• argnym (6/5): - Ottima posizione, vicino alla fermata metropolitana e a una stazione dei treni. Alloggio carino ma non ben tenuto Utensili da cucina di scarsa qualità e quantità. Lavastoviglie non funzionante (la lavatrice non l'abbiamo provata). Porta del bagno con maniglia rotta. Camere singole al piano terra davvero minuscole, senza armadio e nemmeno appendini per appendere i vestiti. Letti cigolanti

Die Küche eher sehr dünn ausgestattet, Kaffee oder Tee kann man trinken. In einem Badezimmer fast dunkel, fehlendes Licht, bei dem zweitem Badezimmer kaputte Tür, wir haben es gemeldet, nichts passiert. Wir haben für 5 Personen gebucht, nur für 4 waren die Bettwäsche fertig. Die ganze Wohnung riecht nach Feuchtigkeit, man sieht es an den Wänden

Las camas, una de ellas se desmontaba el somier, pusimos al final el colchón encima del sofá cama para que fuese más cómodo. La otra cama era dos unidas y los colchones y eran incomodísimo se te clavaban los muelles.

• David Martin (9/5): It was enough for anyone wanting lay their head down and have a cup of tea... do the rest in Lisbon. - Location was A little more than a stroll away from the attractions... Bolt/Uber was the best choice- cheap and fast. I was happy enough with everything. I wanted to see Lisbon and this apartment did the job. shops didn't open till 9am which sucks, but they are open later... so get the food in, in the evening.

• Ana (5/5): - A localização: bairro com supermercados, restaurantes perto. Limpeza péssima, a janela da cozinha já não é limpa á anos,, peças da casa muito pequenas, cheiro a mofo, só tem 1 casa de banho pequena para um apartamento que é alugado para 6 pessoas.

• Sérgio (10/5): - Acolhedor, embora seja um sítio de rua com algum barulho. Casa com dois quartos, cozinha dispõe do essencial, sala com sofá-cama... O forno estava muito sujo, não tinha sido limpo, havia muita gordura e restos de comida no tabuleiro.

• Pisa (9/5): Lisboa - O local era limpo, bem equipado, silencioso, próximo do metro. Tive dificuldade pos no anúncio constava 2 andar, mas no check-in era no 1°, mas foi tudo resolvido.

• Valeria (2/5): Mala organización - La cercanía a supermercados, metro o locomoción colectiva, habitaciones amplias La habitación que tenía cama matrimonial, la habitación que era más pequeña el colchón se le sentían los resortes. En la otra habitación la puerta del clóset sonaba demasiado. El baño estaba limpio pero la ducha el agua salía y era muy resbalosa, la cocina amplia, las sillas no eran muy cómodas y no cabían 5 personas en la mesa. El pasillo necesita luz ya que es un peligro llegar y subir o bajar a oscuras, venden sistemas con sensores de movimiento. Otro punto fue la descoordinación entre Booking y la empresa ya que hice mi check-in y check-out y las horas o códigos no funcionaron, llegamos a las 12 HRS y por más que llamaba no contestaban me sentía estafada, luego nos indicaron que era en el segundo piso y nos cambiaron al primero, los códigos de las puerta no eran los correctos, luego el día domingo, nuestro último día de estadía y las 11:24 me enviaron un mensaje que decía que debíamos hacer entrega del apartamento a las 11 porque el servicio de limpieza llegaba a las 11 y debía estar libre, nosotros estábamos en el centro comercial tranquilos porque yo había indicado que saldríamos a las 15 hrs, además nosotros andábamos en transporte público, cosa que toma tiempo, además yo soy una persona que camina lento porque ando con bastón y lea dije, si necesitaban el apartamento a una hora, por qué no nos avisaron el día anterior? De verdad tuvimos que correr para poder dejar la propiedad, siendo que llegamos y dejamos el apartamento a las 14:30, de verdad fue una muy mala experiencia

• Alda Maria (7/5): Fora os colchões, considero que a estadia foi boa, e o anfitrião muito atencioso. - Bom dia, Lamentavelmente, os colchões das camas estão tão degradados que as molas magoavam e impediam o descanso. Atualmente existem no mercado colchões relativamente em conta qualidade/preço e não havia necessidade disto. Obrigada

• davinia (5/5): - Edificio sin ascensor, en el rellano de las escaleras había cucarachas... En el apartamento no, estaba limpio Los colchones no eran muy cómodos, pero aceptables
• Michaël (3/5): Pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit - Réservation faite en dernière minute, à un prix correct pour Lisbonne mais... Aucune déco dans l'appart, ce qu n'est pas très important mais pourrait être un plus. Le plus grave est que nous n'avons pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier très bruyant. Les voisins ont hurlé chanté, mis de la musique toute la nuit. Le petit plus quand nous nous sommes réveillés (on avait pris cet appart' la nuit précédent notre vol retour), un énorme cafard dans l'une des chambres. Heureusement que nous n'y sommes restés que quelques heures.

