- Marcelo (3/5): NAO RECOMENDO - Por tres horas, paguei uma diária a mais porque nao tem opção de adiantar checkin. Tínhamos casamento no sabado as 16h e só poderia entrar as 15h, entao pegamos a partir de sexta. Quando chegamos no sabado as 12h, ficavam falando que só poderíamos entrar as 15h, sendo que pegamos desde sexta. Depois de meia hora tentando falar com alguém e barrados no prédio, conseguimos atendimento com um atendente grosseiro que achou ruim porque falamos que estávamos com pressa. Conseguimos entrar perto das 14h. O apartamento tem mofo no banheiro e a limpeza estava bem mal feita. Sofá queimado com cigarro. Ar condicionado sujo e nao gela, além de fazer barulho. No meio da noite, ele parou com mensagem de erro, entao ficamos sem ar condicionado. No outro dia, ele voltou a funcionar mas sem gelar bem. Enfim, apartamento mediano, e achamos péssima a empresa que administra. Cheio de regras para nós, mas nao fazem a parte deles, além de ser grosseiros.

A limpeza foi bem feita e as roupas de cama e banho estavam trocadas e devidamente limpas. Precisam melhorar as informações sobre o check-in e higienizar o ar-condicionado e as cortinas blackout.

Porém, não tem pano de prato! Tudo bem que dá para deixar a louça escorrendo na pia, mas poderia ter um pano de prato para auxiliar no preparo de alimentos, né. Um pouco de sal seria bom, também Além disso, seria bem interessante deixar um pouco de pó de café, açúcar e papel filtro para o hóspede. Custa muito pouco para o anfitrião, e seria um "plus" bacana, uma vez que tem suporte para passar café, tem chaleira elétrica, tem COZINHA, mas tem que comprar um pacote de café e filtro que é muito para alguns dias de estadia.

- Cláudio (4/5): Experiência horrível!!!! - Adoro o prédio e a localização, sempre fico no 7th. Já fiquei outras vezes com a empresa Yogha, e nunca tive problemas, mas dessa vez foi HORRÍVEL! As informações no whats eram aparentemente desatualizadas, como login e senha da Wifi, mas felizmente respondiam rápido whats mesmo de madrugada. O apto estava com vários problemas. Ar que não funcionava, tive que reiniciar a chave geral várias vezes pq ele parava do nada. A geladeira simplesmente não funcionou, e reportei desde a quinta quando entrei. Me responderam dizendo que iriam na sexta no apto averiguar, mas não apareceram. Chamei de novo, e sábado à tarde foi uma funcionária da Yogha que não entendia claramente do que foi avaliar. Depois de muita conversa presencial e pelo whats, me transferiram para um Studio de padrão inferior, em andar mais baixo e sem sacada, mesmo eu tendo pago a mais pela sacada. Os retornos sempre foram ágeis pelo whats, mas não surtiram efeito. Ou seja, experiência péssima!!!! Nunca mais fico com a Yogha, e solicitarei ressarcimento à Booking!

Me enviaram um link pra fazer o check-in fiquei a tarde inteira tentando e sempre dava email invalido, entrei emcontato com watts que enviaram, mas só recebia o link, ou seja, o watts não serve para nada. Ao chegar no local continuei tentantando. Depois de umas 8horas consegui. Então, caso tenha problemas com o check-in deve-se digitar todos os numeros e tambem o endereço do email, pois quando preenche automaticamente, não dá certo.

- Luiz F. Rodrigues (8/5): A estadia foi ótima,excelente localização,boa estrutura,vista incrível,pequenos detalhes a melhorar - O studio em que ficamos era o que tinha um sofá-cama na cor azul. O que mais gostei foi a localização, extremamente conveniente, situada entre a Rodoferroviária de Curitiba e o Shopping Estação, o que facilitou muito a minha locomoção pela cidade. Além disso, o studio é muito bom e bem equipado, com geladeira, micro-ondas, fogão elétrico (que inclusive não precisamos utilizar), utensílios de cozinha, pratos, talheres, entre outros itens. Também fica em andar alto, proporcionando uma vista incrível de Curitiba. O que não gostamos foi a ausência de blackout na cortina, pois as janelas são amplas e a luz entra com facilidade pela manhã. Também percebemos que a tampa superior do vaso sanitário não permanecia na posição vertical, pois caía sozinha. São apenas pequenos detalhes que não desabonam a estadia. Como sugestão, recomendamos levar tapa-olhos para quem tem sono leve. No mais, estava tudo ótimo. Lembre-se de fazer o check-in antecipadamente e, no dia da estadia, solicitar a senha de acesso via WhatsApp ao proprietário. A respeito do sofá-cama na cor azul, para criança ou pessoa mais leve pode atender, porém achamos firme e não tão confortável para um adulto.

O quarto é espaçoso e possui tudo para uma estadia bem tranquila. O check in demorou um pouco porque não tinham enviado as informações para recepção e estávamos bem cansadas da viagem. Isso foi um ponto negativo.

