• Win Mar (8/5): It was a great hotel overall. - I like how the room is beautiful and clean. And they have all amenities including two water bottles per day, pajamas, slippers and so on. The only thing that bothered me was the shower gel bottle , it is difficult to get the amount I want . But I think this is just a matter of changing the bottle.

Bạn nhân viên Khánh làm ca đêm 100đ nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Lúc check-in có 1 chút không vui. Tình trạng phòng ốc, đồ đạc tạm ổn. Cũ nhưng vẫn được. Do thời tiết SG đang khá nóng nên cảm giác máy lạnh không đủ lạnh (chỉ 1 tiếng đầu, vài tiếng sau sẽ thấy ổn hơn)

It took ages for the room to get to an ok temperature to be able to sleep. They tried to help though but it was not that effective. It was not cleaned! A battery fell under the bed and when I picked it up noticed too much dust and rubbish
• Alyssa (7/5): Knus hotel, prima voor de prijs - Het hotel ligt centraal en de sfeer is knus. Het ontbijt is goed en het personeel is vriendelijk. Er lag een flinke laag stof onder het bed, er wordt dus niet goed schoongemaakt. Ook de douche was lek dus we hoorden de hele nacht druppels. Hygiëne is matig, maar ik heb erger gezien.

• Christopher (9/5): Great location for exploring the city, amazing staff and delicious breakfast buffet - The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made our stay lovely. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection and fresh food. The terrace, although not as newly furnished as in the pictures online, supplied us with a romantic city view at night. Location was good, we were able to get around easily to explore the city. No real complaints, except maybe for the terrace furniture, which was a little aged. Otherwise it was a truly great experience!

• Chris (8/5): Lovely Staff, Fading Hotel - Wonderful staff - Florence, Aura and Selena worked so hard to welcome my family and accommodate our needs. They were great with the kids and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the breakfast and found the rooms spacious and comfortable. The hotel is starting to look a bit frayed around the edges. It needs a thorough dusting, some basic maintenance and a lick of paint.

There were still Christmas decorations in the middle of March. Also the rooftop could have been even more cozy. There were not many seating spaces. Only two chairs and two sunbeds. I would have preferred more tables and chairs so that it would be possible to sit there in the evening with a drink.

Das Früstück und der Service am Büfett hat uns sehr gut gefallen Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und auch die Klimaanlage störte nachts nicht. Das Bad war sauber, aber die Fugen zeigten Schimmelbefall. Nicht schlimm, aber verbesserungswürdig.
• thierry (1/5): Extrêmement déçus de cette hôtel qui était pourtant bien noté sur Booking - L'accueil qui laisse à désirer : nous sommes arrivés le soir et la personne à l'accueil ne s'est même pas levé pour nous accueillir, accueil froid. La propreté : hôtel sale dans son ensemble même dans les couloirs, sol sale dans la chambre et très sale à l'accueil et dans la pièce du petit déjeuner d'ailleurs trop petite pour accueillir tout le monde (on nous a mis sur une table proche de l'entrée près des valises des nouveaux arrivants...) Dans la chambre, la douche était extrêmement sale surtout sur la partie basse, impensable pour un tel établissement ! Les rideaux étaient mal accrochés et tâches sur la partie basse. Sur la terrasse de la chambre, les bains de soleil étaient défoncés et donc inutilisables, les coussins sales et déchirés (idem sur la terrasse commune du roof top) Nous avions pourtant réservé une chambre exécutive !!!

Mouldy shower. Everything dusty. Floors dirty so your feet were black. Couldn’t use the lounge on our balcony as it was rotten. Very very overpriced for what you get.

• Evaggelos (9/5): Lovely stay and would gladly go back - Great location and lovely property overall, was a lovely stay. Staff are helpful and professional. Not an issue really as we requested at the time from the reception and staff were very happy to help us, would like to have a pair of cutlery and plates / bowls in the room as we wanted to stay indoors that evening and order in. Like I mentioned, small issue and was fixed straight away for us.

• Stephanie (7/5): Eine gute Kaffeemaschine wäre eine gute Investition - Die Einrichtung des Zimmers, farbenfroh! Die Dusche ist schon etwas veraltet ( wenig Druck), Fugen dreckig. Hatten noch nie so schlechten Kaffee zum Frühstück. Er war immer lauwarm, auch wenn wir früh beim Frühstück waren. Auf unsere Nachfrage heißen Kaffee zu bekommen, wurde er auf der Herdplatte aufgekocht! Zu weit weg vom Zentrum, in den Abendstunden zum Dinner war immer viel Stau ca. 30 min Fahrt und etwas teurer als tagsüber. Crab ca. 5-6€
• Ramesh (6/5): Hotel stuck in the past - The property was reasonably clean and the stay was comfortable. This hotel feels like it's resting on its laurels, and unfortunately, it's showing. While some areas are well-maintained, others are clearly in need of TLC. The pillows, for instance, are years old, with visible signs of wear, and some towels were practically falling apart. The breakfast spread is pretty basic - just bread, eggs, and fruits during our stay. And with only one person handling the kitchen, waits are long, especially when they're trying to whip up something simple like an omelette on the single induction cooktop. To be clear, the staff are doing their best, but it's clear the management has been neglecting maintenance and upgrades. Time for a wake-up call, perhaps?

Man muss sich darüber bewusst sein, dass es bis zur City einen echten Fußmarsch braucht, was im vietnamesischen GroßStadtverkehr schon mal nervenaufreibend sein kann. Ist man gut zu Fuß oder scheut kein Grab-Taxi ist es diese Unterkunft wert.

Полотенце для ног дырявое. Для тела настолько старые, что цвет уже не белый, а желтый. Халат так же был с пятном на рукове🤦‍♀️Душевую не мешало бы отмыть.

I like most that the air conditioner was very silently and the room was beautiful with all its lovely details. Aura at the reception desk was extremely friendly and helpful for selecting restaurants and serviced really good. The lady responsible for breakfast made delicious egg meals and was always attended to any wishes. -

We had 2 connected rooms as a family so we had enough space and 2 bathrooms which was very comfortable. The staff was attentive and very helpful, especially Hana who was taking care of breakfast area was very friendly and made our stay even more pleasant.

Instalaciones cómodas en general. Una de las camas individuales de nuestra habitacion familiar estaba calzada con unos ladrillos que se habian movido y la cama se movia como un balancin. En uno de los baños no salia agua caliente hasta que llevabas 5 minutos con el agua abierta (cuando acabamos la ducha). A una hora determinada solo había una persona atendiendo la recepción y el desayuno por lo que muchas de las cosas del desayuno se acababan y nadie reponía hasta que avisabas a la chica de recepcion. La localización no es céntrica aunque llegas rápido en taxi

There was an issue with our room when we were checking in, but in order to not let us wait, we were upgraded to a nicer room with a fantastic view over the area, which we very much appreciated. Breakfast was fine as well. Nothing comes to mind.

Florence was incredibly kind and helpful, as were the other staff members. The location was peaceful, just outside the hustle and bustle of District 1, yet only a short drive to all the main attractions. The rooms were tastefully decorated, blending cultural charm with clean, modern lines. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
