• Bohumil (8/5): - Lokalita je dokonalá. Blízko historických památek. Hned u pláže, krásný výhled na moře. V pensionu je čisto, příjemně. Celý den je dostupný člověk, který vyřeší případné dotazy nebo problémy. Nedávám maximální počet hvězdiček z toho důvodu, že zručný řemeslník by měl v pokoji tak na dva dny práce. Vymalovat, seřídit dveře, srovnat poličky. Drobnosti, které však nesnižují funkčnost a pohodlí. Paní majitelka je velmi milá dáma. S ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojení. Kromě několika drobností k opravě nebo seřízení není nic, co by se mi nelíbilo.
• Olesia (10/5): Супер вид!!!! - Вид из окна просто бомба. Когда шли в отель через старый город с кучей туристов думала что отдохнуть не получится, но я ошиблась. Отель находится на тихой улочке. Никто не мешает любоваться морем с балкона. На ночь не закрывали дверь и отлично спалось под шум моря. В квартире все как на фото. Что нам особенно понравилось, ну кроме вида из окна, это кухня. На ней есть все что необходимо для приготовления пищи. Брали продукты в Мигрос и прекрасно готовили завтраки и ужины дома. Хозяева были всегда на связи и оперативно отвечали и решали все вопросы. Место супер. Однозначно рекомендую.

• Eva (6/5): - Die Gastgeber waren äusserst zuvorkommend und nett. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist sensationell und man ist in wenigen Gehminuten im Städtchen. Der Strand unterhalb der Wohnung war leider geschlossen und hinter dem Haus ist aktuell eine Baustelle, sprich den ganzen Tag über Baulärm. Dafür können die Gastgeber natürlich nichts. Es war jedoch enttäuschend, wenn man bei der Anreise einen Strand erwartet und diesen geschlossen vorfindet.

• Rostane (10/5): Genial - La vue sur mer , la plage , tout les monuments a proximité , tres proche du centre sans être dérangé par les bars , c’a rien avoir avec l’hôtel mais les restaurant a sidé sont tres cher , on est arrivé en voiture ; il faut se garer dans l’otopark payant (pas cher) et prendre le bus touristique pour circuler a l’aise , penny et ramazan sont des personne sympathique et accueillante

• Erica (7/5): Net niet. - De locatie van dit hotel is erg goed. Echter ligt het in de autoluwe gedeelte, dus er komen met je bagage is wel een uitdaging. De kamer is ontiegelijk klein, er was geen ruimte om de koffers te stallen. Ook de waterdruk was om te janken, niet te vergeten de vreselijke stank die 's nachts door het putje naar boven kwam. Toen mijn vriend en ik 's middags op de kamer waren hoorde we dat iemand de deur probeerde te openen doormiddel van een sleutel. (Dit lukte niet, aangezien onze sleutel aan de binnenkant er in stond.) Geen idee wat er was gebeurd of ontvreemd als we niet in de kamer waren geweest.
• Geoffrey Jackson (8/5): - Side was a fabulous historical location, the archeological restorations are spectacular and will be better over the coming years. Old Side has been rebuilt and it has a lot of tourist shopping, but if you can get over that it was well worth a 2 night visit, and the beach house hotel is a perfect base. The beach house does not provide or offer breakfast, the choices in the town are limited but there is a fridge in your room so it's easy to cater a Turkish breakfast for yourself (boil your egg in the kettle?), we definitely recommend,Penny, and her lovely little hotel , that has the most wonderful position right on the beach.

Located directly in Side antique city on the beach in a calm area but near to all the attractions. Specially i would like to mention hospitality of hosts: Penny and Ramazan helped with everything we asked and beyond. We really felt very wecomed. This is a place where you want to come back. Nothing

