- Colleen (5/5): Disappointing for a Marriott and the price - Clean modern Never replaced our towels, garbage cans, and toilet paper!!! Only 2 of us did not eat in the room so no extra garbage from food takeout Placed used towel on floor as directed onthe shower door if you wanted clean ones was gone from 7am to 7pm Got no towels. Then had to go get them from the front desk because there was only one employee working Toilet paper ran out For $557 for 2 nights should have been better service And less not forgot garbage cans not emptied out and we’re full and we were gone most of the day
- Michael (10/5): You won't be disappointed! - Can't complain. It looked and felt awesome! Check-out was 12pm which I like. And the outside seating and tables was so cool! My room was very office like but that's not always a bad thing. The little treats near the front of desk was refreshing. Wish I could explore more! Affordable and totally worth it! Stellar experience! Maybe the entrance wasn't so obvious but that could just be me.

- Patrick (9/5): Great location. Comfortable room - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel obviously was undergoing renovations. There was a strong odor of adhesive in the hallway on fourth and fifth floors. At 3:30 pm hallway was cluttered with dirty linen.

But full construction with plastic covering front desk, workers taking all elevators to move furniture, especially during check out on weekend is poor planning. Just close and do your renovation. See above. Breakfast staff was rude. Didn’t even reply to good morning. Waiting for elevator for 25 minutes to check out. Had to lug kids and luggage down 5 flights of stairs to leave. Sad way to run a hotel.

Lovely and calm place to be. One of the elevators didn't work, which made for choice between awkward interactions with an elevator full of people, or the stairs with a broken foot.

Aimee was incredible to work with - she kept us updated throughout the booking process and managed our wedding block seamlessly. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and truly beautiful; our guests couldn’t stop complimenting it. The rooms were wonderful, and I really appreciated that we were placed on a separate floor away from our guests for added privacy. Everyone had a great stay with no issues at all. We also loved how close the hotel is to the Saucon Valley Promenade. Overall, a fantastic stay - we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

- Scott (4/5): - I’ve stayed here a few times before and had enjoyed my stays in the past. However, my last stay during the weekend of Aug. 1-3, 2025 was not nearly as enjoyable. On Saturday, there was a wedding party in the evening. Some of the clowns from this party decided it would be a good idea to take a huge boombox out to the parking lot and blast music outside until after 1am. Complaints from many guests were made to the front desk, but little was done by the staff. If hotel staff are going to allow events like these to get carried away, I recommend finding somewhere else to stay if you value your sleep.

- Kristy (9/5): Super Sweet Stay - The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool is smaller and colder than expected. Also, it would be ideal if the sidewalk or walking trail connected to the promenade with all the stores and shops.

But upon check out staff told me somebody brought a beer and charged it to my room he didnt charge me for the beer but did charge me an additional 75 dollar at check out for a dog fee then told me he could not refund me I had to wait for the manager by Tuesday and had a bad attitude and had smart remarks talking bout calling police and he owed me my money back.
- Jamillah (2/5): - Found bed bugs and left the hotel immediately. The staff was nice and give me the manager email for the complaint. I don’t think the staff were surprised by my complaint.
- Amelia (10/5): - It was beautiful! There was a nice outdoor mall nearby we visited and walked around at. The lobby was so pretty and had a great bar. Welcoming staff at the check in desk. There was some garbage leftover in our room and we let them know and they cleaned it up right away. We loved the bed, it was super comfortable. The bathroom was so pretty. It was a nice stay overall.

Hands down the staff was the best we encountered throughout the whole process - Clear Communication, Expert Advice, and Customer focused policies. We will definitely recommend this location to others.

