- Kristin (2/5): - Die Unterkunft sollte bei Expedia runtergenommen werden, da dies eine Zumutung für die Gäste ist und einen schlechten Eindruck von Expedia hinterlässt. Meine Mutter und ich waren für 4 Wochen in Botswana und Namibia unterwegs. Wir haben auf unserer ganzen Reise logischerweise keinen deutschen Standard erwartet. Aber wir haben für weitaus weniger Geld als die Rakops River Lodge in anderen Unterkünften hervorragend übernachtet. Bei Ankunft in der Rakops River Lodge wurden wir von einer absolut unfreundlichen Person aufgefordert nochmal den Betrag zu bezahlen, da Expedia mir das Geld angeblich zurück überwiesen hätte. Darauf haben wir uns natürlich nicht eingelassen. Wir wurden dann zum Campingplatz gebracht und mussten ihr erneut mitteilen, dass wir ein Zimmer für 2 Personen gebucht haben. Wir erhielten zunächst ein Einbettzimmer und nach Aufforderung konnten wir ein Zweibettzimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer war unter aller Sau. Total lieblos und dreckig. Kaputte Moskitonetze, ekelige Toilette und aus der Dusche kamen drei Tropfen. Die komplette Anlage war heruntergekommen. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Es gab kein Restaurant (welches in der Beschreibung beschrieben wurde) die Bar hatte keine Getränke und war geschlossen. Der Pool war abgedeckt und hatte kein Wasser. Die Unterkunft ist mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft die wir in Afrika durchlebt haben. Dafür muss es eine Entschädigung geben.Ich hoffe das die Unterkunft bald schließt, damit andere Gäste nicht enttäuscht werden.
- Huub (6/5): - Geschikt als tussenstop op weg naar Maun, maar niet echt om langer te blijven. Lodges zijn prima, maar er is niet veel in de omgeving.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - they didn't have our resservetion and they were fully booked with no were to go in the area, They had to transfer someone from a family room in order to accomodate us ( we were four adults) it was very inconvinient, The problem was with Expedia, We are not recomend your site next time
