• Lee (10/5): Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding - Ik heb een geweldig verblijf gehad. Eigenlijk niets op aan te merken! Er was de mogelijkheid om al om 06:00 in de ochtend in te checken aan de helft van de prijs zodanig dat ik geen extra nacht op voorhand moest boeken omdat mijn vlucht al om 04:30 in de ochtend was geland. Ik heb dan zelfs nog een gratis kamerupgrade gekregen omdat die kamer vrij was. Bij aankomst in de kamer was ook alles aanwezig wat je verwacht, zoals handdoeken en dergelijke. Toen ik later op de dag vroeg om een taxi te regelen om naar een winkelcentrum te gaan, hebben ze er één via de Yango app besteld, dewelke véél voordeliger was dan de 'normale' taxi die ik bij aankomst op de luchthaven moest nemen. Het eten in het restaurant van het hotel was ook super lekker en in vergelijking met wat ik van andere toeristen heb vernomen, ook héél goedkoop. De optie om op de kamer te eten zonder kosten voor roomservice is ook iets wat je tegenwoordig nergens meer vindt. De prijs tegenover andere hotels was ook zeer laag. Zeker een aanrader!! De locatie was ook heel goed, alhoewel de omgeving daar nog in volle ontwikkeling is. Maar van geluidsoverlast van het bouwen was geen sprake.
• Sara (6/5): Pratique mais pas génial - Grand appartement, climatisé, proche de l’aéroport. Par contre, pas d’une grande propreté, on a découvert plusieurs cafards.

Hostel like. - Upon entering the twin room there was only 1 towel....the bathroom was basic at best..no shelf space...half broken toilet seat...and not sure the bathroom was ever cleaned. The bed linen looked not very clean....walls had stains everywhere...carpets were very dirty. It was more a hostel, than a hotel.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Hair on the ground and on the bed - The location of the hotel was vey good and close to the center of the city. However, the room wasn't well cleaned. I found plenty of hair on the ground, bed, and billows. I seriously wondered whether they changed the bed sheets at all after the previous guest. My stay would've been a lot better if they maintained some housekeeping.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Dirty room and bed - The room was dirty with dust and hair everywhere. The bed sheets was stained. There was so much hair on the bed and billows. Housekeeper claimed that the sheets were fresh and the hair on the bed must have been his body hair which fell off as he changed them. Somehow, that was even more gross. The billow was old and disintegrated into 1000 piece.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Brand new hotel quite close to the airport, room perfectly clean and staff very helpful. Restaurant food maybe a bit overpriced but overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.
• Raphael (6/5): - If u need just a place to stay, this is it. No frills, not fancy just basic and functional. Limited access to any amenities except for the convenience store that is run by the nearby petrol station.
• Max (8/5): - Room is clean but the hotel is far from places. Super high taxi fee if no bargain. From hotel to airport is around 5 to 8 Rial for local people but 10 to 15 Rial for tourists.

• MOHEMED (8/5): Miser Hotel - Hotel room etc is good with good cleanliness & comfortable bed. However there was kettle, glass, mug but no coffee, tea, sugar, drinking water hence can't understand the use of kettle. Air Conditioner thermostat was not working & cooling was not bearable. Economical & okay for a night or two stay.

• Suhail (10/5): Perfect for a one night, no frills stay. - Our flight was scheduled to arrive quite late into Muscat and we were planning to leave reasonably early on our journey into Oman, so we required something in close proximity to the airport that was cheap, clean and comfortable; all of which this Hotel was. It is in an industrial area with lots of construction taking place nearby but this did not disturb us in the morning. Our room had its own bathroom, and a communal kitchen shared with two other rooms. Staff were professional and friendly, checking in and out was trouble free and swift. Recommend to anyone needing a brief no frills stay to get some sleep and freshen up but for nothing more than that.
• Ben (8/5): Modern hotel, good value - Nice comfortable hotel for the price. It is in the middle of a building site though (as I think it's fairly new). This makes it difficult to locate - owner needs to improve visibility on Google maps. Reception staff were very helpful when giving me advice on how to get to corniche area.

