Aucune nuisance sonore du centre ville d’Ubud . Massage Ayuna Spa top juste à côté de l’hôtel ! Nuisance sonore du aux grenouilles du bassin près des chambres cela peut paraître insignifiant mais prenez des boules quies !

- Katie (9/5): True to it's name! - We loved our stay at Jungle Haven Resort. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The place has a beautiful atmosphere and is very true to it's name. It's like a little haven where you hear none of the noise from the busy street outside. The breakfast was good – I enjoyed the veg omelette, comes with sides of tomato, potatoes and choice of bacon, ham or sausage (I think). The room was comfortable and had effective aircon and a good shower. They cleaned it every day (unless we had the 'do not disturb sign on'). We were lucky enough to be there for the 10 year anniversary of this hotel. They had a lovely 10 year birthday party and invited all the guests and staff to share dinner, drinks and music together, which was so generous! It felt like there was a really good culture there among the staff and many of them were passionate about what they do. I don't think this is common anywhere in Bali, but it would be good if they had safe filtered water available to fill up your drink bottle. You just have to use water in plastic bottles. I felt the smoothie bowl with granola breakfast was a little stingy on the granola. Vegan options weren't obvious, but the staff are accommodating if you chat to them.

- odile (9/5): Un séjour apaisant et de qualité - La Chambre est magnifique,grande avec une decoration raffinée et de bons équipements (frigo, balcon, peignoirs, pantoufles, sèche cheveux, télévision, douche bien fonctionnelle..) Bon petit déjeuner avec vue sur la piscine et la végétation. L'hôtel se situe dans une rue calme d'Ubud (environ 15-20minutes de marche pour les centres d'intérêt) Le personnel est gentil et arrangeant. Rien à signaler hormis qu'il y a des marches pour acceder au restaurant et à la piscine donc pas adapter aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou âgées

Feels intimate and small enough that it doesn’t feel too touristy. Quiet and surrounded by greenery and sounds of the jungle. But so easy to get into centre of Ubud in just a few minutes by grab taxi. Or walkable but hot. The actual property is just really lovely and the staff make it a really special stay. When we first arrived we walked down the entrance passageway we were slightly thrown off as it didn’t look like the pictures online. But as soon as you are in the actual hotel area it’s exactly like the photos and better.

- Brigitte (9/5): Sehr schöne Lodge mit gutem Service in bester Lage - Alles. Am ersten Abend kleine bissige Ameisen 🐜 am Bett und Nachttisch. Wurden auf Beschwerde weggesprayt und Bettwäsche sofort ausgetauscht. Allerdings wurde der Nachttisch 4Tage nicht abgewischt, so dass die Leichen liegen blieben. Habe mich allerdings auch nicht mehr beschwert. Ein Zimmertelefon zum Anrufen der Rezeption wäre ganz gut und die Föns gehören ausgetauscht.

- Nienke (9/5): - This resort is a tranquil paradise, tucked away from the traffic but walking distance from the yoga barn 🧘♀️ I truly enjoyed the room, the pool, and the resort as a whole. Bed was super comfy and excellent bathroom. The menu at the restaurant could use some expansion for main meals, such as a vegetarian green curry and chai masala.
- Davina (10/5): Perfect peaceful stay! - My third stay here, always love it. It’s quiet, staff are lovely and it’s very peaceful. It’s also walking stance to the yoga barn which is perfect for me.
- April (10/5): A real haven! - It was so peaceful and quiet after the noise of the street. You couldn't hear a thing other than the birds in the trees around! The pool was cleaned every morning and it was lovely to be able to have a refreshing dip after a day out. There were plenty of toiletries (refilled in big bottles, no single-use here!) and fresh water delivered every day. We booked the honeymoon suite as it said 'the stand out feature is the hot tub' however, it wasn't a hot tub, it was a bath tub, in the bathroom. I pointed it out to the manager and he apologised for the mis-wording and said he will correct it. I'm only mentioning it in case it's a deal breaker for someone!

