• Diana (1/5): Una auténtica pesadilla de suciedad , higiene y faltas de respeto continuas - - Nada , todo fue una pesadilla - Falta de higiene absoluta por parte de sus trabajadoras , nunca saludaban - Pésima educación y respeto tanto por los trabajadores como por el dueño . - A la hora de hacer el check out te tratan como un delincuente como si fueses a llevarte el armario ( donde solo dejaban 2 perchas ) , la tv o la nevera , no te daban el dinero, jamas en mi vida me han tratado así . - El aire acondicionado lo controla el dueño por control remoto sin darte la posibilidad de ajustarlo a mis necesidades personales y encima me miente diciendo que la temperatura estaba a 16 grados lo que es absolutamente falso ya que hacia mucho calor en la habitación . - Falta de respeto a las mujeres que viajamos solas , el dueño te envía corazoncitos por WhatsApp, por lo que tuve que pararle inmediatamente y decirle que se los mandase a su mujer , yo no tengo confianza con el dueño ni la quiero . - No me gusto que me cargaran el importe total de la habitación 9 meses antes de mi llegada - No me gusto que a mi llegada ( a las 13 horas ) no hubiese nadie en recepción para recibirte y que todo estuviese absolutamente cerrado, sin al menos haber avisado previamente , me parece una falta absoluta de respeto , trato, profesionalidad y ética , este es el gran problema de pagar por adelantado ya que después los propietarios se desentienden de ti . - Limpieza pésima , me encontré con jarra de agua y vasos amarillos ( por la suciedad ) con restos de café que no habían lavado , regueros de suciedad en los azulejos del baño , moqueta sucia con restos , ni siquiera te dejan agua en la habitación , solo te ofrecen sobres de café con leche así que si solo tomas café negro te lo tienes que comprar tú mismo , supongo que si a todos nos gustase el mismo tipo de café no existirían las cafeterías . Cuando te quejas de la limpieza de las tazas al dueño , te dice que lo laves tú mismo con champú , su reacción me ha parecido inaudita . -Mi contacto con el dueño ha sido únicamente por motivo de mis quejas y en lugar de tomárselo en serio y reaccionar de forma profesional y eficiente , no le daba importancia y me enviaba corazoncitos por WhatsApp así que como soy una mujer sola independiente viajando le respondí que dichos corazones se los enviase a su mujer , de nuevo otra falta de respeto absoluta . - Me han cobrado 40€ por dos llaves por adelantado lo que me parece absolutamente barbaridad ,absolutamente desorbitado , es lo único que funcionaba bien el cobro por adelantado . Es lo único que les importa el dinero ! - La respuesta del dueño a mis quejas ,es que he pagado un precio muy barato por la habitación , pague 45 € por la habitación más cara del hotel con jardín privado ! he pagado mucho menos por suites con vistas a las torres Petronas en Kuala Lumpur con un servicio impecable . El propietario nunca dejaba de sorprenderme con sus respuestas . -

• Mckenna (8/5): Good - Ohana House was in a great location and the room itself was comfortable, the adjoining cafe is a nice addition. It was tricky at night without wifi to contact owners to let me in. Make sure you have What’s App ready to go if you arrive at night.

The rooms are lovely – I stayed in two different rooms and enjoyed them both – with all that you need for your stay and nice touches like a water machine with cold and boiling water in the corridor. It was quiet but a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Melaka and with good coffee shops (I liked the Time Cafe around the corner), restaurants and bars, and beautiful old buildings in the area. This was the best hotel of my trip and I hope I’ll be back soon. Nothing

• Patricia (9/5): - Great location.a quiet neighborhood but still walking distance (within 20 minutes) to most of the must see attractions, restaurants etc. The room was spacious, quiet and quaint. Air conditioner and hot water work well. Nice touches are hot and cool filtered water is available on the lower level and a decanter and mugs are in the room. Also, they have facial tissue, bed side lamps and outlets in the room. While I thought it was a little pricey, I did enjoy my stay, and the staff are just a WhatsApp message away.

• LI HAO (8/5): - 1. 地點很棒，過個橋就是馬六甲精華區域。 2. 價格經濟實惠，裝潢比起其它住宿更有氛圍。 3. 提早抵達也可以寄放行李，對於行程安排非常有幫助。 4. 雖然我沒有whatsapp，但透過Facebook messager也是可以溝通的。 1.千萬不要訂花園房，浴室的天花板與戶外是相通的，加上花園內的水盆是死水，所以會有非常多的蚊子，只要進出浴室絕對會讓蚊子進到房內。住了兩晚，我的手臂、膝蓋、脖子到處都被叮，腳癢了一整星期...... 2. 房內能用的插座只有一個，其它的插了檯燈、電視、數位電視盒、冰箱，建議攜帶延長線擴充。 3. check-in時會收取100RM的押金，需要提早準備足夠的現金。

• Siang Yi (9/5): Pleasant stay at Ohana House HQ - The family suite features a retro Peranakan design and is exceptionally beautiful. It is a loft-style layout with a staircase that is somewhat slanted and narrow. Those who might find this inconvenient may want to consider opting for a different room type. Good location! Just a few mins walk to Jonker Street and all the famous cafes.

The room is spacious, only the bathroom is small but there's a good reason for this, the building is ancient, so this is the price to pay. At the ground floor they manage a cozy restaurant too. The road is calm, but from 5 p. to 11 we heard loud music from a neighbour. Not depending on the owner of the place of course, but very annoying

Rooms are spacious and clean, there's even a free water refilling station! Ping Ping checked us in and has been an absolute superstar during the whole stay, so friendly and helpful. Nothing much around the area late night, the stairs in the unit is steep, not children friendly. The bathroom was a little tight. • Diana (7/5): Habitación de revista que no dispone de las comodidades más necesarias - Localización Habitación con jardín Los servicios prestados son demasiado básicos y no corresponden con la calidad y el precio , -por ejemplo no había tazas ni cucharas para hacerte un café y al pedirlo te ofrecían unas cucharas enormes de plástico - tampoco te proporcionaban perchas , únicamente dos y si pedias mas te traían unas de plástico que no aguantaban ni la ropa y la ropa quedaba en el suelo arrugada -no hay ningún sitio donde colgar la ropa que no quede arrastrando por el suelo , no es higiénico , no hay perchero -no hay un espejo en la habitación , también muy necesario en conclusión no solo es una habitación de revista sin9 que también hay que disfrutarla y no dispone de las comodidades necesarias
