Manish (2/5): Owner is terrible! - I'll start by saying that the rating I've given for this booking is based on the lack of level of service and professionalism provided by the owner, Mr Solih and his manager and son Mr Hamdhaan. The property itself, the room and location were all as expected for the price. My dissatisfaction and that of another guest from Dubai was that the above mentioned treated you as a 'cash cow'. 1. Pick up from airport charged $50 USD. On return wanted $150! 2. Told not go and eat elsewhere! As locals would not want to mix during the covid situation. Local prices were one 3rd cheaper. 3. 1.5 weeks into my stay, Mr Solih says my room is booked by another guest and can I change rooms. No, I booked and paid for the ocean front room. 4. Excursions were overpriced and cheaper elsewhere. 5. Having assured me they knew how to complete my visa extension forms, they incorrectly completed them and ultimately my visa ran out, my travel and length of stay had to be altered. 6. Cancelling my travel approval as I found a cheaper $60 trip to Male and not use their $150 option. 7. The local people who had tried to help me were all verbally abused by Mr Solih over the phone for trying to help me! They have 2 guesthouse on Guraidhoo, Ithaa beach, where I was staying and a new one called Luxury Beach Maldives.
Verified traveler (4/5): - Dissapointed! No one came to recieve from the airport as it suppose to be.payed 50$ for the ticket to the island n back to airport. Even the Hotel was different. Had to pay for the breakfast 20$ which suppose to be included.

Ragav (10/5): Excellent place with awesome staff - Staying in Ithaa beach was the best experience we had in the entire trip. The place has a serene view of the ocean which is very relaxing. Solih and his staff were extremely hospitable and treated us like their family. Mr.Solih responded immediately whenever we wanted him. I had an allergic reaction to seafood once on a midnight, and Solih rushed me to hospital and stayed with me the whole time. He is a kind and responsible host. The island is small with less disturbance. Best place to relax yourself. We stayed there for two days and it is the most memorable part of our trip. If I go to Guraidhoo again, I'll definitely visit this place.
BharatBhushan (8/5): On the beach but expensive for quality - The hotel is not suitable for family stay with kids. We paid for two rooms to accommodate our less than 8 year old kids. The extra charges for accommodating kids using same mattress was higher than the new room. Some need to fix the pricing. Anarul at hotel provided excellent service to us. The owner is nice and courteous but a little rigid with pricing and enforcing it. For the same price I could have stayed in a far better hotel. Everything is accessible in less than 10 minutes.
