Halfway through our stay (after they turned over our room) we received a $50 dinner voucher as a thank you. The stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We have booked two more trips over the next twelve months (staying in the same room) We chose a an apartment with stair access only, so it would be an issue for disabled people.

Furniture was clean. Rooms are a little dated. Fridge was dinted. Outdoor spa was dirty. One of the single beds didn't have a sheet. Lots of stairs and no lift.

Only minor issue we had was that Peppers were directing their guests to stay in whatever car spot they could get which meant they were staying in our dedicated car spot. When we spoke to reception they basically said too bad they couldn’t help us and that we had to find somewhere else to park.

We loved the pool area. The restaurant was excellent. We loved being close to the pool without being overlooking it as being close was noisy. We loved the Palm Cove weather and the local restaurants. The number of noisy young children. The resort coffee was overpriced ($13.90 for a regular takeaway flat white and a long black).
