margarida (3/5): Desilusão absoluta - A simpatia das funcionárias é sem duvida o unico ponto possitivo desta experiência. Prontas a ajudar, cordiais, e profissionais. Foi uma decepção. Pena que o booking não conhece ao vivo todas as condições destas propostas. O quarto tinha tudo de mau. Mal cuidado e limpeza dificiente. A cama era confortavel, mas tudo o resto foi uma desilusão. A recepção deste hotel, é um desespero no acesso, uma confusão de arrumação e limpeza. O quarto era noutro edificio. Um prédio antigo, mas com varias lacunas na manutenção e sobretudo com a limpeza. Paredes sujas, e a desfazerem-se com a humidade. Existia uma banheira com jacuzi que não usámos e uma sala de sauna que quando olhámos aos detalhes da limpeza, não deu nem vontade de experimentar. Tomar duche na banheira foi perceber que o quarto ficava alagado porque tinha fuga de águas. Não mereceu o valor que paguei. O Pequeno almoço foi levado pelas funcionárias à hora certa. Apesar de antecipadamente ter que escolher o que comer e ter só 3 opçoes, chegou quente ao quarto. Pudemos deixar as malas na receção enquanto estivemos na cidade, e no retorno pedimos para usar o WC e para nosso espanto percebemos que no meio do caos de roupas por lavar, arquivo administrativo, material tecnico e de limpeza, também existe a dispensa onde armazenam os alimentos dos pequenos almoços, assim como um mini fogão onde preparam as opçoes quentes como os ovos que os clientes vão comer. Considero uma falta de higiene absoluta manusear os alimentos naquelas condições impróprias. Não sei se existem visitas de control sanitário ou de exigencias para poderem ter portas abertas ao publico com tantos defices quantos os que encontrei, mas claramente que em outras cidades da Europa, lugares como este teriam sido encerrados. Há gente a ganhar muito dinheiro vendendo gato por lebre. É lamentavel, porque se pensassem realmente nos turistas como pessoas que merecem estadias em condições, cuidariam muito melhor dos negócios que têm. Não voltarei lá e nem recomendarei este lugar a ninguém. E não entendo como apresentam opiniões positivas. Devem ter sido PAGAS!! :(

marcello (9/5): sempre una bella esperienza - partiamo dal dire che sono già molte volte che soggiorno presso questa struttura , pulizia sempre al top , funzionante sia vascai dromassaggio che bagno turco ,in una posizione vicinissima porto e castello e quindi piazza del plebiscito la colazione molto buona quest'ultima volta purtroppo non era ancora pronta la stanza,abbiamo dovuto aspettare 45 minuti ,serratura della porta guasta non si poteva chiudere a chiave Dall interno .tolto questi 2 inconvenienti tutto bene il resto

Sam (5/5): Well located, nice room, but not up to scratch - The breakfast and communication were excellent. Each day we were sent breakfast options via WhatsApp and asked what time we would like it delivered. There were plenty of choices including eggs, croissants, pastries, toast, and different coffees. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. We also liked the mini-bar, the Smart TV with Netflix already signed in, and the excellent central location. Customer service was very good. When we raised issues with the original room, staff responded quickly and offered us an alternative room nearby, which we appreciated. The replacement room was even more centrally located and overall the staff were very helpful and trusting. We booked specifically for the spa room facilities as it was our honeymoon, however the bath in the original room barely worked and only trickled. The shower was also poor, not particularly clean, and there were exposed wires. Unfortunately, the replacement room had similar issues with the spa bath facilities, which appeared outdated and not properly maintained, so we were unable to use the advertised spa features during our stay.

Maritza Angela (8/5): - La posizione era ottima. La sauna in camera era impraticabile per il forte odore di muffa che riempiva anche la stanza. Sono da rivedere un po la pulizia e le rifiniture piene di calcare da far sembrare il tutto decadente.

Las instalaciones están descuidadas, muebles y paredes corroídos por la humedad y hongos. La ubicación tenía buena conectividad pero era un mal sector, sucio, peligroso y con ruidos nocturnos (karaoke) hasta altas horas de la noche, la pieza no tiene aislamiento acústico, por lo tanto se escuchaban todos los ruidos de la calle y de una vecina que no paraba de gritar. Las toallas olían mal y estaban muy usadas y viejas. Por último, el personal era amable pero se demoraron en traer el desayuno y partían atendiendo a las 9am hasta las 8pm, fuera de ese horario no te podían ayudar con nada.

Tutti gli accessori nella stanza erano disponibili: shampo , bagnoschiuma, pantofole , spazzolini… Qualità prezzo assolutamente non appropriata alla struttura super trasandata e veramente poco curata , muffa ovunque e segni di usura in ogni angolo , in più Avevamo scelto questa stanza anche per la presenza della “sauna”, ma purtroppo non corrisponde a una vera sauna. L’ambiente era molto umido, più simile a un bagno turco/vaporizzatore, e mancavano le caratteristiche tipiche di una sauna (calore secco, temperatura adeguata). Sarebbe utile chiarire meglio la descrizione per evitare fraintendimenti. Nel bagno era assente lo scopino ma era presente il doccino per il wc che sarebbe stato ottimo se solo funzionasse! Non la consiglierei e non ci tornerei

Bagno molto bello, pulito e completo. Qualcosa veniva giù, ma niente di troppo negativo da segnalare.

