Par ailleurs le lieu est charmant, tres comfortable et propre, le.petit dejeuner tres copieux et delicieux et le proprietaire tres amical. Dommage que je n ai pas eu l occasion de profiter de la piscine, il faisait un peu trop frais le soir et le matin quand j y etais!

Het gebaar om ons een ontbijt pakketje mee te geven omdat we erg vroeg naar het vliegveld moesten. De broodjes ei waren velen malen lekkerder dan wat ons door KLM werd voorgeschoteld! Het geluid van de straat, de toch wel wat bedompte kamer met weinig licht van buiten.

The hosts Wieske and Paul are very friendly and helpful supported by a good staf. The city centre is on walking distance. We will go there again.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich perfekt und ich kann nur jedem empfehlen hier vorbei zu kommen!

• anna kristina (10/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Einfach alles!!!! Objektiv: Die Lage, es ist extrem gut zu erreichen, liegt zentral, fussläufig zum Zentrum sind es zehn Minuten und die Sauberkeit. Subjektiv: Es fühlt sich an wie ein kleines Paradies inmitten der Stadt, der Garten mit dem Pool sind eine wahre Oase. Das Frühstück ist absolut fantastisch, das Brot wird immer frisch vor Ort gebacken. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Küche, die die Gäste selbst nutzen können, ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind unwahrscheinlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte einen guten Parkplatz auf dem Hof, mein Auto war immer sicher verwahrt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team :) Nichts

• Su (9/5): A great introduction to Stellenbosch. - The location was a very easy walk into Stellenbosch. The owners were really friendly. Nice extras such as the shared kitchen. Having a pool on site was nice. Breakfasts were absolutely superb. Every attention to detail, a great selection and fantastic quality products. The best ever! The bedroom was basic and fairly small but had what you needed.

• Richard (9/5): Lovely hosts and really comfortable accommodation with great breakfast - highly recommended! - As a single traveller on my own it felt very safe and was within walking distance of the centre of Stellenbosch for all the restaurants and shops. It was a great location for experiencing the surrounding area and in particular the vineyards and nature. The breakfast was superb and the pancakes and homemade jam were delicious :)

Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home. Breakfast is by the pool and the staff could not have been more attentive and pleasant. The parking is secure. Nothing.

• Klaus (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was great (especially the banana-maple-ham toast), the garden is extremely cosy and colourful (with gooseberries you can eat from the tree) and many small, hidden hideaways around the building. The family room (but also other rooms) are a bit narrow. This did not create major problems because we mainly were in town or in the garden, but it can get a bit crowded during bad weather.

• Emily (10/5): - We had a lovely couple of nights here whilst we explored the surrounding Stellenbosch area. We were travelling with our baby and nothing was too much trouble for the owners and staff - they had thoughtfully put a mosquito net over the cot they had set up for her and there was a high chair ready and set up every morning when we came down for breakfast - we really appreciated these touches. The property is a beautiful little oasis with a pretty garden and pool. There are also helpful amenities like a communal kitchen which was really helpful when travelling with a child. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again if we return to the area in future.

Team very attentive at all times. Location within a 5 minute walk of all Stellenbosch facilities plus easy access when travelling into Stellenbosch by car. Whilst it may have been my poor observation, it wasn’t obvious when booking that the kitchen areas are shared between three rooms. If you wanted to sit out of the room in the evening, this could be more difficult for some.

• Jacquie (9/5): Warm, welcoming and convivial - a B&B run by a very professional couple who care to maintain high standards of deliv - I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort and especially the very personal concern for one’s well being. I did suggest that they leave a risk or biscuit for one to have with one’s tea, which was gratefully accepted and was immediately taken into consideration. I asked for full cream milk and it was supplied without question. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
• Angela (8/5): A most enjoyable stay, would recommend. - It had a nice pool,the host and hostess were very accommodating , nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast excellent. Also appreciated the use of kitchen facilities, which we used to prepare our suppers when we were not eating out. The small bathroom, also the bedroom was a little cramped.
• Guy (10/5): The local “heaven on earth”! - Fantastic location to relax and “feel at home”. It is a nice and quiet place to stay after a day of full action in the wine region of Stellenbosch and surroundings. Special attention for the fantastic breakfast with the best omelette “ever”. Ask for it and the staff of this B&B will make it, bring it with passion.
• Cla (9/5): Good for families - Location is close to the town centre, breakfast was nice and accommodated my needs. The ladies were very friendly. I would recommend for families than a single traveller. I was extremely unhappy before I left the hotel. I appreciated they allowed me to leave my luggage and came back to retrieve it. But when I was back and tried to tidy up myself in the breakfast/living room, the gentleman host gave me an unfriendly look and it sounded to me that I should not be sitting there and I was ruining their business, had to have their dogs locked because I was afraid of dogs. This last little thing completely ruined my experience here.

The location is so convenient if you are looking to walk to the shops instead of driving. And I'd say it's a walkable distance to the university as well. Would definitely recommend 10 Alexander B&B During our stay we didn't have any problems at all because the owners and the staff were very good at preventing and solving any problems we might have had. So I'd say there's nothing I didn't like about 10 Alexander B&B

The owners were really helpful and made sure each morning that we had all the advice we needed about where to go each day. The pool was lovely and perfect for an end of day dip. The room was great - clean, big enough and had all the basics you would need from a room, including a mini kitchen for self catering. The B&B felt safe and secure. Nothing, we really liked it and would stay again.

• Henrique (10/5): Exceptional - An impeccable 5-star experience at 10 Alexander B&B in Stellenbosch! The stay was exceptional—clean, tranquil, and complemented by a beautiful garden. The breakfast was a highlight, absolutely delicious. Special mention to the gracious lady who welcomed us and took our breakfast orders each morning with a warm smile, making us feel truly at home. She is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the B&B.
• Markus (10/5): The perfect bed and breakfast for visiting Stellenbosch. - The staff and their guest friendliness are wonderful. We loved staying here and felt it was the perfect place for our trip to Stellenbosch. The breakfast is very good and getting served individually in the beautiful garden feels like paradise. We liked everything.