- Anna Lisa (10/5): I had a truly beautiful experience staying at Jungle Haven Resort, thanks to the wonderful staff 🙏 - The service was exceptional! I met some of the kindest most gracious Balinese people that work here. Special mention to Fery, Wayan, Kadek and Tika, thank you so much for your warmth, smiles and helpful advice. Truely heartfelt experience in our daily interactions. The food was amazing! Restaurant was open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner and although I didn't eat here for every meal, the meals that I ordered were fresh and full of flavor and value for money. The room was a good size for 1-2 people. I was in room 203 at the top of the property which was recently renovated. It had a comfy king size bed, bath tub and shower, wardrobe, TV (didn't use though), refrigerator, kettle and a balcony with garden views down into the property - this was definitely the highlight. Big sliding doors that opened up to the views and sounds outside and with lots of beautiful natural light coming into the room. The air conditioner was serviced during my stay which kept the room nice and cool. Free Wi-Fi worked very well from the room and throughout the property. The pool at the bottom of the property was stunning and refreshing to cool off in. The sound of running water from the fountains into the pool was a welcomed comfort. You also had views of the pool from the restaurant which was magical. The area was just off a main road but tucked further in so you still get the peace and quite while still being close to the central area of ubud (10min walk). In the other direction you have the the Yoga Barn (10 min walk). Jungle Haven Resort was full of lush tropical plants and also backs onto a river which borders giant trees and gives it that jungle feel. Service at the front desk is 24hr and they are more than happy to organize day trips with a driver, massages, nail salon appointments ect. Nothing to mention here!

It was very quiet, just a rooster which made a lot of noise early morning and during the day. The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. Stairs to walk down and up. The outside area could have been cleaner. There was a dirty towel in the kitchen and a lot of bugs which made me think providing some bug spray would be a great extra.

- Richard (10/5): Fantastisch verblijf – perfect voor Nyepi (Dag van de Stilte) - Wij wilden in het centrum van Ubud de Ogoh-Ogoh parade meemaken en daarna een ontspannen plek hebben voor Nyepi (de Dag van de Stilte). Daarom hebben we een zwembadvilla geboekt voor 3 nachten – en in één woord: fantastisch. Vooral tijdens Nyepi was dit echt perfect. Omdat je het hotel niet uit mag, is het heerlijk om een eigen villa te hebben. De villa beschikt over een privézwembad (deels overdekt), een buitenkeuken met zitje, en binnen een ruime badkamer, comfortabele slaapkamer en een gezellige living met bank en tv. Echt een plek om volledig tot rust te komen. Het restaurant was ook top: Heerlijk ontbijt Goede cocktails Lekker eten tijdens lunch en diner Daarnaast is het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging is ideaal: centraal in Ubud, met warungs, het Ubud Palace en winkels op loopafstand. Wij hebben enorm genoten en weten het zeker: volgend jaar in Bali boeken we hier weer! 🌴

The location was beautiful and lived up to our expectations, if not exceeded! The room was comfortable and they cleaned it daily. The breakfast was also amazing! There was a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything was delicious! If there were any food restrictions/allergies, they made sure everything was correct and good to eat. - Kirsten (7/5): Ziet er fantastisch uit, lief personeel maar zal hier nooit meer terugkomen. - De ligging en het personeel. Zij doen alles voor je. De badkamer had lekkage waardoor de kamer blank stond. Is direkt verholpen en schoongemaakt maar er bleef in de badkamer een muffe geur hangen. Op de laatste nacht hadden we ratten in de kamer dus we zijn ‘s avonds laat nog naar een ander hotel gegaan.

- Glen (8/5): - Very relaxing resort with nice pool facilities and room. Restaurant is very good on site. Like a relaxing oasis in ubud ~ step off the busy street into relaxing environment.
- Luca Sára (10/5): An oasis of serenity amidst the bustling city. - Great location, the nicest staff, amazing breakfast, fantastic room and design, huge bathroom and beautiful pool with greenery. A literal hidden gem in the heart of Ubud. I can only recommend. I liked everything, I only have a suggestion. By putting a bug-screen on the door, the bugs could be kept out while still getting fresh air during the night without AC. Other than this, everything was fantastic.

That’s my second time staying at this hotel. Last time I was in Ubud it was booked out and I had a very bad experience with another hotel. So from now on i will only stay at the Jungle Resort. Location was fantastic and perfectly placed in the middle of everything we wanted to experience. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. The number of steps to get down to our room and even more steps down to the pool was a surprise to us. We had our little boy with us and a pram so had we known about the steps we probably wouldn’t have booked. However we ended up having a wonderful stay so it worked out well.

- Vanessa (9/5): Overall, a beautiful , chilled place to stay, we loved it! - Peaceful surrounds away from the hecticness but close enough to walk everywhere. Breakfast good and staff wonderful. We stayed in a delux double, it was really lovely. The pool was beautiful. It was off season so that could be the reason but the restaurant area had nothing going on outside breakfast time. Even though technically open, we probably would have spent more time there otherwise. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8 so we missed it on our 2 early departures, no offer of takeaway box. Housekeeping wise, our room got made up but coffee, glasses, cups weren’t topped up/ changed.

