- Sandra (10/5): Both stays at Hilton were great other than the one lady I spoke with on the phone - I was there for cancer surgery at Norton’s the next morning I had stayed in Mar 2026 for same reason very well pleased was asked to show ID when registered handed my drivers licenses came home without then only place I had them out called whe I returned home on Friday the lady that answered at Hilton’s said I wud have not ask to show ID I described the guy that took them very nice young man but the lady was very short never offered to help continued to say they wudnt have asked to see them now I’m home recovering from surgery and having to retrieve be license

- W2988ZQshelbys (4/5): Whomp Whomp Whomp - Location was great, just looking for somewhere last minute and we were already in the mall. I called to reserve a room pretty last minute. The guy I talked to was hard to understand not his fault but it was nerve wracking. I get to the hotel to check in and they can’t find my reservation for 15 minutes until I gave them a confirmation number. I never even got an email that would’ve contained the information, I made the guy give it to me before he hung up. We check in, get our swimsuits on to swim and the pool is closed. We wake up the next morning for breakfast and NO WHERE in the WHOLE BUILDING except for the SIGN IN THE KITCHEN says breakfast is NOT complimentary. I ended up only paying $3.50 for it but I was shocked. I wish they would’ve disclosed this information with me upon booking because I asked about the pool and stuff before making a reservation.

There is no water pressure and there were no choices for drinks in the store but also no vending machines. There was also not enough parking. The elevator buttons wouldnt work. - bobbysandyec (4/5): Thursday night nightmare - Not a good experience. Started off with what I thought was a nice guy when I called the hotel directly to make reservation. He seemed nice and attentive, however, my entire experience was a mess. Requested two queen beds on lower floor (explained walking issue) and a tub. Would not let me pay on arrival, but insisted had to pay now. (Seemed very odd). Specifically asked if breakfast included, and was told, why yes (almost like I asked a dumb question). Upon arrival, the reservation was a mess. No notes for lower floor, nor tub. The gentleman at the front desk told me nothing was noted. Okay, then proceed to give me a lower floor room. Then asked for my card, for another $25. Told him I asked to pay upon arrival to get everything covered and was told no. When I got to the room, it was a wheel chair room with no tub. When I went back to ask him, he said there were no tubs in room. ( Thought that odd).). Anyway,, it was ine night do I stayed. Next morning for check out, had a very rude lady, who told me my charge was $76 through Priceline’s. I told her I paid a lot more (double that) and never used Priceline. I explained I called this hotel personally and made the reservation, and she said that is not what she had showing. I explained I paid a lot more, and she proceeded to tell me, I should not have, but she not giving me a refund, because not made through her. I asked for a receipt and she proceeded to tell me she could not print one out. What?? Seemed very odd. She then told me I could come around the desk and see her computer, and I declined. Then, she told me there was a parking charge. What?? I was never told anything about a charge for parking. She proceeded to tell me it was on the website. I explained I use TripAdvisor and it indicates free parking and she told me that was wrong, they charge now. When asking about breakfast, she rudely said it was over there and I could do a buffet or order off the menu. I told her I asked the young man when making the reservation, and he practically laughed at me for asking, and said “yes” it was included, it was not, evidently. Nothing but a nightmare- I had used Hilton for years, and nephew worked at this facility for several years, but never again. This was not a good experience at this facility

Service- cook drinking booze while cooking breakfast. I am a Hilton honors member for years. I will never be back to this property. I’ve come to expect more out of Hilton. Neither elevator functions properly. For example, car 1 accesses all levels, but is unable to access level one on a trip down due to a faulty floor 1 call button. Car 2 doesn’t go down from the fifth floor due to a faulty call button. The black out curtain in my room is broken. Staff was notified via chat. I received no response. 14 dollar breakfast for overcooked eggs, frozen potatoes, and nearly raw bacon.
- Jim (3/5): - Room was good and clean with plenty of towels. Tell the TOTAL price of the room. I received a text that said, "the total price of your stay is $236.86" ($218.00 plus 8.65 for a total of $236.86.) I was charged $264.26 after the taxes were doubled and other fees added. I still have the texts plus screen shots. I will be back to Louisville almost every month but will not stay here. Another motel very close doesn't do this and I will return there next time.

- JMrgn (6/5): Just adequate - While a good location & a relatively good "deal" per nightly cost - I was a) suprised by the 'parking' charge (I flew in - no car involved!) & b) there were several cars broken into in the parking lot - - and no notice I could see to guests. I found lots of glass around several parking spaces when walking to the mall - and reported that to the desk person - who confirmed, yes, several break ins. The lower rating - per "service." Despite asking both a worker in the hall AND the front desk - across 3 days - - it took til the 3rd before anyone came to refresh the room. The breakfast buffet - SO not worth it. Far better to order from Door Dash or walk somewhere (what I did after the 1st morning). Pitiful selection/options & mostly luke-warm at best.

