Parking is off-site but only a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend adding it as we tried to find street parking at first and it was difficult. Loved that we were so close to all the action on the beach but on a quiet and pretty walk street. We'll definitely be back!

Just stayed there for 1night for my son’s graduation celebration with the family.. kid’s enjoyed it very much because of the beach. Parking its kinda hard, but our overall experience is GOOD.. definitely, i will booked it again. The manager is very helpful and nice to accomodate all my inquiry.
• Christine (4/5): - Pantry not stalked with basics... salt and pepper, sugar (for coffee), cookware was dirty, linens had stains, coffee pot broke, AC broke (hot as hell!!!) Furniture has seen better days. Bathroom sink backed up......The only thing we liked about this place was the location. This was by far our least favorite Airb&b rental ever! Parking was HORRIBLE- and property manangement should be a little more clear about this prior to booking.
• Athena (6/5): - The location of the property was perfect, a quick minute walk down the street and the venice beach is there. We also ate breakfast at a restaurant on the corner right along the beach. Parking was about a 5 minute walk away but easy to access and find a spot. Otherwise the apartment was not the cleanest. We immediately used the bathroom upon arrival and the window in the shower was full of dirt and dead flies. Lots of tiny mosquitoes and a couple other bugs got into the apartment. Also a stain on the bed sheets when we pulled out the couch bed. No sponge for the sink so we used the dishwasher which leaked water on the floor. Overall it was doable I would’ve taken more pictures of the dirt we saw.

Special thanks to Destiny for answering our so quickly and providing beyond-excellent customer service. The apartment was well stocked with towels, kitchenware, linens, and its location cannot be beat on one of Venice's famous walk streets. Definitely a home away from home!

• Verified traveler (2/5): My family HATED our stay. Beach saved it. - I’ve finally had the opportunity to write this review regarding this property. I’ll try to keep this as short and simple as possible. Booked this stay for my daughter’s 16th bday. It was my family’s 1st time in Cali, (from Ga). We arrived at night and the entrance to get in looks like an alley in downtown Atl. Expect a 2 block walk from a hotel’s parking deck. The place was ridiculously dusty. We found THICK layers of dust behind EVERY TV. The main bedroom had a thick sheet of dust on the base of the headboard. As I lifted and placed the pillows while disinfecting, a cloud of dust appeared as well. We are a family that has allergies….epi-pen allergies. I thought bringing my daughter to the beachside would be perfect. I had to constantly check to make sure her lungs and breathing was not a problem the entire stay. The tv turned on, however, there was a huge notification blocking 90% of the screen to call the cable company to connect the cable. The 2nd bedroom had an outdated television w/attached dvd/dvr. However, if you have sensitive hearing, don’t bother turning it on. The high pitched ringing noise will annoy you. The knob that pops up when the shower is turned off, we’ll that popped right off. They are strict in rules but not for themselves. I called to make the property aware, they responded AFTER we left and only offered $42 refund for the inconvenience. Stay at your own risk. I’m sure whoever responds to this will have something to say. Close beach is the only perk.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful location - I was charged more than I should have been and was never sent a receipt for the transaction. Also, it would have been nice to have access to a broom as the beach sand got all over the floors.
• Rosita (8/5): - The place was great. Really cute. My daughter loved it. The shower was kinda weird with half door shower wall. The water got all over the floor so the towel mat was soaked. The parking was a little inconvenient and it made it so I didn't want to drive anywhere and i door dashed food and groceries instead. Maybe if you don't plan on leaving just get groceries before check-in. Was really quick to get to the boardwalk and beach. I'd definitely stay again.
• Dobrina (6/5): - Pros: 1) amazing location a block from the beach. 2) Outdoor seating area also lovely, private. 3) television with Roku including premium channels was great to relax after a day out 4) easily able to adjust temperature in the unit Cons: 1) poor communication with manager. The pull out sofa bed in the living room broke the second day we were there. I immediately emailed the manager (their preferred form of communication) and heard back that the cleaning crew would bring a rollaway bed the next day. They never came and the manager didn’t respond to any other emails from me, so my daughter had to spend the next four nights sleeping on the couch cushions alone. 2) poor amenities in the unit. When I travel with my husband and three daughters, we always book a place with a kitchen so we can make our own breakfasts, generally cereal with milk, yogurt, fruit, granola, bagels. This kitchen had a cracked cereal bowl that leaked milk everywhere. It had incredibly dull knives which slid off the sides of apples rather than slicing. It had no cloth dish towels, only one roll of paper towels. It had a Brita-type water pitcher in the refrigerator but the filter was missing. 3) the light bulbs were missing from the bedroom side lamps, and the ceiling light had only one of the two or three bulbs working, so that room was really dark. 4) all bathroom toiletries and kitchen supplies are clearly from the dollar store, so be sure to bring your own.
• Stacy (10/5): - Cute condo. It fit my entire family comfortably (6 of us) Great location! Very close to the beach and max travel for all the attractions was about 35 min! Overall I was very happy with my stay! No complaints! There are a lot of homeless around but we felt very safe where we stayed
• nahrain (10/5): - Honestly, I was so impressed with how quickly the host would respond to my questions. This place is less than a block away from the beach. My 3 boys loved it. We walked the boardwalk daily. We cooked lunch in the kitchen that had everything. It was an amazing spot. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

