Guest Reviews
- MICHAEL (4/5): Ok...after a while. - The heat in our room was not working. Outside temperature was 21. A second room proved to be still under renovation. The third room was acceptable. So in the end, it worked out.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Employees wore no masks during the height of COVID in Texas so far, however the room was very spacious with a sink and kitchenette. Give and take, as long as we were social distancing and wearing masks. Overall a good stay on our way back home.
- Chris (4/5): - I booked and paid for a king room. Upon arriving, told they were "out of king rooms but we will 'upgrade' you to a queen room"?? Same price of course for a smaller bed. First room I went to, the AC didn't work (West Texas middle of summer - at least 85°in the room). Second room, half the lights were out & again, broken AC. Third room, phone broken but AC worked, but it had been off so I was miserable for almost 2 hours while it cooled off. The desk clerk was polite about changing rooms but it was after hours so I had to keep hauling my luggage from the room back to the lobby & then to the next room. All rooms had that sour musty smell old hotels get.
Would never stay here again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - A little more upkeep needed we always stay there when we travel to Plainview- staff Person I dealt with she’s amazing and helpful all the time.just please do more Maintenance in the rooms.
- Miranda (10/5): Awsome stay - It was amazing and relaxing stay i loved it
- Verified traveler (8/5): Reddy hotel - Amazing
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Some trouble finding my booking. She had to redo my reservation. It was not coming up on her computer
- Steve (10/5): - Everyone was friendly The only thing I would like change is adding a couple more pillows. I always end up stealing my husbands since there is only 3
- Lela (10/5): - it was just fine ive stayed at this hotel many times they are always friendly its always clean and comfortable
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good value - I have to admit that this hotel looked a little sketchy from the outside with a broken sign and an old bar to the front. But once we made it inside it was very nice. The room was spacious and it was very quiet at night. The bar is no longer in use. Easy access on and off the interstate.
- Lela (8/5): - just stayed one night went to the the lobby next morning at 7:30 had to wait for them to make coffee which made me a little late girl behind the desk wasn't doing her job very well should pay more attention had to use body wash for hand soap in the room there was no bar soap but the room was clean will stay there again
- Peter (10/5): - Great place , clean nice staff no crazy goings on at night . Good job !
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I like the big room, they didn’t have a breakfast room but had breakfast we’ve already left the card in the room so we couldn’t go back in there to eat so ended up eating somewhere else. But other then that it was nice, very good price 👏
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Can't be beat for the price!
- Fernando (10/5): - The room was good size loved the kitchenet close to everything
- Elaine (8/5): - Very basic hotel. Room was clean. Would stay again if traveling thru
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I canceled my reservation. I thought hotel was in Dimmit not Plainview. It was at a good price.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I can say the room was clean, but the condition of the property could use a lot of work. it is obvious that the hotel predominantly caters to long term stays. There was a clean mini kitchen in my room. There were loose and cracked tiles in the bathroom. The 2" gap between the door and floor allowed every noise to come in. This room had previously been smoked in, so had that musty smoke smell lingering.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel stay was comfortable and clean. The staff was always wiling to help and i had no problem calling a head and checking in before the normal check in time considering i arrived at 2am. The staff was very accommodating. I will be coming back to this hotel.
- Jay (10/5): - Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. The stay was pleasant.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - What i didnt like was that when i checked in, i paid cash for room. I was not given a receipt because they dont give receipt til after you check out. Left early the next day. Later i found out that they charged my credit card also. When i called to find out why they were charging my credit card, they said that the was no record of me paying cash up front. So, i paid twice for room
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Friendly staff clean and comfortable nice rooms and has a bar
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I liked the room and space. I did not like the towels and pillows. The service was friendly!
- Per Fredrik (6/5): Bare for en natt - Greit nok
- Kyle (4/5): - Room wasn't particularly clean, mold in the coffee pot. At the price it was ok at best.
- Shasion (4/5): Worse Hotel Ever!! - The outside appearance....both signs to the building missing or damaged so I couldn't see the name. Once I walked in the hotel smelled like cigarettes, with a stronger cigarette smell in the room. There were plug-ins inside the room to try to mask the smell. Btw, the room are supposed to be non-smoking. The toilet made loud notices during the entire I was in the room.
