great property management group.

After talking with the property manager, they came in and replaced it with a new & extremely comfortable mattress, while we were out. It was such a great surprise! It made the stay so much better! - Brian (4/5): - I booked a stay in Kissimmee which was close to our event and last minute we were shunted out to Davenport which was much farther away. The Wi-Fi barely worked and there was almost no cell service around the property. All of the pillows were pancake flat and terrible. Property could have been much cleaner. Overall I disliked the entire process of working with this host.

Was well kept and clean. Quiet area where home is located. The pool was great and having it heated is an extra charge keep in mind. I have to say the bottom of the pool had some area’s where it was sharp and a few of us had little cuts on our toes. We went out and purchased pool shoes and that fixed the issue! Home was stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, cups. Would certainly stay here again and of course recommend it to our friends and family.
- Summer (4/5): - It had pool and hot tub but it was $100 to heat them if worked. The heat and air were both broken. The pans were poor condition and some cabinets. Uncomfortable beds. Screens on patio ripped. For what I paid except better went and stayed at resort last 2 days.

There are bugs, cobwebs, dirt on the floors & corners of the floors, toilets are dirty, batteries missing from the TV remote controls, trash in the front yard, etc. The home looks very unmaintained from the outside. We were not happy. Very misleading from what was advertised on Expedia.

The house is beautiful but the furniture was awful its too old and out dated, there was bed bugs and i got bitten up. Told the property people they told me all type of excuses saying that the house was sprayed. They house need to be kept better and certaing things need to be fix. The screen to pool, the garage door at the bottom. The house doors need to be more secure all of them. The Tv"s was the worst they was small like a 13 inch computer screen. No lye. Upgrade all tv's. The house is beautiful but need a TOTAL MAKE OVER. NEED TO SMELL LIKE IT BEEN CLEAN NO CLEANING SCENT IN THERE AT ALL. The mop was disgusting no why nobody would touch it with there hands. If you UPGRADE it will be PERFECT

- Christopher (4/5): Not worth the money. - The second bathroom had urine on the seat despite having a sanitized wrapper on the seat. The vertical blinds were damaged in the master and did not prevent people from seeing into the bedroom. The beds were horrible and left all of us in severe pain. Carpet was stained all over. Overall condition of the home shows serious need of repairs. Refrigerator handle was broken and difficult to open.
- Miryam (6/5): - The property is older, there are some real issues with the inside of the property, the master bath had a pocket door the groaned because of track issues, the frame around is rotted. There is rot and damage through out the inside. The master shower had mold in, around and on the shower surfaces that would lift while in the shower. Property is significantly outdated with appliances, notice states not to lower the thermostat below 77 or unit will freeze and you will be charged if the ac needs service. $100 if the plumbing has issues. Pillows for beds through out the house are flat and “cheap”. The bones of the property has potential, but over all property is overpriced for what you get.

- Emily (10/5): - I’m so happy we booked this home. Ivor was very responsive with any questions I had prior to check in. They also allowed us to check in an hour early at no charge. Home was HUGE and the best part was the pool. We paid extra for a heated pool but it was perfect because some of the nights were chilly and pool water was warm. Home is about 35 minutes from Universal Studios and about 13 minutes from Walmart. Would stay here again. Don’t hesitate and book now ! It’s a steal for the price. Thank you for everything !
- Amanda (8/5): - We had a great stay. There is some things in the home that are worn and some things weren’t cleaned the way I would have liked. Vents on ceilings/fans etc had lots of dust. But overall liked the house and having the pool there. My daughter loved the bedrooms with the twin beds and bathroom were themed . The queen bed was loud and not the most comfortable but overall was a nice house to stay in for our time in Florida.