• Lucie (5/5): - Le quartier et la desserte en transports malgré la distance au centre de Lisbonne Appartement et maison infestés de cafards, propreté approximative (on a retrouvé une culotte sale sous un lit, n'appartenant à aucun d'entre nous/hotte de cuisine pleine de graisse...), moisissures dans les douches, mobilier abîmé (une chaise cassée, des tabourets bancals), lits où il est impossible de dormir à cause des ressorts qui sortent, vaisselle ébréchée et en nombre insuffisant (5 cuillères pour 6 personnes) Linge fourni mais une seule serviette par personne pour 6 jours, un seul torchon pour 6 personnes/6 jours... Le pompon : check out prévu à 11h, la femme de ménage nous a mis dehors à 10h.

Já mandei mais de 20 mensagens para o apoio ao cliente , tentei contactar o alojamento no momento que cheguei e não me deram uma posição, a desculpa é que a cidade de Lisboa tem baratas. Um absurdo! Então todos que moram em Lisboa dormem com baratas? Vou tomar providências cabíveis se não me reembolsarem. Tive que procurar outro local pra dormir e gastei mais dinheiro. As baratas entravam na bolsa. Impossível!

• Ana (5/5): - Boa localização A limpeza podia ser melhor, tive de recorrer aos serviços de apoio ao cliente antes que estava sempre ocupado. Na segunda noite o painel deixou de funcionar e só conseguimos falar com alguém após a terceira tentativa de contacto.

Estava muito cheirosa Além de ter reservado o 2 andar e chegar as 22h e colocar o codigo na porta e não funcionar e ouvirmos vozes de pessoas dentro da casa. Liguei, e disseram que se enganaram e deram a casa a outras pessoas. Tivemos que ficar numa outra casa. As fichas dos candeeiros não tinham fichas para ligar.

• Schulz (9/5): - We had a great stay at Oriente DNA Studios II for our last night before heading to the airport. The owners were super nice and accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which really helped with our tight schedule. The location is very convenient, being close to the airport, which made our early morning departure much easier. The kitchen could use a little bit of fixing up, but for the price, the place exactly what we needed.

Also during my stay prople working next door and drilling the walls supwe early you could hear the drilling and would wake us up. Otherwise nice cozy place to stay Alot of small markets surrounding the area.
• Prof. (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfectly fit for me as it was close to the Lisbon School of Health Technology (ESTeSL). Shower system.
• Pedro (3/5): Save your money - The house was literally falling apart when we arrived. Had to deal with the owner and the workers during our stay. The house was moldy, there was green moss inside the room closets. All the walls were stained. Most of the windows were broken.
• Dean (2/5): Would NOT recommend - the whole neighborhood is run down and this place is no exception. - The host was communicative and helpful - always responded very quickly. The pictures are inaccurate. Most of the pictures aren't even from the actual apartment being rented. The wifi was really slow, and the place was overall not in good shape from mold in the bathroom to everything being very old and worn out.
• Dmytro (7/5): Satisfactory - Access by the code was easy. We have not met anyone in person, which is totally fine by me. There had been a coffee machine (dripping, so no dependency on the capsules) and some tea + sugar provided on the table on arrival. The kitchen equipment, washing machine and heaters were used during our stay and worked well. Overall, the flat had ticked all the necessary marks on the list that we expected. There is a list of complaints. None is a dealbreaker per se, the flat is OK, but it affected the overall impression. 1. Communication with messaging felt very robotic. Rather than answering my specific questions I recieved a prepared copy-paste message that had not always reflected the answer. 2. The flat is quite a bit more weared than on the photos. 3. WiFi is not working in the kitchen and can disappear in the rooms. I think the router is installed in the other flat, so it has to break through the floor. 4. Instructions on the garbage disposal would be nice. 5. There is a weird smell in the storage room. Somehow damp/heavy air. The room is small and can be closed, but it is something that has to be addressed from the health concern perspective.

• Renata (9/5): Very nice place to stay for 4+ people in Lisbon. - Close to the metro (20 minutes to the center), railway and bus stations, and the airport. There are many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, a large shopping center and a park around. The apartment is clean, spacious, quiet. The beds were comfortable. Of the minuses, we can only add that the dishes for cooking are too old. Anyway everything was good.

• Olha (9/5): Superb - On the first day, we had a problem with electricity. The owner did everything to fix it as soon as possible. However, I guess it wasn't the first time with electricity. Also, there wasn't enough toilet paper and towels. Everything else was great. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Thr location is also good. We enjoyed our trip.
