Guest Reviews
- lashana (10/5): Excellent - Everything, when we checked in the gentlemen at the front desk was very polite. When we were leaving house keeping told us thank you for staying with us and have a good day. I thought that was pretty nice. We look forward to staying here again. Nothing
- Cathy (10/5): - Location. Breakfast was great! Paying to park
- Lamont (10/5): -
- Daniel (10/5): Staff at front desk gets an A++. - Young lady at front desk went above and beyond with my situation. The item needed was returned to me safe and I was most thankful.
- Amber (4/5): Not a facility for people with physical disabilities! - Location was great. What could have. Been better was, I am disabled and I could get a handicap shower. I had a hard time bathing, I was scared, I slipped and hurt myself, I had to go without cleaning myself because of inadequate facilities. AND I REQUESTED HANDICAP SHOWER. I requested a room close to an exit, which also was NOT honored.
- Audra (10/5): Well rested, thank you! - Adjoining rooms, one accessible was important Location, comfortable, breakfast, laundry on same floor, close to swimming pool/fitness, and outdoor area.

- Denise (10/5): Great place to stay! - Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent tasting.

- Douglas (10/5): We have stayed here before on prior West Coast jaunts and again this year. It has always been great and this time was ev - Cleanliness inside and out.
Breakfast quality was very good.
Miss Torrie assisted me with an issue I had very professionally.
Location is a great one. Nothing!

- burghughes (2/5): Absolutely Unacceptable - So, things started to go wrong when I arrived at 2:45, about 15 minutes before check in time. I had booked 2 King Suites, and neither was ready. The clerk also frustrated me because she kept saying they had “upgraded” me to a king suite, which I pointed out repeatedly was not true, as that is what I booked. Finally, I showed her my reservation on the Marriott App, after she said again “We had you in a standard king.
So we waited in the lobby till 3 PM, at which time we were told one of our rooms was ready and they would bring the key up for the other as soon as it was done.
So, the room they gave us was an accessible room, which I did not request nor want as these rooms have terrible showers closet racks that are waist high and the peephole to see who is at your door waist high. Then, we sat down to watch television and the hue of everything in the screen was blue - I mean REALLY blue. We tried adjusting it but nothing worked. My wife reached out for help and the front desk said they would send someone, but never did - more on this later.
By 4:30, no one had brought the key to the other room. I went down to the desk and the clerk said she would check with the supervisor and went in the back for an exceptionally long time. She never returned, but another front desk associate showed up and asked if he could help me. He went in the back and quickly returned and set up my key for the other room. I asked why no one brought the key up as promised and he replied that it wasn’t ready until just now - mind you this is now an hour and forty minutes after check in time.
At this point I asked about the television. He acknowledged my wife had inquired about it but they had been busy and no one had checked in it yet. He promised to send someone right away, which he did. The person showed up and took one look and basically said it was toast and couldn’t be fixed. He said all of their televisions were from 2016/2017 and this happens. There was no option to replace the TV, the only option was a different room, but given how long it took to get these, we just gave up.
So, late check in, broken promises, and a broken old TV. Plus, as I sit here writing this I have been listening to water from the room upstairs draining for the past 15 minutes - loudly.
The service is really a shame because the exterior of the building is beautiful. It’s in a great location. The bed is comfortable. There are many positives, but repeated service failures and inoperable equipment kill the experience.

- Richard (8/5): - The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was quite clean. The Internet went out 3 times during our stay of one week.
- Patricia (10/5): All the staff was so friendly and helpful. - The breakfast was excellent. Had a lot of good choices, not your typical hotel breakfast. Would have liked a hot tub or the water in the pool a little warmer. We were all so cold after swimming.

- Ana (10/5): Great hotel. 10 Points - Great hotel. Highly recommended. Clean and very nice. Friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast was very good and the pots were always full.
The rooms were large and very comfortable. -
- Svetlana (5/5): - Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant situation that significantly affected our experience.
We drove for about 10 hours to arrive at the hotel and celebrate New Year’s Eve there, so we were very tired and looking forward to resting. Upon arrival, the receptionist was quite unfriendly, but we tried not to focus on that.
However, when we entered the room, we discovered that instead of the two queen beds we had booked, there was only one bed. It appeared to be a queen or slightly larger, but still just one bed. Since we specifically booked a room with two beds, we went back to the reception to clarify the issue.
The receptionist insisted, twice, that this was exactly what we had booked. I then returned to the room, found our Booking.com confirmation, and my friend showed it to her. Despite this, she told us that we could complain to Booking, but that the hotel does not guarantee that the room provided matches what was booked, and that all claims should be addressed to Booking.com. This was communicated in a very unfriendly and dismissive manner.
This situation really spoiled our mood, especially considering how long our journey was. Additionally, my friend is a big guy, so sharing one bed was uncomfortable for us.
Aside from this issue, the hotel itself is nice and has a great location. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left a very negative impression.

