• Angelika (6/5): Etwas enttäuschend…… - Die Lage des Hotels ist praktisch, da man viele Dinge fußläufig erreichen kann. Besonders, dass Izakaya auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite war unser tägliches Ziel. Das Personal ist „stets bemüht“. Leider gab es nur ein Kopfkissen, das sehr hart und groß war. Es gab keine Auswahl. Als Alternative wurde mir angeboten auf zwei Handtüchern zu Iiegen. Leider konnte man auch nicht im Hotel frühstücken, war es bei der Buchung aber so angeboten wurde. Man musste entweder Halbpension buchen oder konnte keine Mahlzeit im Restaurant dort einnehmen. Wir hatten uns von diesem Hotel etwas mehr versprochen. Das ganze Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Renovierung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war daher nicht stimmig.

• Zi (9/5): - Great location 5 mins walk from bus center. Staff are nice and let us store luggages before the check in time. Food is amazing. They let you use the onsen inside hotel and bigger one right next to the hotel. Check out time is 10am instead of 11am. So if you want to use onsen outside of the hotel in the morning you kind of have to rush.

• 육진영 (9/5): 모토유 돈만 많으면 연박도 하고 싶은곳 - 직원분들이 친절하십니다. 궁금한거 물어보면 성의껏 답해주시고 위치도 관광센터, 버스센터와 5분거리라 자전거 빌리기도 좋고 다음날 일정 움직이기도 수월합니다. 룸 컨디션도 만족스러웠습니다. 저녁 식사도 이래저래 기억에 남는 식사였고 내부에 숙박객용 욕탕이 있지만 호텔 옆에 있는 공용대중탕도 숙박객들은 무료로 이용 가능하니 한번쯤 가보는것도 좋습니다. 굳이 있다면 도보 15분 이내 거리에 마트없이 편의점 하나 있다는점이랑 체크인 당시 입욕세에 대해 안내받지 못한것이 좀 아쉽습니다.

• Wan Ho (9/5): Great staff, food and onsen - We arrived early but were greeted by their very accommodating staff, offering extra help in locating the shopping and dinning area of the town. The young concerige lady always carries a charming smile and it turns out that she is the one serving us the two dinners. She makes our day! We have been to many onsen hotels in Japan and the food offered by Motoyo is one of the best! The hotel gets long history, yet, the room has just been refurnished which is modern and cosy Quality of their Onsen is really good but decoration for the indoor pool is a bit old out dated

The room was spacious and pleasant, and both baths were nice. It is a little far from the train station, but it was easy to take a taxi.

• Stella (9/5): A great and enjoyable stay! - The staff was very polite to welcome us at carpark when we drove in. Staff was very kind to explain to us about breakfast, dinner time and facilities in the resort. He also brought us to our room at 4th floor. Onsen was superb, and as stated, the hot spring water is really different from other parts of Japan. It's silky smooth. Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous and the staff will explain to us the content and answered our queries too. Overall, very good experience and we enjoyed very much! All are good!

• 영임 (10/5): 만족 - 전반적으로 만족스럽습니다. 온천탕 수질이 너무 좋았구요, 식사도 좋았습니다. 아이를 위해 따로 식사를 준비해 주었는데 아이가 너무 좋아하고 식사를 잘해서 한결 맘이 편했어요. 가이세키 요리가 어른들은 좋지만 까다로운 아이는 힘들어 했었는데 아이가 식사시간을 기다릴 정도였어요. 서비스도 좋았고 청결했고 침구가 푹신해서 잘때도 좋았습니다. 다만 일본어를 못하시는 분은 소통에 조금 어려우실듯 합니다. 한국어를 할수있는 스텝이 따로 없는것 같습니다.
