Karen (6/5): - We rented a standard 3 bedroom and it was sufficient space for a months stay. The house requires a deep clean and an upgrade on a lot of its amenities. The communication with property management was superb. Not able to see pictures of unit before arrival. That was a disappointment.
Julie (6/5): - 2nd time using this company. There is no way to know which property one is getting. The house itself looks nice from the start; deeper cleaning could/should be done. POOL HEAT - at this location, if the outside temp drops below 50 at night, the pool water will not be heated. We had three of our nights there without heated pool water. If I understand it correctly, it’s because it’s a heat pump and not a gas heater. IF this is a have-to for you, be aware. It was a disappointment for us.

Jennifer (10/5): Great for a large family - This house was nice. 4 bd 3.5 bath. Great location, safe neighborhood, comfortable and nice pool & spa. The house has everything you need but just needs to be deep cleaned. It was clean but had some dust and needs a pool net pole so while you’re there you can clean the pool.

Around the baseboard in the house was dead bugs. Mold in the master bathroom. Crack in the celling looked like water damage. A lot was wrong with this property. Very dissatisfied.
Lana (8/5): Do your research - The house was very nice and the people very responsive to emails. I do recommend making the differeces in the homes more obvious for easier and less stressful booking. From the info and photos provided, we assumed all of the himes had hot tubs. If you want a hot tub, do not book a standard 4 bedroom. There are no photos, but those do include hot tubs. The location is great, as it is near highway 4.

Verified traveler (8/5): - We we’re upgraded from a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom to a 5 bedroom/4 bathroom. The house was huge in a nice neighborhood. Close to disney and other things we wanted to do. I only had a couple things that I would have changed. The shower head in the master was awful but we just showered in a different bathroom since there was so many. There were no washcloths provided but that was a couple dollar fix from Walmart and lastly the cooling is set for 75 so if you’re not used to the heat it feels quite warm. There was ceiling fans in a couple bedrooms though. I would definitely stay again and recommend.
Verified traveler (4/5): - The property was a disappointment overall. The property manager seemed to be trying t0 make sure we had a positive experience by by nupgrading us to a bigger house. Initial registration was problematic but when contacted they moved quickly to get everything resolved. When we first got into the unit we saw some cockroaches and ants but once we contacted them they immediately reacted to resolve the problem and from that point on we never saw another cockroach or ant again during our stay. The unit itself was not very comfortable, as in beds that were uncomfortable, pillows to flat, etc., etc. Thing like privacy we not up to any standard. Example the vertical blinds in the master bedroom were in such poor condition that huge gaps were exposed. Temp. in the house was set by owner or management and resulted in us being uncomfortable at times we froze and at other times we were hot. Overall unfortunate experience that we won't be repeating. Best argument for the time-share npeople in Orlando.
Verified traveler (8/5): - We had a great time. The home was well equipped. The pool was wonderful. Everything was clean. We loved how the garage had been turned into a game room! The home was much larger than expected and in a cute/quite/safe neighborhood. it was warm inside the home and we weren’t able to turn the air down past 73 due to their rules. So we were uncomfortable sleeping in the heat. The roku TV upstairs hardly worked. Kept loading and freezing. It also was not as close to Disney as expected. It was about a 30-40 minute drive with all the congestion in that area. Would recommend you tell people to bring things like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags. The home had 1 of each and that was it. Thankfully I packed extra just in case.

eschof (10/5): Spacious well equipped villa - Loads of extras here which made our stay even better - pool toys, goggles, polystyrene cool box which kept things cool for hours, table tennis table, even travel coffee mugs! Really spacious home, beautiful rooms and two en-suite bathrooms, lovely downstairs living space, fantastic air conditioning and great pool with spa bath!
Verified traveler (6/5): Dated and needed a good clean - Location was great, 20mins from Disney and 40mins from the airport. Property interior was rather dated and needed a thorough clean - lots of bugs in kitchen although all food kept in the fridge, bath had mould around the plug hole, pool dirty and not cleaned over our 2 week stay despite stating in the book that it’s done weekly.

LUCRETIA (10/5): A Great At Home Feeling - Our visit was great! The house was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The covered pool was a great compliment to home. I would definitely stay at this location again when traveling to Florida. The owners was very quick to respond to any questions we had. They were always very pleasant and willing to accommodate. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the televisions in the near future. However it wasn't that important since we came to enjoy Florida and not watch too much TV. Thanks for a wonderful memorable stay for me and my family.

Mark (8/5): Wonderful short stay - Fantastic location as in a prime area for shopping, amusement parks and places to eat. The house was really comfortable and had everything we needed including a pool table and air hockey in the garage.