- James (8/5): Our stay was very good. we like the location although there isn't a choice for eating. - The room was quiet, bed was comfortable but my wide said hers was too soft, the breakfast was very good
- TraceyCats (10/5): Wonderful hotel close to interstate, on the east side of Flagstaff - Nice hotel on the east side of Flagstaff. Very convenient to the interstate. Gas station nearby. Quiet location. Our room was nice, clean and quiet. Loved the fact that the desk was on wheels and could be moved around. The beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy and they had bottled water for guests. Breakfast area in lobby was clean, and well kept. Breakfast offerings were varied, so something for everyone. I loved the fact they offered Chobani Yogurts. I was very pleased with the kinds of food and drinks offered. A good value for hotel stay.
- Lorraine (10/5): Excellent & Comfortable Stay - everything in room was adequate - The breakfast good - the area always kept clean & tidy The towels & wash cloths could’ve been thicker especially for a Marriott Brand Hotel
- Karen (9/5): Very nice - Convenient, clean, awesome staff, yummy breakfast Hard bed
- Joel (9/5): -
- 228melindan (2/5): Dog food factory stink - Do not stay here. The Purina dog food factory is very close to this property. The smell in the parking lot of the hotel made me sick. Inside the property is clean and doesn’t smell but you can’t open your window for fresh air and the smell got worse overnight. I eventually did smell it in my room through the air conditioner overnight. I closely read reviews before I booked this location and no one mentioned the smell. Makes me wonder if they are scrubbing any reviews that mention this. It’s awful. Stay on the west side of Flagstaff and avoid the stink!
- poppyah (8/5): Nice hotel - Nice room. Comfortable bed. Noisy traffic from nearby roads. Not close to restaurants or other services. Breakfast was normal Marriott breakfast.
- BILLIE (10/5): - Great Nothing

