• Tasos (10/5): Excellent location. Very spacious and modern apartment. I would visit again. - location.clean.modern.easy access.spacious thin walls between apartments. you could hear if someone was moving furniture or something falls in the floor, but once-twice since we didn’t spend much time there except for resting and sleeping.

• Guest (5/5): - property was in a brilliant location and was mostly clean. the rooms are bright and airy, and although right by the road, traffic did not bother us. kitchen is fully equipped and functional. some of the towels were stained. we arrived in the early hours of the morning and spent at least an hour trying to get in to the property. we tried calling and messaging but even on departure, we had heard nothing back. eventually the code we were given did work, however, this was very hit and miss each time, expecially with the outer door. shower takes quite a while to heat up and we couldn’t get the TV to work.

• Inna (10/5): - Everything is fine, only I missed a washing machine. My fault, I didn't ask about it before booking. Otherwise, the apartment is great, close to the center, not a noisy street, comfortable bed.
• MykolaMLT (4/5): I do not recommend apartment №5 for living. - Расположение недалеко от центра. В апартаментах №5 новая ванная зона. Есть мини кухня. Холодильник. Кофемашина. Элекро чайник. Фен. Телевизор с активным Netflix. Кондиционер. Но к сожалению все перечеркивают серьезные минусы. В апартаментах №5 были просто УЖАСНО скрипящие полы, просто нереально громко скрипели при любом темпе ходьбы по номеру. Если вас 2 человека в номере и один решит ночью выйти в туалет то второй 100% проснется даже в берушах, это нереально громко. Второй момент - уличный фонарь который с вечера светит прямо в окно и отсутствие black out штор считаю просто преступлением в таком случае, в номере ночью очень светло, невозможно заснуть. Третий момент, что то всегда трескало в стене громко периодично, стены в трещинах. Все эти факторы в целом не дали мне выспаться две ночи подряд. И сама шумоизоляция номеров отвратительная, было слышно соседей. И в описании был указан утюг, фактически его не было.
• Pato (5/5): Great location and price, but comfort and cleanliness were disappointing. - Great location and affordable price. The bed is confortable. The room was not very clean, quite noisy (you can hear everything from the other rooms), and after a heavy rain the building’s hall flooded.

• Kamila (6/5): Rozczarowujące - Bliskość Starego Miasta i Wawelu to jedyny plus tego miejsca. Jestem bardzo rozczarowana pobytem. Zależało mi na tym, żeby wieczorami wypocząć zwłaszcza, że był to wyjazd rodzinny. Niestety poziom apartamentów pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Po pierwsze hałas jest przeokrutny. Zarówno z ulicy jak i z pokoi obok. Jeśli się trafi na spokojne osoby szanujące ciszę nocną to pewnie da się przeżyć. Niestety my trafiliśmy na bandę ludzi poniżej poziomu. Dwie noce i wieczne hałasy, Krzyki, wrzaski, walenie szafkami, głośna muzyka. Dwie noce kompletnie nie przespane. Jeżeli w opisie apartamentu jest zakaz organizacji m.in. wieczorów kawalerskich/panieńskich to raczej oczywiste jest, że człowiek spodziewał się, że ktoś tej ciszy pilnuje. Niestety można tutaj robić sobie co się chce i jak głośno się chce i nie ma nad tym żadnego nadzoru. Także nie ma co liczyć, że choćby wieczorami można odpocząć. Numer podany do kontaktu nie odpowiada można dzwonić i tak się nie dodzwoni. Jeszcze nie trafiłam na takie miejsce, izolacji od hałasu nie ma wcale. Tak jak pojawiało się we wcześniejszych opiniach, światła od ulicy mocno rażące zasłony nie dają rady. Podłoga skrzypiąca nie da się przejść po cichu. Potwierdzam również gołębie na balkonie, brud po nich zostawiony i siatka z dziurą przez co mogą wlatywać.
• Christine (7/5): Schönes Quartier für Kurzurlaube! - Die Wohnung ist günstig gelegen und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen! Sie ist angenehm aufgeteilt und eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Balkon und eine gute Klimaanlage. Das Bad ist super! Es war eine Freude zu duschen! Es gab ausreichend und gute Handtücher. Die Küche ist mäßig. Im Kühlschrank ist wenig Platz. Die Töpfe sind billig und abgenutzt. Sie haben keinen Deckel. Es gibt keinen Kochlöffel. Man kann den Herd nicht sauber machen. Es gibt kein Öl, Salz, etc. Das Licht ist nicht gut zum kochen. Zu den Bettdecken gab es geteilte Meinungen. Die Matratzen sind aber gut (im Doppelbett) Auf dem Sofa weniger.

• Łukasz (8/5): Dobre miejsce na szybki wypad do Krakowa - Dobra lokalizacja, przy samym przystanku, okna od podwórka - w mieszkaniu jest cicho. Blisko do Starego Miasta i Kazimierza. Trochę mało światła - przy zapalonych lampach panuje półmrok

Everything you may need is in the apartment, the shower is comfortable and there's plenty of warm water, which is a rarity in old buildings like this Not much to say, the street outside is a bit loud but if you can't handle that, don't sleep in the center of a metropol city.