Апартаменты производят приятнейшее впечатление, хороший интерьер, просторно, удобная планировка, отдельная спальня. Кухня оснащена всем необходимым, были даже моющие средства, губки, чай, кофе. Удобная стойка для готовки. Смарт ТВ, стол для работы, это важно. Но самое потрясающее это расположение гостевого дома. Вид с балкона и окон на миллион! Утром сидишь на балконе, пьешь кофе, смотришь на море, пальмы, архитектуру Сиде. Ох, эти картинки мне будут сниться! Это скорее не относится именно к гостевому дому, просто для информации, если вы на машине. Так как дом в антик городе, то паркинг (с местами нет никаких проблем) минут 15-20 пешком в 2 км, по жаре может быть проблемой. Порой даже пользовались туристическим трамвайчиком. И в целом, дом за день нагревается, приходится спать с кондиционером, иначе очень жарко.
• Ivan (10/5): - Гостиница - есть все необходимое, стиралка, плита, микроволновка, собственные лежаки. Место с множеством старинных достопримечательностей. Хозяйка Пенни помогла с трансферами по хорошей цене. Приедем еще. Стоит усилить WiFi, что бы работал и на лежаках, рядом с отелем.

The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, with a beautiful terrace perfect for sunbathing. Not fR from the main Side attractions but in peaceful surroundings. The staff are warm and welcoming, making the whole stay feel special. I’d happily come back again!

• Susanne (10/5): - Tolle Lage, nur fon einer schmalen Straße vom Strand entfernt. Ein bisschen abseits vom grossen Rummel des Zentrum s der Altstadt von Side. Die 3 Zimmer haben alle einen Balkon mit Meer Sicht. Es war schön draußen zu entspannen und dem Meer zuzuhören....Die Zimmer sind schön und praktisch eingerichtet..Penny und Ihr Mann sind sehr nette und unkompliziert Vermieter. Und hilfsbereit, wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt. Ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute für die Zukunft!

Penny was very helpful and helped us park our car away from the ancient parts of Side. The location of the apartment is fantastic, with quite a few restaurants around. You can walk to everything in old Side. The apartment has a washing machine, microwave and refrigerator. There are really no food shops in walking distance, so if you are arriving by car it would be good to go to a grocery store before you arrive in Side and buy a few things that can be cooked with a microwave and refrigerator.

• Roberta (6/5): A beautiful stay by the sea and in the centre of an archaeological site. - Amazing location. The views from all the windows were superb and the sound of the waves was truly relaxing. Traffic free area and very peaceful out of season. The whole apartment needed a good clean and the kitchen utensils in desperate need of replacing. The light in the living room was inadequate for long winter evenings.

• Erin (10/5): Perfect apartment next to the sea - This well appointed apartment was absolutely perfect for our four night stay. It was very clean, and its location on the quiet east side of Old Side is perfect - it’s right across the pedestrian street from a little sandy beach. When we stayed it cost 150 TL a day for a sunbed at the beach across the street. The apartment has two little balconies, a kitchenette including a full fridge and freezer, and a washing machine. It’s a great spot to base yourself for beach days or exploring the coast. It’s exactly what the photos show, clean, well-appointed with lovely art on the walls. Penny is a lovely host who was a pleasure to chat with. She was very responsive to any queries we had during our stay. There is good AC, hot water with good water pressure and even beach towels and Netflix. At night you can hear the waves on the beach and in the morning you can wake to the sunrise. I only wish we’d spent more time here and we are already hoping to come back. Nothing it was all excellent. As other reviewers have noted, car traffic is limited in the Old City so you’d have to leave vehicles (or meet your taxi) at the car park which is about a five minute walk away. We got groceries from larger grocery stores about a thirty minute walk up the hill outside of the old city.

The owner - Location to the beach, in a quiet part of Side with some very nice restaurants nearby and also close proximity to all the other attractions that Side has to offer Nothing, we loved it
• Jennifer (10/5): Lovely holiday! - Perfect location. Friendly owners. There are no food shops nearby. There is no garden but there is a balcony and terrace.
• Sarah (9/5): Superb - We had a really nice stay at the beach house hotel. Sadly we got very sick when we arrived but the Hostess Penny took care of us like we were family. She gave us an extremely good service, helped us go to the doctors and was on call no matter what. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated, everything you need like internet oder air-conditioning is working and available. The few from the balcony is amazing.

• Julian (10/5): Perfect I would highly recommend our accomodation and Side. - Our Host Penny was great she was able to sort transfers out for us. And helped with checking in online. Looked after our belongings whilst we took a trip to Cappadocia for 4 days. Everything was excaeptional. There was nothing to dislike. N.B. there are very few shops in Antik Side to get Breakfast groceries, we didn't cook at all but again had we decided to do so you would have to take a trip out of town. If you do I would recommend taking the bus to Manavgat town where you will find anything you want with the exception of (pork).

