Olimpia (8/5): nice place with potential - The location downtown is good, room was big. We were offered an upgrade to a two room apartment with a kitchenette (but no dining table). Bed was comfortable but the best part of this accommodation was staff! They were responsive and very helpful before our arrival and very friendly when met! Thank you for your recommendations and booking a table! 🙏 There is a tiny bathroom with shower, water comes outside, no hangers/hooks for towels or place/shelf for cosmetics. We put all items on kitchen table or sofa, which works fine for short time and if you are only two. Mind there are stairs to walk: no lift.

Amalie Bøghild (9/5): Great location for a short stay in Mostar - Perfect location in Mostar, if you want to see the old town and the famous old bridge. We only stayed for one night, but the staff was really helpful and nice. The room was fresh and clean, so nothing to put a finger on here. However, the couch was really hard to sleep on, and we were glad we only had to use it for one night, as it was uncomfortable.

Wir waren rundum begeistert und können dieses Hotel von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar ,direkt an der berühmten Mostar-Brücke, wirklich nur eine Minute entfernt. Besser kann man in Mostar nicht wohnen!🩵 Wir hatten eine komplette Etage bzw. eine ganze Wohnung für uns allein, was einfach unglaublich komfortabel war. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit ✨alles war absolut makellos, hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ein Highlight: frisch, liebevoll und individuell für die Gäste zubereitet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird und es hat einfach hervorragend geschmeckt! Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis war die private Tour mit dem Hotelbesitzer. Er hat uns zu den schönsten Orten und Sehenswürdigkeiten geführt und alles mit viel Engagement und Wissen erklärt ,zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Das war definitiv ein Highlight unserer Reise! One of the highlights is the phenomenal view of the Old Bridge in Mostar, which makes the experience even more special. Maria (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Schritte von der Altstadt entfernt. Ich erhielt ein sehr schönes Zimmer, ein kostenloses Upgrade. Wenn es warm ist, ist die Terrasse sicherlich ein wunderbarer Aufenthaltsort.

Juan (7/5): Very good location and great staff, but with minor issues in room - The location was great and the staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade so that we could check in very early, and they were very receptive to feedback on the room (see below). The upgraded room was a good-sized apartment with a living room. The living room was very comfortable, had a large TV and a desk. The bedroom was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. There were issues with the apartment, which is why we can't give this a higher score. We understand the apartment was renovated recently, and there are things that are missing or not working properly. The bathroom floor doesn't slope towards the drain, so it floods badly when you shower. The toilet seat was a bit too high for us (we are 1.65-1.70cm tall), and the window was difficult to open. The bedroom door doesn't close as the threshold is too high, and there are no nightstands. Also, the flat doesn't have a view, as the windows face a neighbouring property (a brick wall a few centimetres away).

The room itself was good value for money. Tasty breakfast, if expensive at 15 euros. Wi-fi didn’t work in the room - kept dropping out: That was for2 of us so not just my phone. TV didn’t work and hot water in the morning was limited.

Greeshma (10/5): It was a worthy stay - Sinan Han is an exceptional place to stay in Mostar. The location is excellent, only a short walk from the Old Bridge, which makes it very convenient for exploring the historic center while still offering a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, for guests who want to relax after exploring the city. The rooms and apartments are modern, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. Each unit is well equipped, and the attention to detail makes the stay feel both comfortable and welcoming. The facilities are excellent, and having a kitchen and private parking is a great advantage. The breakfast is fresh, delicious, and well prepared, offering a great start to the day. The Wi-Fi connection is also very reliable and fast, which is important for both leisure and business travelers. What truly makes this place special is the hospitality. The hosts are extremely kind, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist and ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every aspect. I highly recommend Sinan Han to anyone visiting Mostar who is looking for comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality in a perfect location. It is certainly a place worth returning to.

Jonas (9/5): - We got upgraded to the apartment so I do not review the room I booked :) The room was big had almost everything needed. We got a lot for the money spent. We also used a tour by the hotel which was good and informative. The hotel is central but not on a busy street so no noise pollution. You do walk to most places easily. We did not eat breakfeast at the hotel nor spend time at their terrace so cant comment it. The apartment lacked a safe, so we stored our passport with the hotel. There were no bedside tables next to the bed even though room for it. The bathroom lacks spots to hang your towels, there was only one place that fits one towel. Though I suspect these will be fixed since I understood these apartments were recently renovated which you could see that everything looke new.

Mehmed (2/5): - Lokacija je mozda jedini plus ovog objekta. Jednostavno receno ocajno, razumijem da je nova godina, ali zaista preskupo, na vratima od sobe ima veliko staklo, a ta vrata bukvalno gledaju u krevet hahah zamisli koji show. Puse kroz prozore katastrofalno, ventilacija u kupatilu odlicna, kada uđes u kupatilo toliko je jaka da se smrznes za otprilike 2 minute, prvi dan otvorim vrata kupatila ostane mi rucka od vrata u ruci, drugu noc se pokvari vodokotlic, krevet premekan, mozda nekome to odgovara mada sumnjam, meni je svaka noc kao kazna bila. Soba se grije na inverter, znaci cijelu noc mora biti upaljena zbog prozora koji su losi i ventilacije u kupatilu, jer ta toplota nestane za 30 min, e sad zamislite kad vam to puse i dan i noc, sreca pa smo dosli uzivati u gradu, a ne u hotelu. Na kraju da bi se iskupili laze lik na recepciji "hocete dorucak od nas" pa ne treba nama dorucak, za pocetak nam trebaju osnovne stvari. Cisto je, osoblje je ljubazno, lokacija je top, ima li jos nesto pozitivno, sumnjam.

The room was super spacious, modern, and felt brand new. A special shoutout to the lovely lady at the front desk – she was incredibly welcoming and helpful! Overall, a wonderful experience.

U startu smo imali nesporazum s rezervacijom, ali je domaćin vrlo brzo riješio problem u našu korist. Također vam mogu organizovati i kombinacije jednodnevnih izleta na obližnje turističke atrakcije.