• Ka (8/5): - Location was ideal...walking distance to beach, boardwalk, piers, and restaurants. Building is secured front and back. Condo is small for price and extra fees. There is no parking on site, even though there's a $20 parking fee per night. The spot is around 5 blocks down the street in a ramp, which they don't indicate that in the posting. Its a inconvenient if you have kids with or bags to carry back and forth.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Great location and clean, needs TLC w/ furniture + - Very clean, cute condo in a GREAT laction. It needs some TLC as the pull out couch is broken, towel racks falling out of the wall, batroom mirror is taped together and falling down, frig door doesn't like to shut or stay shut and front door scraps severely making it difficult and loud to close. 2nd bedroom bed is practically a hammock and it is difficult to get out of the bed and the lamp or headboard lights do not work.
• Laura J (10/5): - We stayed in the deluxe condo for three nights with our four kids ranging in age from 3-16. The condo had just enough space for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and we felt safe the entire trip. There were three tv’s which came in handy with four kids to entertain. The kitchen was equipped enough to make simple meals and snacks. We enjoyed being able to stay in for breakfast every morning. The location is great! Took us maybe 5 minutes to walk to Venice beach, and that was with two small children. And from there we rode electric scooters up to Santa Monica. The Parking is a bit of a walk but not bad at all. Check in/out and parking instructions were very detailed and clear, if you read the emails sent by management it’s really a very simple process. We did have to grab some paper towels and soap, but not a big deal because the cvs is a five minute walk from the unit. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend and stay again!
• Paul (2/5): Mediocre Apartment Rental - This small apartment was in a good location close to the beach and is an older property that has been updated. It was clean. That’s the good news. The bad news was this: The refrigerator was not working. There were no clothes hangers in the bedroom closet. No space to put toiletries anywhere in the bathroom. While the management did provide a bottle of shampoo, a bottle of conditioner and a liquid soap container, there was no soap or body wash for the shower. Parking for the property was inconveniently located in a garage about a quarter mile away. Plentyof emails were sent by the management before and during the stay with codes for entry to the building along with vaguely threatening warnings about fines that would be levied if their house rules were not complied with. All in all a below average experience for a rental experience in Venice. I’ve stayed in many that were far better over the years. This one was not terrible but simply mediocre.

