Guest Reviews
- Pauline (7/5): Decent hotel for short stay - The rooms were cleaned and the beds were comfortable. The staff were lovely. No loungers by the rooftop pool. Not being able to take drinking water up to the seats by the pool.
There were no vegetarian breakfast options. I tried to order just toast but they said you must order the omelette that comes with toast. I explained I don't eat eggs but that they said thats the only way to get the toast. What a waste of food!!
The hotel seemed to be full of very young teenagers who were loud into the night. Possibly a school trip?

- Benjamel (8/5): - Personnel avenant et maîtrisant l'anglais. Chambre 605 très correcte, belle salle de bains. Literie confortable. Rien.
- Elucios (10/5): - the staff are very friendly, helpful specially the receptionist name cat. she give all what i need. No microwave and and.fridge in the room

- Jimmy (8/5): Convenient hotel with accomodations as advertised. Good balance between price and what you get. - Location was very good, close to places we wanted to visit and with good connection to the airport.
Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom was very good, we even had hot water. Noise of outside was almost zero, rare in Manila. TV with Netflix is a plus for a family with kids. The pool and jaccuzi were very nice. A 711 located next to it is very convenient. Breakfast was good but bit expensive. The gaming room and fitness area was a bit outdated. The first day of our stay the rooftopbar was no longer open although according to schedule it should be open.
Breakfast was good but bit expensive.

- Alita (10/5): Location is convenient for the purpose of my visit. I would come back to this hotel should I revisit. - The hotel is close to many shops, street vendors and restaurants. This hotel has its own restaurant, bar, pool, hot tub, terrace overlooking the streets and the Skyway. The staff are professional and attentive. It’s walking distance to my family’s place. It’s very close to Skyway but we didn’t hear the traffic outside inside our room. No refrigerator and microwave in the room. Perhaps you can request one but we didn’t do it.
- Rebecca (10/5): One night in Manila. - A good sized room with a balcony. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good. Getting a little worn but it was no issue to me. There is a pool and spa upstairs alone with a bar and restaurant. There is also filtered water on some (maybe all) levels. There are cakes or doughnuts as you enter.
There is a 7/11 right next door.
The staff were so helpful and accommodating.
- Rahul (10/5): Just Amazing - Everything was just perfect
- Daniel (7/5): Good -
- Vincent (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (10/5): - The food was lovely - bit heavy on the truffle oil. Jeffrey, our waiter, was very friendly and attentive. The rooftop garden was amazing and drinks were tasty.
- Mariana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Asad (10/5): Exceptional - Great staff and location was very good. Sofa in the suite could have been more comfortable.
- Villegas (8/5): Very good -
- Tum (9/5): Superb - Very clean room. 7-11 next door. Roof top facilities. Close to the airport and toll way.
- Gelyn (8/5): Very good -
- Rowena (8/5): review - the location was accessible to the places that we were scheduled to go,transpo is convenient.the rooms were clean and staff were attentive to our needs the key cards sometimes malfunctioned but it was easily resolved, only 3 hangers were in our room no available no racks or hooks where we could hang our clothes. sometimes we struggle to find a staff to attend to our needs in the roofdeck
- Shannon (5/5): Underwhelming and loud - Check in was easy and friendly Walls paper thin and could hear all the neighbors, plus party street noise & highway. Facilities very basic, and over priced for what you get.
Tried to visit the restaurant for dinner at 7.30pm and was told it was closed. Luckily 7/11 right next door for snacks.
Checked out early due to noise, and was not offered a refund on the night stay I didn’t use
- Christina (3/5): Dont recommend, not sure why reviews are so good. - Bed was comfortable. People working were friendly and restaurant was decent. The sauna was great. The room was missing everything, like soaps shampoos etc. the air conditioner made just a loud broken noise we couldn’t sleep or leave it on. Really a mess. Also, the game room is not only broken down, there is nothing that works or balls for any of the games. Asked them to turn on air for working in game room and took over an hour for someone to come up.
- Nick (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff, had all the amenities, great massages.
- Vuong (8/5): Very good -
- Nattarika (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nicole (5/5): Disappointing, would not recommend - The staff were friendly and helpful The property was dirty and poorly maintained. It looked nothing like the photos
- johntS2838WI (2/5): Stupid hotel - No internet. Their internet is so slow and their staffs are not doing anything to fix the problem. I am so done with this hotel. I have booked my stay here 2x already and the service is so terrible. Dont book in this stupid hotel, i swear………………..
