- Dr. (7/5): Good - The location is the best part of this hotel. It's just 3-4 minutes walk from the Beach. The staff members were very supportive and friendly. The Rooms are OK, not very good but with the price and location, it's good option. The room quality can be better.

- Pandu (6/5): Over all it's descent and budget hotel to stay with friends. - The Hotel looks decent and will be a challenge to get car parking. The location is added advantage and will be near to most of the places. There is no restaurant so to stay with family will be doubtful . Difficult for cat parking, and surroundings are not so cleanliness. So much alcohol and cigarette smell on corridors.

- Lord (3/5): Apart from the location this hotel isn't worth staying at. - Thr location was fantastic. The rooms were dirty, we changed rooms the 1st day. We stayed a month here, we had our rooms cleaned just 3 times, there is a light that you leave on to say do not clean room. Even with this turned off, you still had to ask to get the room cleaned. No toulet paper given, we had to go and buy our own. The pillows were absolutely filthy, and the bedding got changed once. The flooring and walls inside the bathroom were black with mould and damp. But the location is perfect, other than that save your money.
- Lord (1/5): Great location, but thats where it ends. - The location was great. Other than that stay away from this place. I stayed here in a double room by myself, if I had to share then the room size would have been small for 2 people. The bedroom and bathroom was dirty, I stayed here for 28 nights and my sheets were changed twice. My towels changed once a week and not once did I have toilet paper in my room, I went out and bought my own. I believe there was meant to be a bottle of water in the rooms daily, this never happened, the 1 time I did ask, the boy at reception took the money for it. The location is perfect, but other than that I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
- Lord (1/5): Do not stay here - There was not a lot to like apart from the location. Do not waste your money by staying here. Rooms were filthy, staff were rude, rooms not cleaned, the sheets and towels not changed. That was a month's stay, too. I definitely would not stay here again.

The location of the hotel is good, room was ok . The check in experience was not good, the person manning the check in counter could not locate my booking initially, had no idea how to check online bookings, consulted somebody else and then proceeded to check us in.