- Alicia (10/5): - What's not to like? The beds are comfy, the breakfast is delicious and the property is private, clean and peaceful. I particually liked the staff, especially Fery, who make a huge difference. They take their time to check in with you and are willing to help in any way possible. Staff need to remember to replenish supplies, like coffee and towels. Let people know in advance of road closures. Thankfully Fery and his team were there to help when the road the hotel is located on was closed for a unique festival up the street. My driver even called the hotel ahead of time, but was not informed of this closure. A little preparation would go a long way.
- Julieta (9/5): A lovely affordable place in central location. - Beautiful place in a great location close to everything. Breakfast was delicious too. The aircon didn’t work for the first 3 hours and ouur room door wouldn’t lock in the last two days, my husband had to jump through the window to be able to lock our door.
- Sunlight (10/5): Rustig pareltje in het hartje Ubud. - Een goed ontbijt met meerdere mogelijkheden om uit te kiezen. Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, met in het bijzonder fery en een jongeman bij het ontbijt waar wij de naam niet van weten. Het zwembad voldeed boven onze verwachtingen waar je prachtige planten hebt en ook nog eens hierdoor heen kan uitkijken op een rivier. De kamer zelf was alles wat we verwacht hadden met een moderne en super schone badkamer en bad. Goede locatie met op loopafstand voldoende winkels, restaurants en spa. Geen, alles was in orde.

- Sandra (10/5): Perfect place to have a calm stay in busy city center - Perfect location, close to all restaurants, massage places and other activities. Resort had a parking place so it was good for taxi cars to come pick us up. Beautiful pool and the whole resort area was very stylish, as well as our room. Tasty breakfast! We prolonged our stay in this resort, that’s how much we liked it. Staff was super helpful and ready to help us in every situation. Nothing, everything was perfect

- Michelle (10/5): Jungle Haven should be Jungle Heaven ⭐ - Het personeel is uitmuntend en het hotel is schoon. Elke dag worsr er hard gewerkt voor het onderhoudt van het hotel. Momenteel zijn er verbouwingen gaande, maar daar hebben we als gast nauwelijks tot geen last van gehad. Het ontbijt wordt elke ochtend g9ed5 verzorgd en heb je ruime keuze uit gerechten. Het zwembad is erg fijn en het water oo goese temperatuur. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en fris. Onze kamer had zelfs een klamboe tegen de muggen. Niets.

- Anthony (8/5): We enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this resort. - The premises were lovely, with plenty of plants and nice decor. The pool was excellent, the food onsite was good, particularly for breakfast, and the staff were excellent, attentive, helpful and friendly. The last 3 days of our 6 day stay there were workmen doing building work at the resort. This meant a lot of drilling and sawing and noise during parts of the day which was a bit of a shame. The manager did apologise for this.

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The restaurant is beautiful with an incredible view. The location is perfect - a 2 minute walk to the main street of Ubud. The pool is absolutely gorgeous. This is not a good accommodation for anyone with mobility issues as there are multiple steps to each level.

- Lmoyle (8/5): A week in Ubud - Stayed in a Deluxe pool view room, recently renovated. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Pool is gorgeous, surrounded by vegetation. Staff very friendly and attentive. Hotel rooms are in various levels which means navigating stairs for some. Within walking distance to main shopping streets, if you are reasonably and moderately fit.
- Ludvigsen (4/5): - God lokation, tilbagetrukket fra stor vej og derfor ingen støj. De tilbød os et andet værelse, da der var kakkelak på værelset. det andet værelse var ikke mindre fyldt med dyr. Vi fik deres familie suite, hvilket var i langt bedre stand samt ren. Dog var der alligevel et firben på toilettet. De kompenserede med en 6 timers guidet tur, det var flinkt af dem. Værelser er nedslidte og med for mange dyr, som kan komme ind. Der fremstod ikke rent og generelt meget nedslidt. Morgenmad er kedelig og meget begrænset. De er ikke enige om regler, så når det var en manager, der var på arbejde, måtte man en masse. Dagen efter var det en anden manager og man måtte så det halve. Det er meget forvirrende som kunder og egentlig ikke i orden.

- Diana (3/5): Preis-Leistung stimmen nicht - Die Lage der Unterkunft war hervorragend und sehr zentral in Ubud. Super um Ubud für ein paar Tage allein zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sehr heruntergekommen. Es wurde vorab zwar mitgeteilt, dass aktuell Renovierungen statt finden, aber das Zimmer in dem ich war, war absolut heruntergekommen. Die Bettwäsche musste gewechselt werden, weil sie fleckig war, das Wasser im Badezimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Jedes Mal, wenn ich den Wasserhahn benutzt habe, stand die Ablage unter Wasser und die Dusche hatte überhaupt keinen Wasserdruck. Der Service war okay. Obwohl ich den einen Tag meines Aufenthalts das Frühstück nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnte, war es nicht möglich am nächsten Tag zwei Dinge zu bestellen, was ich sehr schade fand.