- Zulkifli (8/5): Cool stay - The roof top bar and the front office staff were great The hiliot spa was a bit disappointing. Had better experience with spa outside the hotel which are way cheaper
- Clydine (9/5): My stay was a very pleasurable experience; didn’t expect much coz the price is just average but it turned out that the p - The cleanliness of the place & the accommodating staff None
- Angelyn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paredes (5/5): Passable - Close to road, hallway was loud so you can hear the other guests
- Apple (5/5): Passable - Spacious room with the balcony, pretty nice view. Nice staff. The value of the stay was decent. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, the only problem was that it was cleaned one day but the rest was not cleaned until we checked out. They also charged as 400 peso for the towels. The wifi doesn't work for entire day.
- Niño (9/5): Superb - We stayed at their Suite Room and it is very spacious. Super lamig din ng aircon sa room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable to sleep :) Need to improve the internet
- Flora (8/5): Very good -
- J1244REjenc (10/5): Value for your money! - Awesome place, value for your money! There are a lot for amenities for the cheap price! Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, mini gym and a Game Room! There's a restaurant that serves a lot of amazing dishes and there's a bar where you can stay and enjoy in the evening. There's even a convenience store beside the hotel. I would definitely come back to this place! It's kid friendly and it's the only Hero themed hotel in the Philippines!
- Carl (10/5): Exceptional - Apart from Heroes Hotel's themed rooms, their Heritage Resto Bar's various food selections were all 2 thumbs up! Definitely value for money for the amenities and great staff service. My family and I enjoyed our stay and we'd definitely book again. Thank you, Heroes Hotel!
- Rowena (9/5): Superb - front desk are very attentive and accomodating the floor that we stayed in have visitors that bang their doors late at night keeping us disturb in our sleep
- Ryan (8/5): Very good -
- Jamesmaurice (10/5): I enjoyed everything - Everything It was all very good
- Anthony (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant -
- Margaret (10/5): Excellent stay, services - will do it again if returns on mission - This hotel is exceptional, great value for money - staff from front desk, gym/facilities manager was so friendly , restaurant staff, the property cleanliness, snacks and hot drinks in the day and cocktails in the evening. The live music on Saturday and Sunday nights were awesome. Prompt attention to details and celebrations of heroes were epic. Would come again ! Food in the restaurant was great, cooked with passion and staff delivered excellently too. Staff attended to issues promptly and that was enough for us.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean comfortable and cool - Very clean hotel with super helpful staff. The neighborhood is not great but we just used the grab app to book rides whereever we wanted and never waited more than 5 minutes. If you just need a clean place to stay with good air conditioning and wifi this is a great deal for us travelers. The staff were super helpful, kind, and accommodating.
- Alberto (8/5): Very good - Nice looking hotel, everything went fine The staff was a bit weird but it can happen
- Jonah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marie (8/5): Very good -
- Yurika (2/5): Very poor - Near everywhere Staff was not so friendly, sometimes you can see them in the elevator just using their phones, i also work in hotel and one of the most important things is greeting guests and smiling sadly i didn’t experience it here ,
The bed was great though
- Prayashna (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (9/5): Nice hotel with rooftop restaurant and pool - Nice rooftop restaurant. Good location for exploring Manila and close to the airport. Very helpful staff. No shade at the rooftop pool.
- Roman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julian (8/5): Very good -
- Angela (9/5): Superb - I liked how the temperature of the pool is just perfect for hot weather and the taste of the iced caramel macchiato was really good. It's also great that they have a water dispenser down the hall. There was no thermos or mini refrigerator and I spotted a small roach in the bathroom. The room we stayed in didn't have the QR code to view the menu while the other room where my parents stayed had the QR code so we had to borrow from each other.
- Martin (7/5): Good - Nice beds and kindly staff Bathrom not clean
- Christina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonah (8/5): Very good -
- Ivana (7/5): Good -
- Robert (6/5): Okay - No small refrigerator And no water in the rooms, no kettle no samples of coffee otherwise not bad
- Knoedelk (7/5): Bathroom pet included - Almost everything. The big cockroach in the bathroom
- Paul (9/5): Great value - Exceptional value for money, great roof top bar, cafe and swimming pool.