- Jennifer (2/5): WORST BED, WORST PILLOWS, WORST TOWLES - I did not have a good experience at this Marriott hotel. I travel a lot and have stayed in many places and this by far was the worst hotel I have stayed at. The reason I am rating this hotel as the worst was due to the beds, the pillows, and the towels were absolutely horrible. The towels will seriously rip your skin off they are sooo rough and they need to replace the towels! The pillows have absolutely zero cushion, and a napkin would’ve been better than what I was offered as what they would call a pillow. And last but certainly not least, the spring bed was so hard that I can’t even move my neck and back without extreme pain, and I think I 100% need to see a chiropractor. A rock or a wood board would’ve been more comfortable than the bed! Save yourself some back and neck pain, and save your money and book somewhere else!
- EDGAR (10/5): - Excellent customer service. The hotel is very clean, conveniently located near the freeway, and the breakfast was outstanding.
- JULIE (10/5): - Clean rooms, great breakfast options and the staff was very friendly and attentive keeping the breakfast area stocked and clean!
- 761dmitrik (10/5): Nice budget option - We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is a nice budget option in Flagstaff. Newer with standard size rooms, good breakfast and adequate amenities. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice size.
What really separates this hotel is its front desk staff. There were a lot of teenagers who came for some competition from Utah. They stayed for 2 nights and they have become quite loud at some point. After I brought this disturbance to the attention of front desk, they spoke with the chaperones and it became quieter. They kept monitoring the situation and thankfully we were able to get adequate rest. Chayenne took this challenge head on and managed the situation with her quiet and professional demeanor. She and the other front desk staff are a real asset. Also, the kitchen was open earlier than scheduled so that the guests could eat before the young folk would wake up. The lady who served breakfast was very efficient and gracious.
- danjN6088EI (10/5): Great experience - Whatever they’re paying Rochelle, it’s not enough. After driving for 14-15 hrs, her answering the phone for my late reservation was the kindness I needed. Good room, excellent check-in, and again, Rochelle made it an exceedingly pleasant experience. Best front desk ever!
- srinivasa (10/5): - Excellent
- John (9/5): -
- G6860AGjanetg (10/5): Very nice hotel - We stay here every time we are in town visiting. The breakfast is very good. The rooms and facility are very clean. The only downside is the 7.50 parking fee for parking on a surface lot with lots of spaces is annoying.
- Janet (9/5): -
- Carrie (10/5): - We had clean rooms and it was a good place to stop from Albuquerque to Bryce Canyon National Park.
- James (1/5): - Booking .com did not issue credit to hotel, so guest had to pay out of pocket. I did not get refund. I am still waiting on refund, but if not refunded in 48hours 8 will post my thought on reviews. This is second time reaching out.
- Jeff (6/5): - Stayed two nights, but no beds were made or trash receptacles emptied the second day. By the morning of the third day one trash bin was crammed full. Also, there was some sort of caramel-like goo on the window sill and the a/c unit beneath there that was there from Tuesday when we arrived until Thursday when we left. We assumed the hotel would naturally clean up something like that, but is was not so. Last, the hotel, unfortunately, is located near a Purina dog food canning facility. At times the smell was pretty bad not only in the hotel, but throughout Flagstaff. The smell was like that of rotting meat. That is not the fault of the hotel, but rather a fact of life for those living in, or visiting, Flagstaff.
- Christina (10/5): - Große saubere Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück mit Waffel zum selbermachen. War bei uns inklusive. Bad groß mit heißem Wasser
- Karen (10/5): - Clean, quiet room. Staff friendly and helpful.
- Iris (8/5): -
- Gregory (10/5): - Very clean room & hotel. Room was quiet. Gym was small but adequate and provided all amenities...TVs, towels, water, ear buds & sanitizer. Pool was closed for maintenance. All staff encountered, from check in, breakfast hosts & housekeeping, were friendly & helpful. Location of hotel felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.
- Stéphane (10/5): Superbe - Tout, très bel hôtel, petit déjeuner impeccable. Rien
- Gayle (10/5): - Friendly and courteous staff. Rooms nice and clean. Good breakfast options.
- Cesar (10/5): -
- 627papag (8/5): Indoor pool not heated - The 2 bed queen room was nice; however, the indoor pool was not heated. The front desk clerk was very accommodating because I had unintentionally book a disabled access room and changed to a regular room. Thank you!!
- Stephen (6/5): - Hotel needs a refresh.
- Mario (10/5): - Stay was great
- Kent (10/5): - Tori and several others are very friendly. Breakfeast is great! The hotel also facilitates recycling and promotes environment protection.
'It's the little things that make the big things possible!'
- Tara (9/5): -
- Chiara (9/5): - Struttura pulita, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camere molto ampie e comode. Buona anche la colazione
- Deanne (9/5): - Love your breakfast. Everything was comfortable. Nothing at this time.
- Lois (9/5): Good hotel for traveling alone. - Easy on and off freeway. Good breakfast. Loved checking in at 3 and out at 11. Very clean. Friendly staff. Liked the window shades instead of curtains. Nice shower.
- Jones (10/5): Exceptional -
- Teryn (8/5): - Was a great place to rest for the night. Comfortable and clean. Convenient distance to Oregano's where we had dinner and didn’t have to drive far and also a gas station right off the freeway.
- TheGoBird (6/5): Parking fee is a negative - Because they charge for parking, they only get 3 stars. They waived our parking fee when our room was not ready well after check-in time but we still thought the fee was tacky. The five cars I walked by in the morning to get to mine were none displaying the parking pass. What's up?
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tammy (8/5): Very good -
- Bryan (8/5): - The room and hotel were very nice. The walls and floors do not block sound very well so it was quite loud.
- Ben (10/5): - Amazing staff and great food! We will definitely stay here again!
- rajasekaran (8/5): - Sofa Bed is worst
- Kimberly (8/5): An okay stay - The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was fine, not notably comfortable or uncomfortable. What stood out to us, though, were the towels. It may seem odd, but they were so bad that the towels are what we remember about the hotel. They were very cheap, thin, and scratchy terry cloth, like something I would expect at a Motel 6.
All things considered, I'm not sure if I would stay there again. It would likely depend on the value compared to other hotels in the area.
- Jin (10/5): - Well maintained hotel, friendly staff. Very close tobthe freeway but very quiet inside. Room is large, beddings were good. Breakfast was much better than other similar hotels that i have stayed. Highly recommend it. Will be back again.
- Patrick (4/5): - The room was so dark and very updated. There was block dirt or something on the top sheets. We were just so tired to complain or even us to be switched on another room.
- Justin (7/5): Good -
- Francene (9/5): Superb -
- rajasekaran (10/5): - Excellent
- Frank (8/5): Clean and comfortable place with a couple of small flaws. - The hotel is super clean and the bed is fluffy and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Location is convenient. No Wifi. Internet was down all night. Breakfast is very basic, no pancakes.
- Merlina (10/5): - Not to convenient location
- Jeffrey (8/5): Very good -
- Candida (9/5): Great place to recharge while on a journey. - Loved the little round egg omelette. And waffles. Older flooring
- Selim (10/5): - Very nice and big rooms. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
- Ramya (8/5): Overall good hotel, but the mattress and pillows are very disappointing - It was neat and clean, comfortable The mattress and pillows were very bad. The mattress sinks in and we ended up with a back pain. People come to hotels to rest, mattresses are very important.
- Duane (8/5): Very good - Bigger room, decent amenities.Staff were very nice. For the location, price a little high.
- Nicole (10/5): - Clean rooms and great service.
- kevins684 (8/5): Very pleasant - Very pleasant quick check in. Plenty of parking but I never like paying extra where I'm staying, they charge $7.50. Room ok size, perfectly clean, quiet location. Being quiet was also a disadvantage, with no on site restaurant there was only one option in walking distance and that had a 45 minute wait time. So a drive to eat became necessary. Acceptable stay.
- Harry (10/5): - It was affordable because my mom is handicapped
