• Monica (9/5): Visitare Assisi è stato molto emozionante. Torneremo sicuramente - Gli ambienti erano molto puliti, avere un parcheggio gratuito davanti casa é molto comodo e la vicinanza della struttura al centro storico vi ha permesso di muoverci a piedi e visitare tutto comodamente. Francesco è stato gentilissimo e prodigo di consigli. Il bagno era un po’ piccolo e datato ma estremamente pulito.

• Chiara (7/5): Bene, peccato la finestra - La camera e il bagno sono ampi. La colazione dolce è abbondante, viene servita in un altro edificio a circa 5 minuti a piedi di distanza. Il proprietario è molto gentile e da un sacco di consigli utili, sia su cosa vedere, sia sui posti dove mangiare. Il parcheggio è gratis fuori casa. Sulla via sopra vi è un comodo supermercato. Per raggiungere il centro ci vogliono circa 10 minuti a piedi. La camera a noi assegnata aveva un'unica finestra che dava su un ripostiglio interno, rimaneva quindi buia (bisognava necessariamente accendere la luce anche in pieno giorno) e risultava difficile arieggiare.

• Monica (8/5): Pensavo meglio. - Il proprietario è molto disponibile e gentile. Ha fornito ottimi consigli ed indicazioni utili per i pasti. La posizione comoda perché vicina al centro ma fuori dalla ZTL. Purtroppo le stanze della dependance andrebbero ristrutturate, compreso i bagni che sono un po' trascurati. L'ambiente stesso della dependance andrebbe tenuto meglio e ringiovanito. Non fornendo la pulizia giornaliera, dovrebbe essere prevista una dotazione minima di materiale di pulizia. Queste informazioni andavano comunque fornite già in fase di frenotazione della struttura e non a due giorni dall'arrivo. Peccato perché avrebbe buone potenzialità avendo anche un comodo giardinetto. Per chi ha necessità, meglio valutare di spostarsi ad Assisi con la macchina ed usufruire dei parcheggi.

• Monica (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno ad Assisi - Posizione comoda per parcheggiare l'auto, poi c'è un po' da scarpinare per arrivare in centro (il ritorno è in salita). Struttura ben curata e pulita, staff gentile ed attento. Andrebbe meglio segnalato l'ingresso alla struttura per la strada. La sala per la colazione era un po' piccola.

• Giulia (9/5): Ottima posizione e accoglienza familiare. - La posizione è ottima, avere il parcheggio a disposizione è stato un gran vantaggio. Dalla struttura si arriva in centro a piedi in pochi minuti. Francesco è stato di grande aiuto nel suggerirci luoghi da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. L'accoglienza è stata cordiale, gentile e di grande disponibilità. Niente da segnalare. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene.

La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti dal centro di Assisi, ma allo stesso tempo abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parcheggiare la nostra auto in struttura. Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile, anche nel fornirci informazioni utili su ristoranti e cose da fare ad Assisi.

Il proprietario è stato accogliente e disponibile ad ogni necessità. La struttura non ha molto parcheggio a disposizione, ma poco male: basta organizzarsi nelle strade nei dintorni.

• Janez (5/5): - Lokacija in bližina zgodovinskega dela Assisija je najboljša stvar od te namestitve. Zajtrk je bil izjemno skromen in pravzaprav niti ni bil zajtrk. Poleg jogurta in majhnih koščkov prepečenca je bilo na voljo le sladko pecivo in piškoti in marmelade. Ni bilo ne kruha, ne masla, ne sirov, kaj šele kašna salama ali pašteta.

La camera in generale risultava vecchia: il letto era cigolante. In generale non corrispondeva alle foto pubblicate. La pulizia lasciava alquanto a desiderare. Colazione nella norma.

• Dr. Stanley (9/5): Alles bestens👍 - Unser Aufenthalt in Assisi war dank Francesco einfach wunderbar! Er hat uns herzlich empfangen, war stets freundlich und hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps zur Stadt versorgt – ein echter Gastgeber mit Herz. Das Apartment selbst war schön, sauber und angenehm eingerichtet. Es bietet alles, was man für ein paar entspannte Tage in Assisi braucht. Besonders praktisch: Direkt vor dem Apartment gibt es einen Parkplatz, was die Anreise und Mobilität sehr erleichtert. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top – in etwa 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die historische Innenstadt. Auch Restaurants sind zahlreich in der Umgebung und bequem in 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Grazie mille, Francesco! Die Internetverbindung war nicht besonders schnell, und auch der Handyempfang (O2) war etwas eingeschränkt. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war das aber kein großes Problem.

If you want a few slices of cold cuts you must pay 8 euro per person - it is unacceptable. There is no comfortable parking place. Cars are one by one on sloping driveway. Bathroom needs to be renovated. There is horrible pressure of water in shower.

Very close to minimart & old town, Francesco is a very nice host & also provided a lovely breakfast. • John (10/5): We greatly enjoyed our 4-night stay at B&B Villa Sophie and would definitely return. - We really liked the open plan appartment with the handy kitchenette, the lounge area and the superb vista from the verandah. A warm welcome from our host with a glass of wine, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast in the cafeteria. Very good air conditioning. The minimarket nearby was very handy. Plenty of drawer space but no wardrobe.

The breakfast was simple with a cup of coffee and only sweetmeats (cookies/breads/croissants). To have only sweet things to eat in the breakfast maybe is ok to Italian people, but not for all the foreigners.

• Raos (8/5): Nice stay in St. Francis' and St. Clare's city - The place is in a green area, very close to the historic town of Assisi. We got an upgrade from a room to an apartment. The owner Francesco is very helpful and nice person, chatted with us and gave us some useful advice. The property would definitely benefit from air conditioning. The ceiling fan simply could not cope with the heat. Anyway, the owner Francesco told us he was going to install it soonest - so the future visitors will benefit from it.