• Ruth (8/5): Excellent location in really great part of LA - Location to the beach and restaurants was 5/5. Check out food on Rose Ave. Close to Abbet Kinney Blvd with all the boutiques etc. Condo was good clean and comfortable. Condo is a little tired looking but acceptable. These are my complaints that should be a pretty easy fix. No paper towels or any other type of kitchen clothes or towels. The coffee maker worked but the filters were the wrong ones for the machine and the machine lid was broken. Needs a new frying pan and the cutlery /utensils are the cheapest you can buy. A quick trip to GoodWill could fix that. Salt and pepper wouldn’t hurt. That’s it. I recommend staying here! Accessing the property was easy. The beach is right there. Also we just did free street parking on Main Street 5 min walk away. Check out The Win-Dow at American Beauty Restaurant for great burgers and chicken sandwiches. We had dinner in their ‘Garden’ and that was good too.
• Krista (6/5): - The check-in process is not smooth. I filled out the emailed form weeks prior. Noticed that they would email all the codes for doors and gates ONE HOUR prior to check in. I emailed asking if I could get this info a day early because I was driving from a great distance and wanted the info prior to me standing at the gate searching my emails. I'm a mom with two teens in tow and wanted a quick and smooth check in given the area. NO response and then frantic emails about no selfie was submitted and the credit card I was using was not processing. Just extra stress while traveling and would have been handled better the day prior to arrival. Place has thin walls, could hear the conversation upstairs word for word. Parking is two blocks away, BLOCKS not streets. Not great at night to be walking back from the parking garage while homeless are wandering about. Kitchen is poorly stocked. NO oven mits or hot pads, no dish towels just paper towels, no baking sheet or baking pan. Dishwasher didn't work well. A bag of ice in the freezer that was a block of ice cubes that fused together. Bathroom needs a good deep clean on the tile floor, the grout is dark black in the center of the room, the sides it is a lighter tan. Tiles missing, bathtub needs to be re -chauked. The high tub was not easy to get in and out of for the shower. Towels are basic hotel grade. Would benifit from some nice bath rugs in the bathroom. Twin beds are the couch in the living room.
• Shirin (4/5): Entrance lock was broken - The main door lock entrance to the complex was broken the whole time we stayed there for 4 nights. We called the property manager first day and they said the handyman will fix it but it never happened. So the door was open and the area had lots of homeless. We felt very unsafe at nights as there was no security to the complex. The parking was 10 min walk and very inconvenient. Specially at night with homeless ppl in street. The location was good though close to the beach.

• Michael (6/5): - The unit itself was fine; well stocked kitchen, etc. But the online checkin was a huge waste of time and energy. I was told to submit a selfie for ID purposes. I did. I later got an email saying if I didn't submit the selfie, I couldn't check in. I resubmitted it, asked for confirmation. Received the confirmation. Then on checkin day, instead of receiving the entry code for the unit, I got a message saying I couldn't get the code because I hadn't submitted a selfie...
• Eric (10/5): - We had an excellent mother/daughter weekend at this location. Note that parking is a few blocks away however easy to navigate. The bathroom had not enough toilet paper (we purchased no problem) and since laundry facilities were not working we had limited towels - partly because there were no bathroom rugs and we had to use a couple towels to avoid slipping etc. The shower tub is very tall making it awkward to get in and out of and water easily got on the floor. There is no hand bar to hold and I feel older people may have great difficulty with it. In addition there were a few bugs (not bedbugs) found in the home throughout the stay. All of these things were minor and the location is absolutely perfect for navigating to the beach and shopping.

• Aerin (8/5): - I had an overall pleasant stay at Venice Vacation condos. It was conveniently located near the beach. The place was clean but there was a lot of gnats. The kitchen was nice but a little outdated and the dishwasher didn't work. The water pressure in the shower was weak. Overall I would stay again if visiting the area.

• christina (4/5): - Cute place for college kids- not a family. Didn't share ahead of time that the 2 twin beds were actually part of the couch. The kitchen supplies were a joke. There wasn't even an icecube tray to make ice- they literally left a sandwich bag of ice in the freezer. There were no utensils to cook with, let alone hand towels or pot holders. The grill was disgusting- but you couldn't cook on it anyways as you have no grill tools- not a single set of tongs. All the dishes & silverware had to be rewashed. There was a lot of dust on the shelf in the kitchen and it had these weird pink lights over the stove- so if you were attempting to cook you couldn't tell if it was done. THe parking was 6 blocks away. The tub/shower was the highest tub you have ever seen and difficult to get in and out of; even for young healthy people. The beds were ok; some of the linens were obviously overused and in need of replacement. The whole place smelt of weed.Location was great though
• Sipkje (6/5): - The view is a neighbors wall. The place had no paper towel, sponge, salt or pepper in the kitchen, very bare. The bathtub was SUPER slippery!, we asked for an anti slip mat, but got no reply during our stay. Other than that, the place was clean and we had a pleasant stay. The parking is quite far away from the place. Loading/unloading at the condo can only happen if two people are there, since one person has to stay with the car at all time.

