Giovany (1/5): Horrible experience - Location is central and close to everything. Upon check-in, the room was found in unsanitary condition (hair on the floor, hair in the bedding, and a strong sewage odor). Visible mold was present on the headboard and the room appeared generally unmaintained. Additionally, a rat was observed inside the building. I became ill during my stay, which I suspect was related to mold exposure. The hotel presents multiple health and sanitation concerns and should not be listed without corrective action.

Not worth the money and would not recommend. - The only good thing about this place was that the staff at reception were nice and friendly. The rooms smelled like mould. We could hardly breathe because of the wet smell throughout the rooms and not to mention the bathrooms which smelt like sewerage. The smell of moisture hits you as soon as you open the door to your room. This should not be classified as a 4 star hotel. It felt very unclean and uncomfortable. The Netflix/wifi did not work. We could not wait to get out of there.

loiscW507KF (2/5): Awful stay, bed bugs and mould - Originally booked this hotel for 2 weeks but checked out early as the bedding and room smelt like damp and very dusty smelling and not just a little bit either it hits you as you walk in the room. We complained of the bedding smell several times and they did change it each time but then I started to get red lumps over my body as time went on and they were very itchy so I had them checked at the pharmacy which confirmed it was bed bugs bites. We inspected the mattress and found a lot of mould which would explain the dampness. The room had no windows to open and the floor kept getting very slippery and wet due to the air con and in the night when we woke up for the toilet the floor was very dangerous as we slid a few times so for a child or elderly this could lead to something worse. We changed rooms but just felt very uncomfortable so we decided to check out early. The hotel itself was average and a short walk from patong beach centre but this really put us off and wanted to share our experience with guests looking to stay here.
Fahad (10/5): الي ميزانيته محدودة انصح بهذا المكان الرائع - الموظفين جميعهم محبوبين بالأخص سينا cina و المديرة كهاي chai. موقع الفندق رائع وقريب عنده سوبر ماركت 7elven و جامع نور الإسلام وحلاق ومغسلة ملابس وكل ما تحتاجه قريب. المكان هادئ جداً. سكنت هنا ثلاث مرات و كل مره افضل من التي قبلها. الأمان عالي جداً. بعيد عن الصخب و الازعاج. لا شيء

Tom (7/5): - Breakfast good. Staff very kind, welcoming and accommodating. The a/c was either too cold or too humid. Could hear a lot of noise in the halls from other guests. Not the hotels fault, the people were just loud.

Jess (6/5): - The hotel was nice and friendly, located in a good general location too! Pool was nice and refreshing, gym was pretty small and standard but still useable. Only downfall was no balcony or opening windows so the room became very damp. Especially because the bathroom fan wasn’t very strong to suction out the steam of the shower as well. Overall good for the amount of nights we stayed/price we paid
Mutaz (7/5): Indian Hotel, valuable for money - For the price its actually a good stay We got welcome drinks that were tasty The breakfast is Indian There is morning and night daily shuttle bus to patong beach Staff were very friendly The hotel is 95% Indians They were playing very loud music in their rooms There is no AC in the hotel , only in your room ( elevator ,lobby and restaurant has no AC) The bathroom is very old and bad smell The sheets are not clean The towels are dirty You have to use two different elevators to reach your room which was very inconvenient with your luggage and daily access

We got the room upgradation and the overall experience is good. phi phi the housekeeper she is brilliant she’s always very helpful and thank you for the towel art. Mukesh sir thank you so much you are a star. All the service were top notch. We really loved our stay

The location was perfect for exploring, and having a swimming pool was a fantastic bonus for relaxing after a long day. Highly recommend!

Lauchlan (8/5): - Over all a good location friendly staff but the food is not very good it’s on the dryer side. The people on our level were slamming the doors and yelling all night as well as switching rooms and making the alarms go off and it was very irritating. There was one cleaner who was absolutely amazing and I never got their name but they wore orange lip stick. It was overal not a bad experience but it could of been better, I found it annoying how all the lounge chairs by the pool are broken in some way, nice to havere your water replaced daily as well as room service though and being greeted with a purple tea was very nice too

visshyatindia (10/5): Our Stay at Hotel JourneyHub Phuket, Patong - We had a wonderful stay at JourneyHub Phuket, Patong Hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and well managed. We stayed with family in 3rd week of March, 2025 for 5N/6D. The staff is polite, courteous and helpful. Most of the Chefs are from India, so you will get Indian food options in Breakfast Buffet and in dinner also you may order Indian food. Food quality is very good here. The Hotel has Infinity Pool, Bar, Gym and Cafeteria at the roof top. Some times you may find that service is slow to get drinking water or tea bags. The Hotel provides complementary one way drop till Patong Beach on specified timings. Overall good for family stay in Phuket.

Khishigdorj (8/5): Very good - Overall, good value for money with a comfortable stay and friendly staff. The facilities are decent and well-maintained, however, the swimming pool closes early. Rooms were cleaned daily, but some essential hotel amenities, such as a one-time toothbrush and slippers etc were missing. Breakfast was diverse, with a focus on Indian cuisine. As two women traveling alone, we encountered some guests who were bothering us, even following us to our floor and room. Although we never initiated any interaction, some strangers even called our room using the hotel phone. We reported this to the staff, but no action was taken. We left the next day.

Patrick (3/5): One of my most awful stays. Not recommended for families. - Just the nice welcoming and the nice staff. The room looked clean at first glance. On closer look, however, there were stains and greasy residues from days gone by everywhere. The bed base consisted almost entirely of stains. The room smelled strangely of mold. After sleeping, you always felt sick in the morning. Other guests also turned the hallway into a living room in the morning and talked loudly.
Nithiwat (9/5): Great distance, breakfast and service! - Breakfast was great, rooms were clean. Rooftop bar was nice and service was top notch. Lost a key card and reception returned at no additional cost! Within walking distance to central phuket and close to many good restauraunts Could not use keycards to access the downstairs access door. was slightly tedious having to go all the way up to reception and use the other lifts to access our rooom which was on the ground floor.

Ashleigh (8/5): Lovely Hotel - Good location. Room itself was extremely clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Great room service choices. The location is off a main road not so great to walk on but also not next to the main tourist strip.

You are lucky if you read this and have opportunity don’t stay here. view from the window with glass and bars with pigeon poop, the stink in the room, old torn bed linen and towels, no hand towels. Bedding and towels were gray even if they were clean. The place was not cheap, but cheaper than another places and 4*… I thought would be ok for a few nights. Was Biggest mistake!

Not sure what the issue is, it's as if the problems are just painted over and many paint marks in room. Neat but seems like a quick fix Theres also roosters nearby that start making a noise really early

Dean (6/5): Basic hotel at a reasonable price - The location was good It was a basic hotel. The room was in fair condition with the standard amenities, however the room wasn't very clean. The internet wasn't particularly fast. The lighting was terrible.

173daphn_t (8/5): 4 days in Phuket - Nice few days in Phuket. Really near to everything! Sut Noi was very good as a server and helpful. Really nice staff overall. The hotel was a bit different from the photos but the pool had a nice view. We took touktouk (taxi) to everything and had a nice time going to beaches.

Kashish (9/5): Superb - We liked the pool area and the well maintained rooms. A little away from main patong area however they have shuttl service till beach. They serve you with an amazing Blue tea drink when you arrive and you are going to cherish the taste for the rest of thailand trip. There were many broken chairs near the pool area and the quality of the beverages served were not good inj quality. They can improve their pool baar very much as orange juice was also served from concentrate and not fresh. The red wine was a disaster.