- Wafa (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (9/5): Fantastic facilities. Clean, great water pressure in room and comfortable bed! - Really nice, clean, cool room. I had the queen deluxe. Shower water pressure was the best I’ve experienced in the Philippines. Really good hot temperature also. Loved the roof deck also. Gym was a little dated and the treadmill was loud but this is a BONUS having this here, so it is not a complaint.
- Charles (8/5): Very good -
- Mees (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (7/5): Good - It was convenient for us as it’s close to the airport. Bed comfy. Rooms are small but clean. Close to main road so was loud, none stop traffic all day and night. Rooftop pool was dirty. We booked for the pool and didn’t want to get in.
- Cristobal (8/5): Very good - Roof top and pool All was good
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cris (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were very helpful and receptive to questions. And I had a lot of those, questions 😅 Teenage nephew was absolutely fascinated with the theme, decor, and snippets of information visible everywhere he went. He said it felt like a mini museum to him. There was a lot of activities available too, so if didn't feel like just the usual staycation. There were some we weren't able to try in the single night we were there, but that just means we'll be back. :) Parking was limited to the area outside the hotel. Suite has AC in the room but not the sala area.
- Ivana (9/5): Superb rooftop view and comfy rooms - A must-stay for Star Wars and Marvel fans, this hotel has great decorations and offers a swimming pool, fitness room, and a sauna for free. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of Manila from the rooftop desk where you will also get a breakfast. The hotel is next to a highway so it is better to ask for a room facing the courtyard to eliminate the noice.
- Southard (8/5): Very good - Room was nice. Staff was very friendly and helped with any requests.
- Jan (10/5): Exceptional - we had a problem and the owner was very helpful with everything. Great swimming pool , and safety arround
- Samuel (7/5): Good - Atmosphere and Room Temperature Too far from fast food.
- David (10/5): Superb hotel and staff - Such a lovely quirky hotel Staff we’re amazing especially Jerry and Harvey in the restaurant where we had breakfast and delicious evening meals Staff were always cleaning and had the added extra of rooftop pool which was lovely just to cool down Games room and few bits of gym equipment Basically couldn’t fault this hotel Nothing at all
- Justin (8/5): Very good -
- bellypursuits (10/5): A Heroes Themed Hotel can go a long way - When I was young, I thought themed hotels were “corny”. But staying in one as an adult made me realize that in today’s world where everybody is just concerned about profit, revenue and what the next trend would be, it’s extremely important to have grounding pillars and foundations of our authenticity.
I was wondering how a “heroes themed hotel” works and how its theme will be effectively conveyed. Well, it turns out, it works just like any other hotel! EXCEPT, that in every part of the way, you are reminded of a beautiful message and its essence.
This hotel mainly honors our athletes, doctors, and nurses, the heroes of the Philippines. As the future generation strays away further from our roots, Heroes Hotel gives us an important reminder to look back.
Aside from that, this is pretty much an ideal staycation in Manila ✨ If you’re looking for an affordable staycation with LOTS of amenities, this is your sign to stay at Heroes Hotel! 🦸♀️🦸
✅ Rooftop Restobar Heritage Resto Bar
Your lovely breakfast here with the city view will be the perfect backdrop to a morning of contemplation. It’s a blessing to enjoy mornings like these. ☕️🏙
✅ Rooftop Lounge/Bar Lost Spirit Rooftop Lounge
A “Nordic Campfire” themed lounge overlooking the cityscape of the metro with chill ambiance and enticing interiors. 🌃
Their other amenities include
✅ Rooftop Pool
✅ Rooftop jacuzzi
✅ Gameroom
✅ Sauna
✅ Gym
✅ Massage
Really enjoyed our stay here because there were so many fun activities to do!
Very sulit and worth it, and again, I super loved that it’s hero themed. Thank you for honoring our dear heroes. Seeing Efren Penaflorida being honored surely brought back a lot of memories. Being heroes themed, I also see this as a facility that preserves our culture. 🦸♀️🦸

Very comfortable. It was my first time in Manila and I wasn’t comfortable yet walking from the hotel to local restaurants, but that could be me.
