- Sylwia (5/5): - Lokalizacja , ekspres z dobrą kawa. Na bardzo krótki przystanek w podróży ok, ale jeśli miałby to być dłuższy pobyt, brak działającej lodówki i indukcji dyskwalifikuje. Lodówka nie działała, uszkodzona płyta indukcyjna, pęknięcie tak wielkie,że nie wierzę ,że nikt nie zwrócił na to uwagi. Zaplamiona sofa w przedsionku. Ktoś powinien zainteresować się stanem mieszkania przed przyjazdem gości.

- ElizaTG (10/5): Duże, rodzinne mieszkanie. - Duże mieszkanie w kamienicy, czysto i przestronnie, blisko do centrum. Dobrze wyposażone. Brak miejsca do zaparkowania auta.
- Diana (2/5): - Когда берут депозит в половину стоимости аренды, ожидаешь, что там хороший ремонт, за которых переживают хозяева. Квартира ужас, прослушиваемость очень высокая. Ремонт старый и дешевый. Все, не видное на первый взгляд, в плесени. Полы поцарапаны, матрасы неудобные, стулья на кухне грязные и так далее и далее. Фото не соответствуют действительности, по факту это фото разных квартир и вы не знаете какая вам попадется. Не знаю, что за люди с низкими потребностями ставят этому месту 5 баллов

- Marcelle (4/5): Need to improve - Quiet apartment Hard to take a shower as you need to wait the water to warm and after just one person had shower you have to wait another couple of hours for the water get warm again so next one could shower. No curtains that close completely the windows, so very bright to sleep and other people could see inside the apartment. The bed was not comfortable at all and it was making everyone itching, probably it had bed bugs. The apartment wasn’t that clean.

Eventually all what they had to say that the cod is right and promise to send me a video that the cod is right but until now he didn't seand... So be careful when you book with them.

- Andrew (9/5): Great location, clean accomodation and reasonably priced. - Perfect 3 bedroom apartment for 3 couples. Never felt crowded and individual rooms were spacious. While the building is very dated it is set in the Old Town so don't expect something to modern. Wi-Fi worked worked perfectly for all of us and multiple phones. About 10-15 minutes walk from the main square with its many restaurants and attractions. Could not get TV channels to change so stuck on menu. Would have been good to supply instruction on how to get hot water from the boiler. Found out how to but only after a few attempts.

There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and a nice bonus - large windows that overlook a cozy green yard. And of course, need to mention the hosts, they are very nice people - who are always ready to help u.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Friendshouse Apartments - Avenue was located in the centre of Krakow within walking distance of the town centre. The room accommodated 1 person and had everything necessary to have a great stay. The amenities included: oven, cooktop, toaster, kettle, cable/satellite TV, iron, ironing board, washing machine. Although located on a busy road, it was not possible to hear this noise in the apartment. Fresh, modern, comfortable and inexpensive apartment to stay.
- BM (2/5): - The communication and service was disgusting. The bed was broken, and it took numerous phone calls and 2 days to get it repaired. We were taken to the wrong address, and had no instructions for how to get into the property. The window looked out on to a wilderness. Would not go again or recommend this company

- Eva (8/5): Centralt og lokalt - Hyggeligt lille værelse/lejlighed som ligger 7-10 fra centrum. Manglede lidt rengøring og ku også ha brugt at få skiftet håndklæder (for 5 dage) Og der var ikke bestik nok. Men personalet var helt vildt flinke - havde en del mailkorrespondance inden ferien og de var super søde og hurtige til at svare tilbage. Fik også en masse hjælp og info på deres kontor dernede - super søde og hjælpsomme. Jeg kunne sagtens finde på at bruge dem igen.
