Both also had to be reserved in advance...was somewhat inconvenient. Second bathroom shower did not work as well as the main bathroom shower.

Theres a few great bars and coffee shops around the corner or very short walk. Bed is comfortable. Shower has hot water . Being located on José Pardo, a busier street you can hear cars beeping if that concerns you. I was out every night returning home earliest 10pm. It wasn't as bad at that time. I took a nap early afternoon most days and didn't concern me.

There is not air, but there are multiple fans . I was comfortable . Staff were always available by What's app and very attentive. I felt safe as here is 24/7 desk security at the entrance and floor access only by electronic key . I had to extend my stay and they were very accommodating.

The staff also great Alexandra, Vanessa and a third girl who assisted us were all super nice. Easy access to transportation right outside and beautiful building. Totally recommended!

The pool was freezing and there were no cushions for the loungers so they were very uncomfortable and no pool towels. The security for the building was top notch, but any time you wanted to go to the pool you had to go to the front desk for them to let into the area. There were mold patches on the ceilings of the bathroom and bedroom. The safe locked for three days with our passports in and they refused to return any of my messages, we eventually figured out the master code and got them out on our own I cannot emphasize enough how unprofessional and stressful my experience with this rental has been. I initially booked from March 9th to the 20th but later requested to change my stay to the 16th without penalties. The hosts agreed, confirming that I would be refunded $400 USD. However, from that point forward, they claimed there was an issue with rebooking through Booking.com and insisted on communicating only through WhatsApp—an immediate red flag. For weeks, I repeatedly followed up on my refund, only to be met with either silence or vague reassurances. Eventually, they told me I would receive my money upon arrival, which only heightened my concerns about whether this apartment would even be available when I got there. Once we arrived, the story changed again: no refund until departure, and suddenly, they claimed they didn’t have PayPal to process it. Then came yet another excuse—they now needed to “inspect for damages” before returning the money, despite this being an overpayment, not a damage deposit. I asked them to come the evening/day before our early morning departure (7:30), yet they showed up at 8:00 AM, insisting that we couldn’t be in the apartment while they conducted their inspection—despite the official checkout time being much later. We stayed anyway and watched as they meticulously scrutinized every inch of the apartment, trying to find any excuse to withhold the refund. Finding nothing, they then claimed we had to wait for their “boss” to approve the return. After more waiting, they finally handed over the money. This ordeal was completely unnecessary, dishonest, and exhausting. The lack of professionalism and integrity ruined what should have been a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would never recommend this rental to anyone.
• Beatriz (8/5): Very good, but not worth the price. - The staff were super nice The beds were comfortable The kitchen was full of equipments. The water and chocolates in the check in. Even though we stayed at 22 floor the windows still let pass the noise from the street and also a lot of light. The curtain shower was very small and the floor was wet all the time.
• Jorge (10/5): Great value apartment - The apartment is in a great location, 5 blocks from the heart of Miraflores. From there, you can go anywhere to the beach or Costa Verde. It was very quiet, we stayed at the 1105 apartment. It wasn't too hot, thanks to the fans (no AC), maybe because of the weather at this time of the year. Bedrooms were very comfortable (3), and bathrooms were clean (3). It has a full kitchen (we didn't use it). It has a laundry and iron machine, also has a hair dryer. The communication with Valerie was impeccable, very fast answering our messages and concerns. We definitely will come back next time. Highly recommended. Great value. No AC and low water pressure.

It’d be nice if there was an adult only area pool .. My apartment room had so many things already half broken it felt set up to break something and pay for it . However didn’t receive any charges but definitely had to be careful with literally everything door ways kitchen balcony the shades etc Also we only speak English an the front desk pretty much ignored us most times or found someone else to help us .

• Frederick (9/5): Recommend. - The view of the city, the apartment, the access to washing machine. Didn’t get to try the pools, but they looked good and seemed to be cleaned daily. The gym was a little lackluster. Works for short stays, but for longer stays I’d expect a little more/ better equipment. The gym consist of a bench, a cable machine, a treadmill, a few dumbbells and a sitting cycle machine. Not terrible but could be improved. I will add that this is the only thing I can pick on, and the rest of the stay and service was very good!

• Carmen (10/5): We had a great time! - The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We got a quick answer every time. The apartment was spotless when we got there and they came half way our stay to clean it again. The location is great. Because of that it's in a noisy street. So.. one for another. We didn't like that they asked and kept a copy of everybody's passports. They explained the reason; however, we wish it would have been known from the beginning.