- reata (6/5): - The home was clean it was in a nice area however when i booked the property on Expedia the post stated homes in Kissimmee and when they finally sent me the address of the property it was in Davenport. I was informed I would get the address & instructions 5 days before my vacation and its 4 days before and I had to contact the seller to get my instructions for the home and address and it was then that I was informed the home was not in Kissimmee it was in Davenport. When I asked the seller why the home was in a different city he got upset with and stated he is sick of people asking him that and doesn't know why Expedia has the wrong info. He then stated that if I wanted to cancel (again 4 days before my vacation) he would cancel it with a fee The seller was not very friendly. The rules of the home were way too much. You had to replace absolutely everything that you used in the home. They gave you 2 garbage bags and if you used more you would get charged. I have never rented a vacation home or a hotel where I had to replenish the toilet paper and soaps. If for any reason they were bugs in the home which they stated would happen typically in Florida then you were charged if had somebody had to come out and exterminate. I'm there for a week if there's bugs in that home they were there before I got there. Thank God there were no bugs however how can you put that on me. If plumbing went bad you were going to pay for a plumber. How do I know your plumbing wasn't bad before I got th
- Joesette (6/5): - The property only had 1 roll of toilet paper, which isn’t enough for a family of 8. The property has roof rats and we could here them moving through the attic, which wakes you up. The property wasn’t cleaned as well: the kitchen floor was sticky. The area was in a good vicinity to where we were going. The property was large enough for my family to enjoy comfortably.
- Tara (6/5): - Pros: This pool house was beautiful for an older home. I wanted a place to relax for the weekend and just sit outside by the pool, it did the trick! The owner was extremely helpful and attentive. Cons: Upon entering it smelled like it had been closed in for a while. The blinds in the kitchen were broken. The place was dusty. The pool area was dirty. The appliances were old and rusted. I parked my truck in the garage. There were cobwebs all over the door. This home needs a lot of updating and TLC.

- Amy (10/5): Huge house, able to spread out. - Beds not very comfortable and the ac was kept much hotter than personally comfortable for me, and not really where we expected to stay geographically, but the house was huge and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close enough to everything we needed. Kids loved the air hockey table and pool, was wonderful to be able to have real kitchen and laundry during stay. And when we needed to extend our stay last minute, Ivor was fantastic, extended our stay as long as he could and helped us find a nearby hotel with vacancies for the remaining days. Overall a wonderful experience.

- Corinne (6/5): - Pros:The staff from SV was super responsive. I'd send an email with a question and usually received an answer within 10 minutes. The house was really nice in the entrance and common areas. Cons:The kitchen appliances are dated. My biggest disappointment was that the master bedroom had dirty walls near frequently touched areas, the bath mat smelled like mildew, and the house had a musty/ cigarette smell when we entered. The instruction book stated we couldn't change the thermostat without letting the property management company know. There were water stains on the walls behind the toilet in the master bathroom. The AC was set at 76 and was uncomfortable for us to sleep. We usually keep the thermostat at our home at 72. I was afraid to have to pay an additional fee to lower the temp. We already paid to heat the pool.

Management was very easy to work with and accommodated our needs even on short notice. We will definitely stay at one of their properties again if we return to Florida for vacation.

I didn’t realize the house was self sufficient so that was a bit of a pain. All in all it was a nice place to stay when adventuring to all the different parks.
- Terry Marie (6/5): - Felt very uncomfortable because of all the rules had a notebook full of rules on where to put towels when to take out garbage I mean ever only slept and showered there rules poured in before we even left I understand as a home owner you don’t want things messed up but once you learned I was 58 year old woman and a home owner myself and only taking grandkids to Disney world youngest 13 no toddlers by day three no toilet paper with3 girls if scared don’t rent your house I personally will just go to a hotel every time from now on never again
- Stephanie (6/5): - Just wanted to give you my review of the home we stayed in at Davenport, FL. Although the property itself was a nice size, the furniture and appearance was not the greatest. From the moment we walked in the feeling was not great. It feels more like an old motel instead of a home. Everything is so out of date. There was garbage behind the sofa and the pool wasn't the cleanest, the one rug by the main living room was also very dirty. We saw a few insects both dead and alive. Definitely should be worked on. Beside that, the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

- Margarita (10/5): - The house was beautiful. The communication was awesome. I loved the alarm that goes off when the sliding door to the pool opens. Perfect for families with little kids. Would book with them again in the future!

