• Huseyin (2/5): - The property was old and smelly, all the furniture seems to be from hard waste collection as the couch was worn and nothing matches each other. The tv is so old it doesnt even pick up digital channels. There is no heating in the bed rooms and are like freezers. When we entered the property all the windows were open, i thought they were just airing the place but once you go out and come back there is a terrible stink in the place it makes you feel sick. All so an important issue is the lady named Margree, i caught her snooping around at night 10:20 pm taking pictures of my car in the darkness. The cook top isnt even working as its so old and gas limited power as you cant even scramble some eggs. So all the shopping we did go wasted. We had to do takeaways instead. There are cracks all around the cornices and the place is in need in of urgent renovation. The owners like to take the money but put nothing in to warrent it. It is a disgusting place and i warn everyone to stay away and find a place that is worth you money.

• Suresh (8/5): - Property was quite good and comfortable for 3 of us for 4 nights. Unfortunately, the area is busy and there are bikes and cars revving their engines in the dead of night and early morning disturbing your sleep.

• Eril (10/5): - Staff were great. Parking was difficult. Our car didn't fit in the undercover areas - ( we'd paid for parking but that wasn't what we expected. Once we were in our apartment it was very good but the location is not suitable for us with limitations due to disability.
• CHANDRA (4/5): Good location, not-so-good living convenience. - This accomodation was poorer than my expectations. The home is a 2 bed one bath apartment. The beds and mattresses were fine. However, there was no air conditioning in the bed rooms. They have provided pedestal fans, but strangely there are no accessible power outlets to plug them into. The bathroom has a washer-dryer, which is great. But they did not provide toileteries apart from the super cheap round soaps that are only any good for hand wash. No shampoo/shower gel was provided.
• Rod (8/5): Nice place to stay. - Parkside was a great place to stay. It was very clean and the people we met with were friendly and nice to deal with. Would definitely use this venue again.

• Mark (4/5): - The property had an awful curry smell, the carpet was badly worn and one of the lounges had the springs replaced with a timber board, not making for a very comfortable lounge, the other lounge is due to have the springs replaced.

• Linda (10/5): - Had a fantastic 3 night stay at the Grose street apartments! The apartment was super clean and disinfectant spray was also provided. The apartment worked very well for my 2 sons and myself to stay in. We had everything we needed to self cater. Location is perfect for visiting the Easter show, but also local shopping and a day trip to Sydney. The owners communication is superb! Answered all my questions prior to the stay super quickly, and were very welcoming once we checked in. Only very minor draw back was the shower head…which was probably exceptionally water saving! But so exceptionally water saving it wasn’t that effective. But that is literally the only thing I could think of to mention that wasn’t awesome about this place!

• Verified traveler (10/5): - A lovely welcome from Margrete. Property was lovely and clean and a perfect size and position. Kitchen is well equipped, and beds were lovely and comfy. Bathroom is huge, and also incorporates a laundry. The only bad thing I can say is that the shower head is strange. Very fine spray that even stings! Icky! Definitely can totally recommend this property.

Don’t like. !!!! WiFi extra pay. Terrible. !!! Don’t like.!!!! And no writing about it either. !!!!! More $ 40 out from our pocket money for parking and WiFi. The gate also stuck couldn’t open, parking on the street and more money. Definitely not coming back.!!!!!

• Balaji (4/5): No aircon in both the bedrooms - Very disappointing no aircon in both the bedrooms it was very hard to sleep at night during hot summer the apartment had aircon only in the living area it was not powerful enough for the entire apart.location was perfect for all shopping and dining .

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice apartment with enough room for family if 4. Our stay was during some rather hot weather and the single air conditioning unit could not cope well but everything else made our stay comfortable.
• F (8/5): - Comfortable apartment, had all the basics required and was well located with shops close by and undercover parking on site. Had to pay extra for wifi and it took some organising to collect the keys from the manager, as she is not always at that location. Would definitely stay there again though.
• Horn (8/5): Very big and spacious property for 10-15 people - Overall the property was wonderful to house 10 of us. Unfortunately it was summer, and a room without air conditioner was tough, exhaust fan not working in dryer room. This place would be a lot more wonderful in Winter definitely. Walking to the train station is quite a bit of walking, but food and supermarket were nearly just around the corner.