- Matthew (10/5): - Down the street from the Promenade Shoppes which is nice. I use it whenever I visit family and I think it’s much quieter than Allentown properties or the ones around Hamilton and Dorney Park. Feels a lot safer than too.
- maureentY5690QI (4/5): Customer service lacking - I had to stay here for a softball tournament- stay to play arrangement. I just checked out of your and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Due to an oversight, I failed to update my reservation to check out after 3 nights instead of 4. When I approached the front desk to explain the situation, I understood and accepted that, per your policy, the reservation could not be modified. However, what was disappointing was the tone and attitude of the staff during our interaction. There was a clear lack of professionalism in how the situation was handled. Mistakes happen, and I was hopeful for an exception —but failed to get a respectful, understanding response. When asked about an early checkout - the front desk lady laughed in my face and said “I can’t keep you here but am going to charge you for the extra night”. I also spoke to traveling teams travel agency and they mentioned they tried to call your hotel as well and they said generally hotels will accommodate the early departure with no cancellation fee but this hotel was not interested in customer service and would not. Customer service plays a major role in the overall guest experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to ensure future guests are treated with more courtesy, even when exceptions policies cannot be made.

- marie (5/5): The location is good but otherwise just a fair experience - The location and quick access to major highways is an asset, the beds were comfortable and the room very spacious. The water pressure in the shower was poor and I had trouble getting shampoo out of my hair. The noise from route 78 which was nearby was very loud in the mornings. Breakfast selection was OK but the quality was not. There were dark pubic hairs in the shower which did not belong to me or my husband. The air conditioning unit which is under the window blows very strong air towards the bed and there is no way to Control the vents. We had to pile up pillows next to us on that side to avoid freezing.

- Phyllis Jason (10/5): - We had a bittersweet stay this time. We stay here at least twice a year. During this stay we had to help our dog cross the rainbow bridge. The staff was amazing. They were kind and thoughtful. They even gave us a sympathy card signed by many staff members.

- L4337YOmarier (10/5): Brides, Book Guests Here - We used SpringHill for our wedding guests. It was wonderful. The hotel is centrally located, and our guests were very happy with the great accommodations. Aimee Ging in particular was amazing. She was responsive, organized and flexible.
- DbacksFn (10/5): Nice place - We had a one night stay here to go to a baseball game. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room was big, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was what you get at a Marriott but food was fresh and warm. A longer stay would have been nice. But alas, travel plans....

Dusty even on the toilet paper holder. Room could use some maintenance. Shower head sprayer needs to be replaced. Just disappointed. We've stayed here several times before and the quality is slipping

- MORRIS (2/5): - Pool heater is out of service for the next few months. Room service opened the door on us saying the room was supposed to be checked out the day before (that’s when I actually checked in), then another room service manager knocked the door to get more information (Not their fault, they had a sheet in hand showing the room number) so I suppose the receptionist who checked us in dropped the ball. Kevin from front desk was friendly but could not help transfer us to a nearby hotel with a functional (properly heated swimming pool). Marriott customer service could not help because I booked through hotels.com but hotels.com customer service was able to help cancel the 2nd night and get a refund for that night.

- Anshuman (8/5): - We stayed at two nights in this hotel. Checkin and checkout was smooth, room was clean and big with desk for office work, fridge and microwave in the room. Staff was friendly. I read other reviews earlier that some rooms have kitchenette but my room did not have. Bathroom was spacious and good. TV has good options with multiple movie channels also. Breakfast was good with options for hot breakfast like baked patoto, eggs etc. probably they could have added waffle make also as my wife does not eat egg and we don’t eat pork and beef so without those it was limited options. There was no bread slices also but bagel was there. This hotel is very nicely located near highway and next to Promenade mall which gives lots of options for shopping, movies and dining. We went to Allen Town art museum also which is around 15 miles from the hotel and we have other dining options and tourist attraction there as well. Street Parking was meter based in Allen Town if someone needs to go as I did not find any other public parking lot near art museum.
- Phoebe (10/5): Excellent - Great location to shopping center, restaurants. Outside lights were directed toward window in room 102. Blackout curtains may help.
