• Camila (10/5): A estadia foi maravilhosa, confortável e prática - O apartamento é bastante amplo, organizado e bem equipado. O terraço é uma delícia! Há escadas antes de chegar no elevador que dificulta o manuseio de malas grandes.

Il nostro monolocale 411 era una stanza piccola con bagno (che invece era grande e finestrato)e ,nascosto dietro un pannello c era l angolo cucina ,cmq dotato di tutto quello che occorre. Per poche notti va benissimo, tanto si sta sempre fuori a visitare Lisbona.

Al llegar, los códigos de entrada al portal y a la vivienda no funcionaban y estuvimos un rato en la calle. Finalmente conseguimos contactar y nos dieron códigos nuevos y pudimos entrar. Lo peor de todo es que no funcionaba el calentador, nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría los dos días …

• Claudio (8/5): Muy buen departamento - La habitación muy cómoda, la ubicación excelente, en cuanto a equipamiento bastante completa: lavarropas, cocina, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, heladera, TV, aire acondicionado, caja fuerte, platos, cubiertos. Todos los días pasan a limpiar y dejan toallas limpias. El colchón de la cama muy duro como también las almohadas (solo 2, pequeñas y duras)

The shower door wouldn't seal which led to water all over the floor. Based on the bathroom look, this is an ongoing issue. This is a very small room, which is fine, but it also wasn't a value on the price.

• Klea (10/5): Tutto perfetto!! - Abbiamo soggiornato presso LSA by Numa a Lisbona e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La struttura è molto accogliente, curata e piacevole, ideale sia per famiglie che per chi cerca comfort e tranquillità. La posizione è estremamente strategica e comoda, perfetta per muoversi facilmente in città e raggiungere le principali attrazioni senza difficoltà. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la pulizia: tutto era impeccabile e ben mantenuto. Un grande punto a favore è sicuramente la comodità del check-in e dell’accesso tramite codice, che rende tutto semplice, veloce e senza stress. Io e la mia famiglia siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti dell’esperienza e lo consigliamo assolutamente!

• Aylin (8/5): Spacious room but disappointing coffee setup and an attic room with no view that felt claustrophobic - The property was spacious and clean and central and safe location. The main disappointment was that it said there's coffee included but it was only an American coffee machine with no coffee. So we had to buy a bag of coffee. At least if the machine was a capsule coffee machine it would;d've been easier to buy some capsules. So we couldn't have any coffee during our stay. The second thing was that I specifically asked to have windows looking outside for our room but our room was in the top, attic floor with windows that were too high up so we didn't have a view. I would get claustrophobic.

Pulito ed accogliente, il cambio asciugamani veniva eseguito ogni giorno. Vengono offerti anche piccoli spuntini. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottima posizione.

Nienaganna usługa sprzątania na życzenie. Bardzo słaby zasieg WiFi. Sypialnia z oknem na ruchliwą i głośną brukowaną ulicę. Taras współdzielony z sąsiadem, nie było to zbyt komfortowe. Szkoda, bo ta sieć apartamentów przyzwyczaiła mnie do ponadprzeciętnego komfortu.

• Mary (1/5): Una pesadilla - Llegamos al alojamiento a las 15:00 y nos encontramos con un apartamento sucio. Las fotos que aparece en booking no corresponde con la realidad, el apartamento está muy deteriorado y Parecía que llevaban sin limpiar un año entero, Hicimos la reclamación a booking y vino el encargado, Al ver el apartamento tan sucio llamó a una chica de limpieza pero tras darse cuenta que necesitaba una limpieza general nos propusieron sobre las 17.00 enviarnos un equipo para dejar la casa arreglada , que tardarían aproximadamente 2-3 horas, Nos negamos a perder más tiempo en esperar a limpiar la casa ya que estábamos 3 dias de vacaciones y nos pareció absurdo perder nuestro día en esperar a que limpiaran la casa, En booking nos salía un apartamento del mismo edificio y grupo disponible pero al ser de otro categoría (50€ más caro) nos negaron alojarnos ahí por un día mientras limpiaran la nuestra, Al final tuvimos que pagar un hotel adicional porque al negarnos a esperar dejaron de contestarnos a partir de las 18.00. Booking tampoco nos ayudó en gestionar la reclamación , Ha sido una pesadilla No recomendaría a nadie estar de reclamaciones y encontrarse con esta situación en sus vacaciones, El ascensor tampoco funcionaba, tuvimos que subir 3 platas con Maleta, Nos dijeron que estaba arreglando pero tras 3 horas que estuvimos ahí reclamando al base tampoco estaba solucionado el problema de scensor Horrible trato por parte de booking y grupo ante la reclamación, Seguimos esperando la respuesta Comparto fotos, y comentario para que no os pase lo mismo