- Kiana (2/5): - Televisions were too small. Hoses in screen so pool was dirty. Dressers were broken. Walls were dirty and nasty. Refrigerator handles dirty, back of toilet seat dirty. Clothes left behind from previous guest. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Definitely not what I expected.

- Patrick (2/5): - When we first opened the door, the smell of mildew and black mold hit us hard. We decided to open the doors and try to air out the room -- we were so tired from travel. We then went to dinner. When we got back, the smell was still terrible, but being very tired, we decided to go to bed and see how it was in the morning after continued airing out of the house. The extremely strong mold/mildew smell didn't get any better. We were scheduled to go to Magic Kingdom that morning, and when I woke my eyes were welded shut and my sinuses were burning. The mold in the house had triggered my allergies. So I decided we couldn't stay there, and I booked a nearby condo. Contacted the property manager (Ivor) to ask if they could refund the additional days, because we couldn't stay there. Ivor proceeded to blame me - claiming there was no smell in the house. They have refused to refund anything. We paid for four nights, and only stayed for one night. Ivor, the property manager, continued to berate me for not contacting him sooner, continued to claim I was lying about the mold and mildew in the home (after sending him photos of the mold,) and rather than trying to make it right, or trying to be reasonable. Expedia refused to assist or help in any way either. I've been a member of Expedia for more than 20 years, and have never once had to write a bad review of a property. Not once. But this was so bad, and such poor handling of an issue by both the property manager and Expedia

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was nice and big, plenty of space. Good location for all of the Disney parks. Pool was great! Communication with the property management was very good with answers to questions right away. The property could have been cleaner in my opinion. It needs a deeper cleaning. And as it says in the add, you have to provide everything! It would be nice for the place to have a pizza pan and pizza cutter. Due to Covid I guess you have to bring everything hand towels, paper towels, wash rags, toilet paper, condiments etc. kind of a pain in the butt.

The only issues was the dryer did not work so we had to hang dry clothes, there were roaches in the kitchen in which the owner addressed and the shower class doors were off track and the pool could have been cleaner.

No waiting on the bathroom here either. There were 4 inside and a fifth commode by the pool. The house could use a remodel to upgrade furniture and appliances, but current amenities were comfortable.

We didn’t like that the master bathroom didn’t look cleaned there was hair ties and other things left from previous people, the swimming pool area there was garbage left on the ground, the pool was never cleaned the whole stay and there was sand and junk in the bottom it was covered in bugs constantly, the coffee table in the living room was sticky, the tea set on the kitchen table had dirty glasses. Besides those few things it was a good little community to visit and stay

There is a Wal Mart about 10 minutes away to buy food and other things we needed for our stay. The toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The pool was very small at our location. Our AC froze up one day due to high humidity but someone came immediately to fix it. We would stay here again!!

- Verified traveler (6/5): - This home was decent for the price! My family and myself did encounter a few problems during our stay. When arriving there was a smell coming from the garbage disposal. I contacted the owner they sent someone over we never heard them knock so they were supposed to come the next day between 10-11am. We sat that whole hour waiting for them to come watching the door making sure to not miss anyone. They never came while we were there. I woke up another day to tiny ants all over the sink in the master bedroom. The water dispenser on the fridge has mold all underneath, I have a video to show it. My boyfriend woke up with blonde hair in his beard multiple times. Neither of us have blonde hair. The pool was nice but had Little Rock’s at the bottom towards the back and old trash/ pop can tops around the pool. The place was pretty dusty and certain things around the house just need to be updated. My two year old son was pulling a towel and the bar in the bathroom fell out the wall. He could of been really hurt by that. Overall the neighbor is really nice and quiet. I’ve been messaging the owner about atleast partial refund and haven’t heard much back about receiving one yet.