• Saud (8/5): جميل ولكن في نقاط خذها بالحسبان - فندق جيد للاقامه القصيره سواء ترانزيت او حضور لمركز عمان للمؤتمرات... يعيبه صعوبه الوصول للمنطقه بحكم انها صناعيه وبعيده عن الشارع العام.. ايضا صعوبه الحصول على تاكسي والفندق يطلب لك تاكسي واحيانا يوفر نقل لمركز عمان للمؤتمرات لقاء ريالين ونص عماني واذا طلبت تاكسي يكلفك 5 ريال عماني والمسافه ما تتعدى 10 دقائق بالسياره لكن. نصحيتي للي حاب ينزل بالفندق اذا كنتم مجموعه استأجرو سياره افضل وما ترتبطو بالتكاسي لانهم يستغلو حاجتك للذهاب للمعرض ويرفعو الاسعار للمعلوميه تطبيق كريم و اوبر لا يعملو بالسلطنه بسبب انها شركات دوليه و الحكومه مانعتهم في تطبيقات محليه مثل مواصلات ومرحبا لكن سيئة المعذره ع الاطاله لكن حبيت اوضح لكم النقاط قبل لا تحجزو في الفندق
• Eunice (6/5): Middle of nowhere - Stayed 7 nights. Middle of construction site, no street light at night time (pitch black). Hard to find. It described "Sea View" when I booked the hotel but the room has a very small window only overlooking the construction site!! New building, room is ok and they reguraly clean it. Internet drops few times. Useless safe which you can lift it by a hand. No shops around, a rent car is a must.

• Jacek (8/5): Przyzwoite warunki za przystępną cenę. - Hotel na totalnym odludziu. ale blisko lotniska (taksówka z lotniska kosztuje 8 OMR). Personel uprzejmy i uczynny. Pokoje duże.W hotelowej restauracji czynnej normalnie do 22:00 dyżurny kucharz-kelner został aż do 23-ej aby przygotować nam (6 osób) gorącą kolację, zjadliwą i za dobrą cenę. Myliśmy się w letniej wodzie i dopiero przed wyjazdem okazało się, że w pokoju był przełącznik ogrzewania wody (o czym nikt wcześniej nas nie poinformował). W sumie hotel godny polecenia.
• Sam (4/5): Nice new hotel but poor internet - This is a newly built hotel with a nice interior. However, it's in the middle of nowhere surrounded by building works. The worst thing about the hotel was the poor internet service, everybody needs access to wifi at all times in this day & age but i needed it especially as i run an internet based business. For the 5 days I was there i would experience the internet coming on & off every one hour, staying off for 10mins a time. On my last 2 days there, the internet shut down completely on a weds and was told no one would be coming until Sunday to sort it out. Unacceptable so i moved hotel and will never come back.

• MC (6/5): Impossibile da trovare, per il resto ok - Abbiamo passato più di un ora a cercare l'hotel, chiedendo indicazioni a mezzo mondo e chiamando a più riprese la reception. L'indicazione GPS sul sito expedia è errata, e inoltre l'hotel non è recensito sui principali siti di mappe (Google maps, Here, etc.) rendendo così molto difficoltoso arrivarci. Per il resto l'hotel è ok, semplice e pulito per passare una notte vicino all'aeroporto. Basterebbe poco più di impegno da parte del management per avere una recensione molto migliore.

El hotel es barato, nuevo y sin grandes pretensiones, con una habitación suficiente y una buena cama. Necesitas más? Además está cerca del aeropuerto, en una nueva zona totalmente en construcción.

The only downside is its location. However, like in most other hotels, you need a car to move around in Muscat. Public transport is virtually non-existent.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Brand new hotel! Very comfortable, clean and modern. Location is right near the airport and close of Aziba bus station. Nothing much else in the area though. A 20-30 minute cab ride into Muscat city.
• Nalin (6/5): A Clean no frills budget hotel - This is a relatively new hotel located on the edge of Ghala Industrial area of Muscat, not far from the new Oman Exhibition and Conference Centre. Also about 5 km away from Muscat Hills Golf and Country Club. Similar distance to International Airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is rather basic with no cereals unless you ask and even then it is only corn flakes. Dining room is arranged more like a dorm in UK with lines of tables and chairs. Kettle and mugs provided in room but no tea bags, coffee or milk.

Honestly, the hotel is located in non-service area, where is very difficult to get taxi with out taxi request app. For omani and local people, it is very recommended hotel.

• Verified traveler (6/5): The property is value for money. - The hotel location is terrible. Unless you know the place, its like impossible to reach. The approach road is not good at all. Construction work is going all around. Suggest hotel management to keep sign board to reach hotel at various locations especially at road turns. One more important suggestion. Let hotel to keep the name light display on at night.
