Leonflh (10/5): Exceptional - Jacuzzi and swimming pool is perfect for our vacation. The hotel is very close to Marina Piccola. Antony, the hotel staff was under disposal all the time. It is a very nice experience.
Awrad (6/5): Good but still needs upgrade and better cleaning services - Location is perfect and the property looks exactly like the pictures at least the villa we stayed at. The bathrooms needed an upgrade, no room cleaning services were not available all throughout our stay and when we asked for someone to clean our villa it was the doorman who did it!

Scott (9/5): Our stay in Capri was incredible, we decided to stay another day. - The property was maintained incredibly well and the hot tub was great. The best part was the host Anthony. His smile and his desire to please was above and beyond. I will definitely come back again.
Echeverri (10/5): Good option to stay in Capri. In the middle of the. 2 marinas - Location and places is perfect. You have to take a $16 if you want to go downtown and $35 to the main marina. By walk to the marina pocolla Shower is very uncomfortable, with the sink inside
Stephanie (8/5): Very good - The location was a 7 minute walk down to the beach via steps, and about 10-15 minutes walk up to town by steps/hill. From the beach or the town there are bus stops and taxi ports. The bus stops at the beach, main town, and anacapri. The bus in ana capri also has stops to some beach clubs etc. So the location was good. Wifi worked, the host always answers the phone, they can arrange taxi for you to come to the hotel door at departure or anytime you need it they will flag a taxi. Or you can walk to the port(beach) or town and take a taxi from there.

Venkata Siva Surya Prasad (2/5): - Horrifying experience at LHP Suite Villa La Giara! As soon as we entered, the villa wasn’t clean or ready for us to check in. We had seen all the trash, dirty beds and bathrooms from the previous tenants of the Villa. We were made to wait while they attempted to clean to the villa. When we returned the bathrooms were smelling terribly, there were dirty towels. They refused to provide us with basic amenities such as water. When we tried to use the gym, none of the equipment’s were working and was left in a horrible condition. The photos on the internet is completely different from the reality of the Villa. DO NOT STAY HERE. Your entire experience in Capri will be ruined.

AC was not working. Sheets were never changed during our 3 nights stay. We asked him to book a taxi for our departure, and the taxi never showed up. Called him for our check-out, he didn’t answer.

Patricia (9/5): Wonderful experience and great space for a family. - The host, Massimo, was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating... we enjoyed meeting him! The rooms were comfortable for a family, and the property would be great if staying with groups of friends! There is an excellent space for dinner with a great view of Marina Piccola and a nice refreshing pool for the hot days. They provide coffee and even milk and water for the room. Everything was great! The only negative was that its not really within walking distance of the main town, but you can walk down to Marina Piccola and back up. Even so, I would still recommend this location for a stay for a little respite from the hustle and bustle in the main areas.

Property manager Massimo took good care of us the whole stay, excellent service! 10 points for Massimo👍 It was quite moist in the appartment. Sure there was two rainy days during our stay….maybe clean the air heat pump.

Paul (10/5): Beautiful outdoor space, close to town, with great service from Wije. - Incredible view and patio. Exactly like the pictures. Great location, easy walk to town (uphill into town but much of Capri is hills, so normal.) By far the best part was Wije, he will be there to help you with anything you need. Reservations for anything, Taxis, directions. He made the trip go very smoothly and will work very hard to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We didn’t book anything in advance and it was no problem as Wije took care of everything. We were so happy to meet him and hope to see him again.

Verified traveler (2/5): Dont stay here! - Terrible. Photos are entirely misleading. No access to the facilities advertised. Communication was terrible, from arrival to departure. Breakfast was 1 small slice of toast per person. The shower didn't work on the first day (of 2 days), and the water smelled like sewage. Way overpriced compared to others in the area given what is offered. Stay away!