• Barry (3/5): Won’t return and will not recommend LSA Apartments by Numa to anyone else. - The kitchen was well appointed and all was clean The bath towels were too thin and too small. We were unable to set the air conditioner despite assistance from a member of staff. We informed them of our mobility issues as we were on the 3rd floor and the lift wasn’t working. We asked to be moved and were told we could but would have to pay for an upgrade. As the issue was a lack of maintenance we felt it was unfair to ask us to pay. One of the handrails at the front entrance was very wobbly. The only time we saw a member of staff was when a lady came to tell us about paying for the upgrade. She tried, unsuccessfully to fix the aircon and promised it would be sorted the following day, which did not happen. The building entrance door was very in poor condition and difficult to open.

Location is perfect..Very near to Metro and 8-10 minutes from Rossio square. Staffs are nice and helpful. Sofa cum bed can be improved . Both the beds should be of same height.

• joe (3/5): Avoid these apartments - Location was great Lift didn't work for the four days it was supposed to be fixed after one day..First apartment had a very bad sewage smell which kept getting worse and we had to wait until someone came to confirm that there was a problem after he came we were told to ring the apartment managers to arrange a move as they couldn't fix the problem that night.After numerous attempts to contact the manager they finally answered the phone the apartment manager said he had to contact his office and to call him back in 20min when we called back which again took numerous attempts he said there was no room available and we would have to wait until tomorrow to have the problem looked at to which I replied we were going check out as the room was toxic and a health hazard after that he miraculously found a two bed room we could move to.It was a terrible start to a holiday .The pictures on booking.com are nothing like the reality the rooms are dark with old furniture I wouldn't recommend these apartments.

Logement équipé très appréciable pour les séjours un peu plus longs ☺️et emplacement parfait Manque de papier toilette sinon tout était très bien avec un service de chambre incroyable
• Fátima (1/5): Misleading information, poor maintenance and disappointing service - I booked two apartments through Booking.com expecting both to be located at LSA Restauradores by Numa. However, upon arrival we were informed that one of the apartments was actually located in a different building across the street. The address shown on Booking.com did not correspond to the real location of the apartment, which was very misleading as we specifically booked two apartments in the same property so our group could stay together. In addition, several problems affected the quality of the stay. The hot water was insufficient for the number of guests in both apartments (the one for six people and the one for three), making it impossible for everyone to shower properly. The elevator in the Restauradores building was also broken during our stay, which was very inconvenient. The cleanliness of the apartments was also far below the expected standard. What was most disappointing was the way the complaint was handled. When we raised these issues, we were simply told there was no solution and no compensation would be offered. Overall, the experience was very disappointing due to misleading information, poor maintenance, and very poor complaint management.
• Fátima (3/5): Mala experiencia, pésimo servicio - Nuestra experiencia en LSA Restauradores by Numa no fue buena. Reservamos dos apartamentos mediante Booking.com pensando que estarían en el mismo edificio, pero uno de ellos estaba en un edificio diferente al otro lado de la calle. Esta información no aparecía claramente en la reserva. El apartamento para tres personas también tenía problemas con el agua caliente, ya que no había suficiente para los huéspedes. Además, el nivel de limpieza del apartamento no estaba a la altura de lo que se espera de este tipo de alojamiento. A esto se suma que el ascensor del edificio estaba averiado durante la estancia, lo que resultó bastante incómodo. Lo más decepcionante fue la gestión de la reclamación: tras contactar con ellos, simplemente indicaron que no podían ofrecer ninguna solución ni compensación.

• María Claudia (10/5): Mantenimiento. - Ubicacion limpieza. Que al llegar la pileta de la cocina estaba tapada por los residentes anteriores. Cuando avise la destaparon. Al salir a las 05 hs el ascensor no funcionaba y tuve que bajar 3 pisos acarreando 1 maleta de 30 kg mas equipaje.