Sheets and towels were clean. Housekeeping and desk staff were kind.
- Nora (4/5): - Not a family environment, had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was horrible, out of the plastic rap into the microwave.
- Michael (6/5): - This ready hotel has a new sports bar and plays loud music. Very annoying at night.
- Annie (6/5): A Nice Overnight Stop - Surprisingly clean and comfortable. The nightstand showed some wear and tear with peeling veneer around the edges, but everything else was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home.
- Lou (4/5): - dead bugs on floor. couple hrs later, live black beetles crawling thru out room. I killed at least 5. The next morning I mentioned it to desk staff. She said pest control had already been notified and treated. They mostly have them on the 2nd floor. I was on the 2nd floor! YUK!!
- Bjørn (8/5): 18.09.2018 - We were a bit unlucky with the time when the hotel was under renovation and there was a fairly tight glue smell throughout the place. but the service was nice and the breakfast OK. Can recommend this place.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This motel was good for the price. Nice and comfortable. I would stay here again for sure!
- Precious (10/5): - It was overpriced, but the room was clean and worth the stay.
- Homer (10/5): Nice room and price - Good, clean room with friendly service.
- Medicineman (2/5): - We almost left in the middle of the night worrying about our safety. The place is just filthy.
- Mrs.Ruiz (8/5): - Do recommend if just needing a low cost clean place to stay. Very clean, great price for the room & friendly staff. We will stay there again.
- Stephen (10/5): Big rooms with kitchenettes! - Awesome value! Stopped on the way through Texas for a night, having the kitchenette to make a real meal on the road was incredible. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are huge. Can’t beat it for the price!
- Verified traveler (6/5): TX to CO overnight - This was a quick overnight for our trip from TX to CO so we weren't looking for anything exquisite. Checkin was fairly easy (although they did overcharge me from the Hotels.com price; the morning attendant refunded the over payment).
The room was spacious but the beds just weren't comfortable. The continental breakfast was the smallest I've ever seen. The reservation served its purpose but I'm glad we reserved another location for our trip home.
- David (8/5): - I was amazed at how spacious my room was. It also had a full refrigerator-freezer, stove, and microwave. A nice surprise of a hotel.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This hotel is a dive. Sign out front is destroyed. Tiles loose and broken in bath. Trash strewn on property. Breakfast is a joke. A few items on a counter in the lobby. No place to sit. Must take your meager items to your room. Avoid unless cheap is your only goal.
- Barbara (8/5): A - OK - Reddy Hotel was a welcome sight when my family and I rolled in very late one evening in May. The receptionist was friendly and knew her job well. We were surprised to find that the rooms included a kitchenette. The rooms were clean, well provisioned, and the beds were comfy. We could tell that the hotel had seen it''s glory days a few years back, but overall it was a decent hotel. My only gripe was that one of the guests had a dog that started barking at about 7:30 in the morning, and didn't quit. It was still barking when we left the room to check out at 9:30. A common problem when hotels allow pets????
- Verified traveler (6/5): Small Texas town local motel - The hotel charged me additional local taxes on the final "including tax" amount I got when I reserved and I didn't like such surprise. And their breakfast was a joke. But no major disaster.
- Bob (10/5): Kitchenette hotel - Check in was easy and staff was great. Room was clean and fresh. Bed was firmer than I prefer but that is just personal preference
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Extra large room with comfortable bed and kitchenette. Great value for the price. Quiet location, but right off I27 and a few minutes to food and gas.
- Patrick (8/5): - Nice and roomy room, clean and good location.
- Dara (10/5): Great stay!!! Thanks! - I was so impressed with check in as well as the room. Very friendly staff as well as very clean hotel. Room was great and comfortable. I travel monthly to Plainview and would recommend to anyone.
- Julie (8/5): Nice hotel!! Big rooms for the price!!!! - I went to see my son!! And that hotel had the best prices for a nice place!!!