• Edwin (6/5): Pleasant - Close to the centrum Tv didn't worked and owner didn't want to do anything till the next day. He came with a reset for it to do myself. But didn't worked straight away. Tv is just a extra here and only with netflix. The next day we went out to the city and without knowing the owner was in the appartement. This doesn't felt comfortable with all our items inside and we where gone to the city...

• Pawelp (8/5): Very stylish place - The apartment was very cozy and stylish, with a western-style kitchen separated from the bedroom by a see-thru panel. It was just a short walk from Wawel Castle, and I highly recommend it – no downsides! All good!
• Bogdan1923 (9/5): Ok - Position is right next to 300 bus that takes you in and out of the city from/to Airport The comunication with the host. It did not respond to calls or messages. The comunication was held through booking call center!!
• Michaela (4/5): Disappointing - It was close to the centre of Krakow and the room was clean and a good size for what we needed it for. Very noisy from other rooms, we had a child banging and running around constantly above us from 6/7am. We didn’t have a tv when we arrived had to ask. Very weird smells coming from hallway. Drilling and banging from other rooms early in the mornings. Nowhere to put luggage when a late flight.

Small quantity of clean of products No blinds on windows and thin see-through curtain Very thin pillows and duvet with squeaky bed with thin mattress. Faulty tv, one light bulb flickers by the bed and the other lamp couldn’t be turned on by switch had to be plugged in or pulled out. No frying pan or toaster in kitchen. Door missing of dishwasher Needs a deep clean as very dusty, screws lying loose under sink.

• Lucyrose (6/5): Arrival was tricky as its very hard to find the apartments because their is no sign , the room was very clean and nice b - The room and bathroom was very clean It was very hard to find when we first arrived and also we had many problems with the door and getting into the building , we weren’t very happy with how the building worked I didn’t feel very safe as one morning the door which u have you open with a code was wide open easy for anyone to wander in , and on our last day at 6:30 in the morning as we were leaving for the airport in the corridor was a homeless person sleeping which we were so disappointed with as we had been asleep upstairs and to know people can just come in through the night was really unsettling . The room was nice but 1 pillow each was not very comfortable either.

We love the space, also the location, only 10 min or less walking to the Castle and dragón of wawel, direct acces to public transport to the airport. Next to supermarket. Great stay in Kraków. Tv does not work. The comunication, I sent a few message to the host, about our arriving time (midnight), and the same day because our fly was delated, but never answered any of them, only the automatic message. We arrived almost 2 am, and we followed the instruction, of the self checking, so everything was ok, good on us. All the rest was great!
• Laura (1/5): Nightmare stay - Absolutely nothing What an absolute disaster of a “hotel”. I chose this apartment due to seeing many good reviews on booking.com. Now, I’m starting to think those ‘reviews’ are from bot accounts created by the hotel itself. I simply refuse to believe people actually enjoyed staying in this nightmare hotel. Firstly, finding the hotel is nearly impossible. It’s located inside a dark run down building with no signs for the hotel anywhere. The main door to the building also doesn’t close properly, allowing anyone and anything to enter as they please. There were a lot of people drinking outside the hotel during the day and night who could’ve easily came inside. Due to this, we did not feel entirely safe staying in this hotel and this area. My real issue however is the room we stayed in itself. The reason for this is that it looks NOTHING like the pictures. The place is dirty and used in a way that is not reflected in the photos. When booking the hotel, we loved the modern look to the rooms. This was certainly not the case in real life. The curtains were so old they were brown. There were hairs on the pillows and bedsheets. There were dirty marks on the walls. The floors were dirty. Both bedside lamps didn’t work. There were only two thin pillows on the bed (not like in the pictures). The cheap bed was so squeaky it kept us up all night. The dishwasher was missing its door. We also found what appeared to be a silverfish on the morning of our departure on the foot towel in the bathroom. On the last day, I dropped a pen on the ground and when I tried to find it there were layers of dirt under the counters. Disgusting. However, my main issue with this room is its lack of sound-proofing. You go on holidays in hopes of relaxation. This is impossible in the four stories apartments as the hotel is located on a main road. There are cars, ambulances, etc., driving outside with sirens all night.

• Anna (6/5): great overall but... - Location was exceptional. Very close to town centre. Bathroom and kitchen need a little more cleaning. Smell in the apartment was not really nice - we had to buy air freshener because we couldn't bare the smell, also although we loved the vibe of the apartment I think a little bit more lighting in the living room area would be fantastic.

• Derek (9/5): Angel's Christmas shop. - a lovely warm apartment. A good bathroom and a well appointed kitchenette. A great location for visiting the castle and the river walks. A good selection of bars and restaurants available nearby if you want to stay local. Only 10-15 minute stroll to the main square in the Old Town. Close to bus and tram stops. If you are a light sleeper, traffic noise might irritate you.

Bed was very comfortable Balcony had pigeons on and covered with wire so it couldn’t be used as they flew at you. Eggy smell coming from drains some mornings. Hair dryer was broken, quiet noisey at night time. Speaker inside the room didn’t work.

• Oleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - Very cute apartments with a very nice design! Everything was perfect! Towels, blankets, lights, soap, hairdryer, iron. Place to cook with a little fridge, little kettle, necessary plates, pans, salt, and even sugar bags and tea bags in a cute jar. 5 minutes walk from Wawel and the river, 15 minutes from the Rynok Central Square, supermarket nearby. Highly recommended! Just a little grater could be added to the kitchen stuff, everything else is perfect!

• Milena (6/5): Wouldnt return - Really good location, close to everywhere, room had all the neccesarry things and the owner was really friendly and helpful Coffee machine was broken, there was a lot of ants walking everywhere and during the first night air conditioning didnt work but it got fixed fortunately. The fridge was falling when we put something in the doors because it wasnt secured. It was getting really loud sometimes since the windows are next to the busy street.

• Laine (9/5): Home away from home and prime location for a great time in Krakow - felt really nice and homey, the location was great for getting around, easy to walk to old town and lots of public transport options. The bed was really soft, which I’m not use to. Felt very comfortable and cozy, but unfortunately made my back sore. This really comes down to personal preference though and what I’m use to. Also at no fault of the venue, there were road works at the junction, which did limit street access and places to cross the street. unfortunate timing in this case.

• Stefan (3/5): Check air conditioning when checking in - Beautifully designed and well equipped The air conditioning was not working well. Was very hot and stuffy and too much traffic outside to open the window to let fresh air in. I contacted the manager but he didn’t think there was a problem as the air conditioning could be turned on and fan was working however it didn’t work effectively to keep the room cool.
• Vitória (8/5): Elegant and private - The space looks basically exactly like the pictures. It's very elegant and feels very private. There's a little self catering kitchen if you don't feel like eating out and it's quite close to the city centre compared to what it feels like on the map. It feels like they bought what was supposed to be one flat and divided the space with cardboard walls. Nothing wrong with that necessarily, but it does feel a bit odd when you come in.

• Joanna (9/5): Great location, very clean, easy access! - My experience with the property and its hosts was flawless. Perfect location, very clean and well taken care of. Great value for money! It's too loud and dusty to open the windows, but it's not exactly owners' fault. There is no elevator, may be a problem for some.

Landlord didn't respond in time. Apartment is very close to the main road, So if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue

• Inge (9/5): Superb - Nice soft bed. Warm room. Great shower. Good price- quality. Window blocks street noise. A lot of lights to give atmosphere. Bus to the airport in front of the apartment. Perfect location. Also only 20 min walking to the center. A good bakery 200m further. Enjoyed our stay here. Floor was very dirty: a lot of sand. The rest was very clean, We got another room then we asked for. Not a big deal. Thin walls, a lot of noise from neighbours. But sleeping with ear plugs fixed this problem.

• Paul (3/5): Check in. A farce!!! - The position No name on the place, so not sure if it the correct place to stay!!! Phoned for help, 2 people arrived to help with entry, then had to get a 3rd person to find the correct room!! All this took over an hour, I was v tired + wet, worst experience in travelling thru booking.com in 20 years

Not a great start but was ok when we eventually got in!
• Lauren (8/5): Very good - Bed was exceptionally comfortable but note it was very low. Also liked the facilities in the room and nicely decorated. Would have liked the option to have more then 1 pillow each on the bed. Also, seen a few ants during my stay near the bed and in bathroom. Also only had 1 towel each during our 5 day stay which I don't think is enough so regular change of these or more provided would have been useful.

Finding my own way to room. The hall way was dark (as not manned reception) coffee machine still had water In so didn't use that. The tea bags were in a glass jar so didn't know who'd had their hands in. Not individually wrapped.

• Jan (7/5): Good for a short stay - The location is good, a few shops and bakeries near by, and it’s a 10min walk from OldTown and Castle. There’s a coffee machine, kitchen, and AC inside. In general the apartment feels like old and requires proper cleaning and renovation. The walls are too thin with constant traffic outside.

• Indre (10/5): Stay in Krakow - exceptional - The apartment was in a great location about 20 minutes walk away from the city. The Ubers are very cheap too though (about £3 to get into different parts of the city). Beautiful little studio that had everything we needed for a short stay. The apartment was extremely good value for money and everything was communicated perfectly in advance. Nothing, everything was great.

• Ellen (5/5): Nice for a short stay - apartment is decorated as per the pictures remote check in not too far of a walk into the main square on a very busy main road so if you have the windows open it’s really loud room is very stuffy so fresh air is needed from the windows no window in the bathroom

• Anonymous (8/5): Very good - Nice decor and clean. 15 min walk to the square. washing up liquid was provided. comfy bed. Quite difficult to find late at night. Entrance is on the busier road of the area so look out for a big door on that side. we spent quite a while looking. Thin walls but not a huge issue.
• Thanos (9/5): Amazing - The location was amazing, just outside of the Old Town. You can see Wawel castle from the window.

• Martina (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment. Great location. Spotlessly clean. It doesn't have a name on the outside making it a little difficult to find. Once you find it, no complaints