So when we had to walk from the parking lot about three blocks down 5-8 min walk with little ones was a bit scary. In addition the condo was outdated, the windows wouldn’t close and I could hear every day we were there the people walking upstairs from 12am-3am like moving furniture around.

• Angelia (4/5): - Kitchen is bare bones, no bowls for food prep, cheap knives, no basics like sandwich bags or food wrap (tin foil or plastic), no spices or cooking oil. The salt and pepper are the ¢99 variety. No kitchen towels or paper towels. Bathroom toiletries are only toilet paper and mismatched cheap shampoo and conditioner. No q-tips or cotton balls. The tile grout on the bathroom floor is nearly black. Linens are cheap, beds are foam. All towels are cheap, white hotel towels which guests are expected to use in the kitchen and not get dirty or else face additional fees. Mattresses are cheap foam and pillows are lumpy with plastic cases. There are unlocked electrical boxes along the small walkway to the entrance of the apartment (these are not condos!!). This property is way over priced and apparently only cleaned with bleach spray, which was left on the counter. I was extremely disappointed. I do not recommend.

• Daniel Jason Martin (6/5): - Great location close to the beach and local restaurants, parking is off site so prepare for a small walk when using a car. Disappointed the oven didn't work for the groceries we bought or that there was no balcony access. A nice small unit though for 2-3 people otherwise.

Reasons we probably will choose a hotel next time. Property management unresponsive. Felt as though we were being watched then found a window outside one of the kitchen windows. Which made the stay a little unsettling.

After finding this place was very uncomfortable, we didn't stay more than one night and reached out to management to release the place back to them. Even though we gave the place back right away after just one night, they refused to refund us even partially. BEWARE BOOKING WITH THEM!

• Beverly (10/5): - I like to search and search...and search when i know im about to travel. First time in Cali, we went for a festival and im so glad we got this place! So many walkable places to eat or drink! Also good places in Marina del Rey which is only 10-15 min drive! Also like the beach are closest to the condo is not over packed. It was a great place to stay and i would definitely book it again!

• Leane (10/5): Quiet Gem Near Venice Boardwalk Scene - Our one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of Venice Beach Vacation Condos was a surprisingly quiet gem on a walk street near the bustling boardwalk scene of Venice Beach. While some of the furnishings were dated, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything a family or couple might need for cooking in, the towels were soft and plentiful, the HVAC system worked like a charm, extra supplies like trash bags, toilet paper and cleaning supplies were provided, and the property manager was amazingly responsive to various questions that cropped up during our stay, whether by phone or email. We intend to stay again!
• EducationLove (4/5): A shabby, small apartment with a good location - First, the positives: apartment was conveniently located a block from the beach, instructions to get in were clear, and manager Daphne was friendly. We were granted a late check out (for $75) which was helpful. The negatives: We are a family of four with a lot of laundry, and one of the reasons we booked this place is so we could wash our clothes at the end of a 3-week holiday. We were told the washer and dryer were not working, but not advised of where we could actually do laundry. We had no car, so it was not practical to drive to a laundromat. The apartment was nothing like the photos, which were obviously taken with a lens that stretched the view and were of a different apartment in the block. It was tiny. Furniture was cheap and peeling, and one dresser drawer was glued shut. The couch/sofa bed had splashes of white liquid spilled on the side of it. There was no bin or place in the kitchen for recycling. There were signs on the wall saying "don't ____" with various instructions not to do things, coupled with multiple email messages saying "don't ____ or you will be fined". This made the experience feel like we were unwelcome guests who couldn't be trusted to take good care of a place. We received feedback requests from every place we stayed in the US except this one. The fact that we were not asked for feedback on our stay here confirms the fact that the owners are not really interested in it. Give this place a miss.
• Jean-Sebastien (6/5): - Don’t expect much. This unit is older and run down. Rusty hinges. Broken shower controls. Priced like Marriott, delivered like quality inn.
• Dorin V. (4/5): Stars discrepancy. - This is at most two stars location; I do not understand why Hotels.com rated these 4 stars. Location yes is perfect however 4 stars advertising is not for location is for conditions, at this rating and pay I could stay in a hotel with room service, parking included, breakfast included, gym and spa included.
• Lee (10/5): - This property was everything we needed. We choose Venice because the access to the beach and things to do in the area. It was a short drive to the airport and close to the beach. Morning runs were great. The cookware in the kitchen were good quality. The tub in the bathroom was a little hard to get in for a guy with bad needs. Other than that this place was excellent.