The number 1 elevator was out of service and the other had a hand written sign taped to the panel " Press hard in the center of the button for the first floor". would probably have used the stairs except we were in town to get my wife's knees worked on and our room assignment was on the fifth floor.

- PAJ-G (6/5): Great location, mediocre accommodations, questionable business practices. - I plan and organize my family's bi-annual family reunion in different cities/states. This year, our reunion took us to Louisville, KY from July 25-27th. Pros- Sarah, Sales Coordinator - I worked with Sarah starting in January to create a room block for my event, which was scheduled for July 25th-27th. Sarah was very responsive and accommodating with requests, she provided weekly reports on how many rooms were reserved under our room block, as well as adding additional rooms, once we reached the max. In total, my family rented about 25 Rooms - for 3 nights each room. The kids loved the pool and the staff was gracious enough to allow for 10 extra minutes at the end of one night. Debrah, from the hotel's restaurant/bar, was extremely cheerful, outgoing, helpful and just a delight! Every establishment should have a "Debrah", she's an asset!! The Lobby is really nice, with lots of seating, a mix of sofas, tables/chairs and a couple of TV's. A few of my family members met in the lobby to visit with other family members, sometimes late into the evening. No one bothered them or told them they had to leave. Cons: All of the cons happened on-site and during our weekend stay, majority were resolved during our stay, however, the interruption to our weekend planned activities were very intrusive - and some make absolutely no sense, at least to me. 1. Parking Fee - the hotel charges a daily parking fee to EVERY room (although it is my fault because I overlooked this detail in the contract). It is up to the guests to let the front desk know that they do not have a car. The front desk staff does not reiterate this parking fee, doesn't ask for a license plate number, doesn't give a parking permit... just automatically adds this fee.. this, to me seems to be misleading and bad business practice. 2. Room Issues - several of my family members had legitimate complaints, such as - an infestation of ants and bedbugs. While the one family member that encountered the bedbugs was accommodated - by moving to another room on a different floor. Apparently, the hotel was aware of the ant infestation and tried to remedy the problem on the day that most of my family checked in. Another one of my family members, who had reservations from the 25th-27th, was inadvertently charged for the 24th, although their reservation clearly said check-in on the 25th. One out of the two hotel elevators was "out of order" and had been out of order for at least six weeks, however, when I asked the front desk clerk how long it's been broken - he quickly replied one week. I learned that it was at least six weeks from a hotel guest. Not sure why the front desk clerk couldn't just say that, instead of making a number up... weird. Also, breakfast is not included, free coffee, but no continental breakfast... this is not on brand with almost every other Hilton that I've stayed out... so keep that in mind. There are, however, plenty of restaurants in the area. All-in-All, while our stay wasn't the worse, it definitely wasn't the best and it does make me rethink using the Hilton as my family's host hotel for future reunions.
- Dana (8/5): Nice, but… - The hotel is in prime location, next to the mall and plenty of restaurants. Our issue was the smell of pot in the lobby and on the elevator. The pool was nice and we had it to ourselves. The beds were comfortable. But then we were expecting the usual free breakfast. To our shock, it was NOT free and the buffet was $16. We decided to go to McDonalds instead.

They also charge you to park at the hotel and NONE of this is disclosed when checking in. So please be warned when you arrive, you'll be charged for random things without your concent. manager is unresponsive.

- Reginald (2/5): Ideal for a short getaway. - Great location! A mall is located across the street, with many shops nearby. The property is beginning to show signs of age, and there was only one functioning elevator. Well, I booked using booking.com for a set price. When I arrived, they charged a little more, but the dollar amounts were off because a deposit is usually a set flat amount, not something with change. Then, I was still charged more at checkout than for my booking reservation. They are adding a fee for guests to park in the parking lot. The booking listed the property as having free parking.

- Rebecca (8/5): Paid a little too much I do believe. - I was a little surprised that for the amount I paid for the room that breakfast was not included. I was also surprised that I was expected to pay $2.oo a piece for the water bottles they left in the room for coffee. I also chose to stay at this particular hotel because they had an indoor pool. It was not working during our stay. Only one elevator was working, and considering all the rooms were sold out, it made waiting to get to and from our room around 20 minutes (waiting 10 leaving and waiting 10 returning.) Besides that, the room was clean so that's always a plus!

Broken laundry facilities. Disgusting breakfast situation...filthy tables and buffet, small flies around hot dishes, flatware bearing pieces of the last user's food. Priced above competitors in the area. Free parking the only plus.
