• Chandrasekhar (8/5): Good Stay - Rooms are clean and comfortable. Didn't like the room service person who picked up the phone while ordering. After we order something by phone, he don't respond after taking the order. He just put down the phone. But anyway, order is fulfilled.

• Linda (10/5): It was amazing stay n good location and also staff were very helpful. - Breakfast was great if able to add some more items like boiled eggs or some Asian options. Wi-Fi was poor n sometimes out of connection. And need to improve a little bit more about cleanliness regarding room windows area were full of dust.

Although the rooms are very comfortable i suggest the hotel management to replace the existence AC with split AC which will reduce the noise pollution. Just my sincere views.

• Pintu (1/5): Extremely disappointed (room 501 shouldn't be for the guests) - The room was very noisy as the door and windows are not acoustic, I was offered room 501 the room service desk was just in front of it. Unbeatable screaming, chatting and singing till 2 am. I had to wake up middle of the night to make a complaint to the reception. ROOM 501 MUST NOT BE OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS.

• Firozansari (9/5): Manager here was awesome other staff behaviour was also good hotel was clean and well maintained. - I liked everything here except some improvement on house keeping service. Housekeeping are not very attentive I was waiting 2 hrs for my room to be clean, finally my room was ready at 12:30 pm as results i was late on one of my outside program.

• Tarja (8/5): Very good - The staff was extremely helpful. It was at a walking distance from Victoria Memorial Hall. What I didn't like was the misery on the streets, which the hotel can't obviously do anything about.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel was in a good fairly quiet location 10 mins walk from the Metro and good bus routes. The room was clean and comfortable. On my last day I had a late night flight and after sigtseeing I was offered the use of a room fopr half an hour to have a quick shower and change. Only downside was no breakfast available in the restaurant one morning, but could be ordered as room service, albeit without the buffet options. Also the taxi driver from the airport had difficulty finding the place. Printable directions in English and Bengali would be helpful.
• Mark (8/5): - This is a low-cost, no-frills hotel that was perfectly adequate for what we needed: an overnight stay near Victoria Monument and other centrally-located sites. We were pleasantly surprised to find the service and cleanliness much better than expected. Our plane was delayed, so we ate room service instead of going out; food was good and reasonably priced. Overall, a very good experience, and our best wishes to the staff.

• Nivedita (2/5): Avoid - Phone number listed on the reservation was not working. Was very hard to find the hotel. Rooms tiny, stuffy. Our room opened into a hallway that opened an alley, no security. Hallway was very noisy, and I did not feel comfortable at all. Checked out within 40 minutes of checking in, management didn't bother asking why..
• P David (4/5): What's that noise? - Looks great...but. What is not seen in the good looking room photos is the very loud water pump that runs several times during the day for an hour starting often around 6am. A restful stay I did not have because of it.

• Chris (8/5): Reasonably priced hotel near Park St area - The hotels is reasonably priced and located near Park st area. US and british consulate are 25 mins walk away. The room and facilities were okay. The cleanliness was bit on disappointing side - I could see some dirt on floor in some areas. The staff was responsive and brought breakfast on time. Overall reasonable hotel without breaking your budget.