- Eduardo Akira (8/5): Ótimo custo benefício - O proprietário tomou o cuidado de equipar o apartamento com torradeira, sanduicheira, chaleira, mixer, geladeira, fogão. O apartamento estava muito bem decorado e limpo. O prédio oferece máquina de vendas, lavanderia e mini mercado. Apesar do apartamento ser pequeno, o quarto não tem ar condicionado, depende do ar condicionado da sala e leva muito tempo para conseguir resfriar todo ambiente. Senti falta de um suporte para toalha no banheiro, pois mais de uma vez molhei uma das toalhas que estavam penduradas no box enquanto tomava banho. Fiquei quase 30 minutos na porta do apartamento esperando para entrar pois não foi fornecida a senha após o checkout e só percebi que entre os dados que estavam lá faltava a senha da porta. No anúncio do booking, nas informações enviadas pela Yogha ou deixadas no apartamento, não falava sobre as facilidades disponíveis no prédio como o mini mercado e a lavanderia, descobri apenas no último dia de estadia. Apesar desses pontos de melhoria, a estadia foi confortável e recomendo a acomodação

Mesmo tendo feito o cadastro que pediram bem antes do dia da hospedagem, demorou tudo isso. No quarto o ar condicionado estava quebrado.

- Claudia (9/5): - El edifico bastante completo, las instalaciones como áreas comunes muy bien desde el gym, piscina y área de quincho, el departamento era bastante cómodo aunque mejoraría algunas cosas, la ubicación están bien en relación de que había un supermercado y bastante cerca, lavandería automática bastante cerca El departamento era bastante básico en relación al tema de cocina, no contaba con pala para recoger la basura y tuvimos que pedir que lo fueran a dejar, para los días que estuvimos el detergente para la loza cuando llegamos era solamente agua diluia, el aire acondicionado funcionaba pero tiraba muy poco aire, al rededor de la zona se veía mucha gente durmiendo en la calle pero aún así se sentía seguro

Alem disso, acho q o quarto tinha um pouco cheiro de mofo e a cama era velha (estava curvada para dentro!)

- Luana Crystine (10/5): Estadia de 5 noites - Minha estadia durante as 5 noites foi muito agradável. O ambiente é aconchegante, bem organizado e atendeu às minhas necessidades com conforto. A limpeza estava em dia e tudo funcionou conforme o esperado. O atendimento foi atencioso e sempre solícito quando precisei de suporte ou informações, o que fez toda a diferença para uma boa experiência. A localização também é um ponto positivo, facilitando o deslocamento durante os dias de hospedagem. Agradeço pela hospitalidade e com certeza consideraria me hospedar novamente e recomendar o local a outras pessoas.

- CláudiaManao (4/5): Foi muito sofrida no check-in, péssimo atendimento da YHOGA. Foi difícil. - É um prédio muito grande, muitas opções nos andares superiores como piscina e academia de ginástica. Bastante complicado de se locomover porque são elevadores diferentes para acesso a esses lugares. Existe uma garagem com pagamento à parte. É uma construção bastante moderna e nova. O apartamento possui uma área muito boa. Chegamos em dia de feriado. A portaria é péssima, atendimento basicamente remoto, muitas pessoas chegando e saindo ao mesmo tempo, é um prédio com muito movimento de pessoas residentes ou não. Enfim, o atendimento da YHOGA foi péssimo, tudo pelo celular e ninguém me respondia. Reservei e paguei para TRÊS pessoas, no entanto, não havia troca de roupa de cama e de banho para 3, apenas para 2. Não havia roupa de cama para o sofá-cama. Os edredons e cobertas estavam com mau cheiro, usados, impossível de usar. Tinha compromisso, solicitei inúmeras vezes a vinda do enxoval e somente fui atendida após 23h, no retorno do compromisso, fiquei sem tomar banho por causa da falta de toalhas de banho. Estava muito cansada da viagem e não tinha como montar e usar o sofá-cama porque não tinha roupa de cama para ele e nem cobertas limpas. Tudo só foi resolvido no dia seguinte, após muita insistência que deixou nossa estada bastante desconfortável em razão do péssimo atendimento. O sofá-cama é péssimo.

- Luana (1/5): Ruim, não recomendo a estadia. - A localização é boa. O sistema de checkin é super burocrático e complicado, o telefone de atendimento (que dizem ser 24horas) não responde e por WhatsApp demoram em responder. As instalações não condizem ao apresentado na reserva. Fizemos todo o procedimento de cadastro indicado com a antecendência indicada e antes de chegarmos ao endereço, quando chegamos ainda não tínhamos recebido as informações para entrada. Quando finalmente recebemos tudo e refizemos o cadastro no prédio, descobrimos que o código de acesso ao apartamento enviado não estava correto. Tivemos que esperar no corredor por 20 minutos até conseguirmos uma resposta. Quando finalmente entramos no apartamento, o sofá cama que seria para a terceira pessoa estava sem lençóis, sem travesseiro e sem cobertor, além do colchão ser super velho e de má qualidade. A limpeza do apartamento também não estava excelente e a porta do armário do ar condicionado estava quebrada, o que fazia com que bastante barulho e vento entrasse pelo buraco.

E tava tão sujo que não suportei ficar . Tive que pagar mais 600 reais pra trocar de quarto e conseguir dormir . Foi horrível.