• Ada (9/5): Nice apartment in convenient location and guarded by 24x7 securities. - Super easy to checkin. Very attentive host, smooth checkin process. 24x7 security guard in the lobby, very safe location. Host and Security guards were very friendly. Host was very helpful. We arrived before checkin time and host helped us to temporary storage out luggages and then delivered to our apartment when it's ready to checkin. We had luggage delayed and host helped receiving luggage for us so we didn't have to stay and wait for the delivery. Host was very nice and attentive. We communicated via Whatapps and almost all our messages to the hose were respond right away. The apartment itself was spacious with beautiful city view and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils and appliances but it didn't stock up like those we stayed in Europe, as there's no coffee provided, no cooking oil...etc. There are washer and dryer but there's also no laundry detergent provided either. We happened to have some clothes needed to clean, the host were very helpful to lend us some. Very noisy location, to be honest. The location is right next to a busy street and drivers in Lima love to honk! They honk for everything, day and night. Two of the bedrooms are facing the main street so whole night we kept hearing car honking, police car/ambulance sirens. The windows are not double plated so it couldn't really filter any noise. It's particular trouble my light sleeper husband and he kept waking up by the noise at night.
• Helgi (10/5): Cosy and Beautiful Apartment - The apartment was really nice and comfortable and the location is good and a really good parking basement as well. The hosts were really friendly and did everything they could to make things as simple as possible for us. The prosess of the prepayment is really negative, but its save to give them the cash and they give a serious confirmation for the payment and can be fully trusted and are pro in everything they that they do The unusually high prepayment in cash in local currency or us dollars does really complicate things. You need to get the cash in the righ currency when you arrive to Lima from another country and you can not enter at any time as you need to meet the the host to give him the cash and get the written comfirmation for the payment, and its the same progress when you want to check out and you don't just walk out in the middle of the nigh in case you have a early flight. First they need to check if everything is okay in the apartment before you receive back the depositum and you need to know exactly at what time you are going to check out the day before. And the you need to change the currency back to your own currency when you fly directly back home from Lima. It would really simplfy things if this depositum could done by card reservation. There is no heating or cooling in the apartment (usually not needed)

• Tim (8/5): Great location to everything in Miraflores. - The property managers were very prompt, friendly, and responsive. The building is on a very noisy avenue. Although on the 22 floor, our room had street noise. We did move to another room that was much quieter.
• Ryan (5/5): Keep looking, I wish I had... - Great location. Close to Park Kennedy and lots of restaurants, nightlife, and tours. Paying via PayPal and a $400 cash deposit at the property was inconvenient. The apartment was significantly older than depicted in the photos, with stained walls, dirty floors, and an unpleasant odor. The shower water never got hot. The checkout process included a 20-minute inspection, and we were unfairly charged $25 for a dirty towel, which was overpriced given the quality. I wouldn't stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to meet other local residents living there who were all very friendly. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Very quiet at night so I got a good night sleep. Nice gym across the street for 30 soles a day. Their gym was not good and the roof pool was to small

• JIANFENG (10/5): Excellent stays at Skyliving Towers Apartments - My second time to stay at this apartments. The location within walking distance to Kennedy park and many restaurants and shopping around. The apartment is clean, equipped washer/dryer and full kitchen. Helpful and great staff.
• zhang (2/5): 差评，周围比这好的很多 - 我是来这边做生意的，一开始还蛮不错，房子也满意 但是第二次续订的时候，房东加了一倍的价格，没有其他选择， 而且有一次门打不开，要住客自己花钱解决，这个不应该是房东负责么。 务实的说，房子不错，只是房东人不咋地，周围好酒店很多，能不来还是别来了，整体感觉很不好，第三次我就去其他地方续住了
• Verified traveler (10/5): - We were on the 21st floor and the view was incredible. We were there during the Covid-19 lockdown, so unfortunately there were parts of our stay that weren't ideal - but not through Skyliving's fault. They were easy to communicate with and were very responsive when our WiFi and TV had problems. We had a two-bedroom, which was nicely laid out and had plenty of room. I wish we could have been there when we could have used the pool and the rooftop, but if I went back to Peru I would happily stay here again. The neighborhood seemed great, but the one thing I'll say is that even 21 floors up, you could hear the street pretty easily.

Tienen todas las comodidades y el personal nos atendió de manera personalizada. Además tienen área de piscina y balcón, el closet ideal para tener todo en orden y en general muy lindos en cuanto a la decoración. Si vuelvo a Lima regresaré, pues están muy bien ubicados y el precio es excelente.

O Sr. Edwin, funcionário da empresa que faz a entrega e recebimento do apartamento foi muito educado e pontual nos horários combinados. Limpeza e conforto são os pontos altos das acomodações. Uma pequena restrição ao colchão (poderia ser mais firme).