• gail1979 (4/5): overpriced and inconvenient and not very clean - Would not recommend. First, I booked through expedia and was quoted a price. After I booked nonrefundable, the condo sent me a $100 cleaning fee invoice. I reviewed the expedia details and in fine print it did say I would be charged a cleaning fee. Ironic, since the place was not really clean. Everything was inconvenient and confusing and required calls to the management. The parking was confusing and pretty far away. The TVs and remotes were confusing. One of the remotes we did not find until the second day. It was under the couch. The AC was on some electronic control thing that you had to have a degree in computer science to operate. Even the check in was confusing. Venice beach itself has deteriorated. I would not visit there again. Santa Monica was fun. For the price we paid, plus the "cleaning fee" and the parking, we could have stayed at a nice hotel.
• Gail (4/5): - Most disturbing was the cleaning fee that was hidden in fine print and not included in the expedia pricing. I felt blind sided. While the place was conveniently located to the beach, it was inconvenient in many aspects. The TVs and air conditioning controls were very confusing. The control for the TV in the living room was missing, and we found it on the second day under the couch. The rug was dirty, the blankets frayed and bleached spots. Under the couches and beds was dirty. The floor was dirty. The parking was confusing and inconvenient. Even the check in was confusing and cumbersome. We did call about the check in and TV and parking and our questions were answered, but who wants to spend their vacation calling the management for basic things. I would not recommend this place. For the price we paid, we could have stayed in a decent hotel with parking close by and not needing to contact management about how to use everything.
• Cristy (6/5): - Good: Nice place, clean, close to the beach. Bad: parking is a10/15 minutes away, they don't answer the phone when you need something, no hand soap
• Stephen (2/5): - I stayed here for one night and upon check-in found that there was an additional mandatory $95 cleaning fee on top of what I already paid. For the cost I could have stayed someplace nice rather than this worn-down apartment. The check in process was unpleasant and involved multiple emails full of threatening language about all the things that will incur further fees if you don't comply. Often the charges don't match up throughout the documentation. You need to fill out a form that was broken for me. I already mentioned the cleaning fee which was buried in the fine print when I booked on lastminute.com, it was too late for me to change by the time I found out about it. This cost should just be included in the fee rather than hidden. The unit itself is a basic apartment, perhaps built in the 80's and it shows it's age. We were surprised to find our apartment was full of mosquitos for some reason. The entrance way was swarming with them, and they must have been coming under the door. The unit was pretty clean, but the carpeted stairs outside the door looked and smelled like someone has vomited on them. Good location.

• POLLYANNA (2/5): - Bed bugs. My daughter is suffering from bed-bug bites all over her body. She saw two doctors to confirm this. I waited for test results before writing a review to be fair. Bed bugs, unclean tub and toilets are not what you expect when spending on what you believe would be better than a hotel experience. Seriously reconsider staying here.
• Angela (6/5): - Garage key never worked , even after calling management,what a joke. Homeless people and garbage all thru alley, smelled, scary to walk home too. The apt upstairs is very noisy, can hear everything, was bearable except after 1am party’s all night, notified management didn’t help. Apt was clean, would have been nice to have broom to clean in between, no laundry, and no security lock once in apartment, just glass door. Water pressure a joke in shower,

• Mohamad (4/5): - Parking is a 6 minute walk which was very disappointing given that they didn’t mention that until I made the booking. Very sketchy that they didn’t provide that info in the listing details. Had I known I have to walk 6 mins to the parking I wouldn’t have booked this place. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you had your own car.
