- CFM328 (10/5): Pleasantly surprised - I was kind of iffy staying at La Quinta because of past experiences. But for the price and location I decided to give them a try again. I was pleasantly surprised. You walk in clean. Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. He got me a room close to the elevator so I didn’t have to walk far. Got into the room, it was spotless and I was speechless. I had an accessible room, and there was a lot of room. Only thing, I wish all hotel rooms would come with some kind of small fan.

Bathroom had a low step tub, shower and a large bathroom counter. There was even an anti-fogging mirror!

As a CLC member, it was very easy checking in. The AC worked very well, making it a very comfortable sleep. The continental breakfast was perfect. I also like that there was fresh coffee made daily. I will definitely be staying here again in the future…

You can't see the stuff with the naked eye, but with a uv flashlight you can see everything. Everything looked clean except for that. Also, the fridge needs to be leveled. Water pressure is not great.

Breakfast had a lot of choices, but I just had coffee! The staff were all friendly and went put of the way for a special request. Overall, a very nice place and we would definitely stay there again!

- 10josephj (10/5): Great place to stay off I-10 - This was a great place to stop on out trip from Orlando, FL to Austin, TX. It was easy to find, right off the highway. Ample parking to get in and settled. The room was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast gave plenty of options on what to eat along with cold drinks and other pastry and yogurt choices. I would stay here again when passing through the area if I needed a good night's rest.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spacious and had all amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were soft and cozy. Another highlight of my stay was the breakfast. Each day the breakfast was fresh, tasteful, and had options to suite everyone. Last, but not least the location was perfect and central to everything I needed. It was a quiet and peaceful stay whether if it was for business or leisure, and not to mention pet friendly. Definitely 10 out of 10 I recommend.

Even though it was a busy weekend with a travel baseball team staying there, the staff stayed on top of everything. The boys spent a lot of time in the pool, and it got a bit dirty and cloudy — but the staff acted quickly to clean and maintain it so all guests could enjoy it. I really appreciated their attentiveness. I would definitely stay here again!

- Motherof3Memphis_TN (10/5): Port Allen LaQuinta first stay. - I have NEVER stayed at a La Quinta before. Since this one was fairly new and close to our destination I picked it. Parking lot seems suitable for the size of the hotel. Check in went smoothly. We had a double queen room and the decor was cute. The beds were comfortable with firm mattresses. There were items left behind by previous guests and missed by housekeeping. We alerted the front desk. They apologized profusely and offered snacks and drinks from the pantry for the inconvenience. Soon after they retrieved the left items. Breakfast was decent. The gym is small but decently appointed. We went out to the pool but didn’t get in. The water pressure was great! Four of us took showers back to back and we did not run out of hot water. The pillows were small, so not a fan and there wasn’t enough places to hang the bath towels after we used them. Those things aside, I would definitely stay here again. Note: I included all the pictures I took. I thought I had more of the room but I was mistaken.

- 593ceceliad (10/5): Nice place to stay in Port Allen - Reception staff very friendly and helpful latest look at a room to see how the noise was from the highway and gave us a fourth floor back of the hotel room to get us away from the highway. Hotel very clean. Breakfast was the same as all La Quinta hotels. Price was reasonable and would stay here again. Being able to do laundry was a Plus.