Barbara (4/5): Delusione totale - Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e purtroppo l'esperienza è stata molto al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato. Al nostro arrivo la stanza non era stata adeguatamente pulita dopo gli ospiti precedenti: il balcone presentava ancora residui lasciati da chi c'era prima. Il copritavolino era visibilmente sporco, probabilmente mai cambiato, e la tenda bianca riportava macchie scure. Abbiamo deciso di utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio, ma all'apertura del rubinetto l'acqua calda era completamente assente. Segnalato alla reception, ci è stato risposto con sufficienza che "è una cosa nota" e che bisognava semplicemente aspettare la caldaia. All'accensione dell'idromassaggio si è diffuso un forte odore di fogna, fortunatamente passato dopo qualche minuto. Ancora più preoccupante: le coperture dei bocchettoni erano staccate e si muovevano da sole. Il letto era estremamente duro e scomodo, cuscini inclusi. Il condizionatore funzionava a rilento. Il telecomando era privo del coperchio del vano batterie. La maniglia della stanza era rotta. L'unica nota positiva è la gentilezza e la cordialità della ragazza alla reception, oltre alla colazione e alla splendida vista sul Maschio Angioino. Per il resto, a fronte di 162€ per una notte, ci si aspetta un minimo di cura e manutenzione. Purtroppo non consiglio questa stanza a nessuno.

Mauro (1/5): - Esperienza complessivamente negativa. Le foto pubblicate risultano fuorvianti: la vista sul Maschio Angioino non esiste, ma si affaccia su tetti e cortili interni. La sauna indicata è in realtà un bagno turco, diverso da quanto descritto. La stanza presentava evidenti problemi: muffa diffusa e odore persistente in più punti, scarsa pulizia generale e forte umidità, in particolare nel bagno. Presente anche un problema igienico grave con acqua che risaliva dal WC. L’edificio è in condizioni deteriorate: ambienti trascurati, porte con maniglie instabili e una sensazione generale di incuria. Un soggiorno deludente sotto molteplici aspetti. Unico elemento positivo: la bellezza della città di Napoli.

Peter (6/5): It was ok, but not great. - No hot water, reception did give me a free beer for inconvenience but wasn’t ideal showering in the evening after travelling or in the morning. Also room was right opposite reception desk and unfortunately even when reception was closed phone kept ringing until late in the evening disturbing sleep.

Alice (7/5): Die goldenen Zeiten sind wohl vorbei... - So ein Whirpool ist schon nice nach einem langen Tag und reisst viele Mängel wieder raus. Das Zimmer wäre ansich super nice und schön gross, die Aussicht und das Treiben auf der Strasse top, doch wie so vieles in Napoli, hat es seine besten Tage schon lange hinter sich. Wir wurden tausend mal gefragt nach dem Frühstück. Sogar angerufen, mitten am Nachmittag. No mi interessa la colazione per domani! Zum Glück hörte dass dan auf, nachdem wir reklamiert hatten, die hätten uns auf den Vesuvio verfolgt! Die Reinigungskraft drängte uns dann noch am letzten Morgen ja genug früh auszuchecken, "wir müssen es ja noch Reinigen", das ist doch keine Art. Und natürlich sind wir in der Zeit. (So als Anmerkung: siamo bilingui — la lingua non è una barriera!) Und eben: Die goldenen Jahre sind wohl vorbei. Es ist alles ein bisschen abgeratzt, richtig sauber war es nicht (ich fand Papierschnipsel, Haare, Staub, an offensichtlichen Stellen), den Kühlschrank haben wir selber zum Laufen gebracht. Selbstredend funktionieren auch beim Whirlpool nicht alle Düsen. Such uns was anderes für das nächste Mal.

Simon (7/5): Naples is getting better - It’s a hard one to rate - the effort was there but it just lacked the finishing touch. The bath and sauna fantastic to have but the quality of the towels , the wear these items had on the room really shown .The staff really nice helpful and communicated Beds well worn, karaoke bar under apartment that went on the early hours - it wouldn’t have been so bad if someone could sing something different other than titanic “my heart will go on “

Patrizia (3/5): Luxury non Luxury - La posizione, il balconcino, le dimensioni della stanza e l'idromassaggio, anche se il bagno aveva molta umidità e conseguente cattivo odore. Soprattutto il letto: il materasso era pessimo, si sprofondava in buche scomodissime, i cuscini al contrario erano durissimi e di scarsa qualità così come le lenzuola e gli asciugamani, oltretutto consumati e ruvidi. Il prodotti di cortesia scarsi e la colazione, da selezionare uno o due prodotti a scelta il pomeriggio prima, era pessima. Da un "Luxury" ci si aspetterebbero comodità superiori. Peccato perché la posizione è ottima, le dimensioni della stanza generose e con qualche cambiamento potrebbe essere all'altezza di quanto promesso. Non torneremo, a quel prezzo c'è molto di meglio.

La camera avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturatina......ma nel complesso accettabile, Ultima rampa di scale per acedere in struttura leggermente ripida.

Stéphane (10/5): Séjour à l'hôtel Cartenj - Grâce à l'hôtel Carten, nous avons pu bénéficier d'un super emplacement au cœur de la ville. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très agréable. La chambre était très confortable avec plein d'attentions: chaussons, brosses à dents.... Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel!