• Fisher (9/5): Great location in Side, apartment modern with balcony overlooking the sea - What a great location and apartment with view of the beach from the balcony. Apartment clean, comfortable (bed and sofa) with modern facilities (kitchen & bathroom). Short walk to beach, restaurants, shops and ancient ruins. Beach has sun loungers to hire, water is calm and shallow to swim in. Staff are friendly and helpful, enjoyed the bar downstairs. Plenty of day trips to book from Side too. Would highly recommend...had a really relaxing time. nothing, everything was great
• David (10/5): Lovely, well equipped room overlooking the sea, brilliant base for exploring Side. - Lovely guest house of three units - two appartments and one room (in which I stayed), all on the first floor directly overlooking a very swimmable beach. Clean, comfortable and well equipped room with balcony, sound of the sea in background. Convenient shop and cafe/ bar downstairs. On the quiet side of the Side peninsular, plenty of restaurants and sites within easy walking distance. Nothing - I extended my stay.

• An (10/5): Perfect stay in Side - The appartment was great, very clean, the bed was comfortabel and big for a queensize. We absolutely loved the little terras, you are right next to the sea 🤩 Everthing you need is there and if it isn't you can just ask Ramazan and he will do his best to help you where he can. He and Penny are lovely. There is allso a really nice little bar/restaurant just downstairs. It is a bit more expensive than other places in Side but we found it more than worth it

• Nina (7/5): Good - Absolutely stunning views Spacious, comfortable living room 2 balconies New appartement Washing machine is very useful to have Parking is about 15 minutes walk away (though you can drive to the hotel to drop off your suitcases at the start of the stay). A few things in the appartement were not working: leaky pipe in the bathroom, broken towel rack, TV could not find any stations. The double bed is quite small for 2 adults. Quite pricey, though that may be Side in general.
• Alex (10/5): The Beach House, Side Turkey visited by Alex Moore - The Beach house was a wonderful new property in the old part of Side right on Nar beach. The shops and restaurants were a few minutes walk or the restaurant attached to the Beach house was excellent.

Views of the sea in all the windows and a terrace to sit and watch the waters and the boats sailing by Right. across from the beach This is not really a hotel. More of an Airbnb. Which is fine if that's what you're expecting. It's a self sustained unit. There was no hot water on a rainy day. But the new apartment and the amazing location overshadowed everything else.
• Sergey (10/5): Near the beach with figa trees - Location in the very center of the ancient ruined city. The best sea view from the window in the old town. Friendly and caring staff. Not expensive.
• Maurice (10/5): Loved it! - We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is at 10meters from the beach and you will hear the waves on the beach the whole day and night. The balcony faces the sea. We had a big apartment with bedroom and it had all the facilities we needed. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful beach, historical sites, plenty of restaurant and shopping options. We will surely come back! I have no negative comments on the hotel, as everything was as expected or better. The only downside of Side is that it is difficult with a car. We had a rental car that we had to park outside. The distance is a 10min pleasant walk through a historical site, or a 0.5 euro local transfer. That said, there is no need for a car as there are plenty of things to do in Side even for 10 day holiday. Next time we will save that money.
• Shakil (10/5): Hidden Gem - The place was cosy and beautiful. It's been refurbished into a beautiful stone building and the inside is all decorated beautifully. Felt like we were staying in a boat cabin at night you sleep under the moonlight and you hear the sound of the Ocean. The hotel is situated right in Side Old Town amongst restaurants and the beach walking few steps away. You can walk around the cobbled streets and alley ways and see all the beautiful history and sites. Penny the owner was absolutely lovely and so welcoming. She has provided everything you need. On arrival the iron was marked and she knocked in the door to greet us with a brand new boxed iron. Our AC was also little dis functional as the previous guests had fiddled around with the settings. Penny and Ramzan were quick to resolve it. We went out for a meal and when we returned it was all sorted for us. Ramzan was lovely he is the hotel manager and there to help. He welcomed us with a smile every time. The apartment had Netflix and all the utensils you need so ideal for families with kids. We will be back to this beautiful ocean facing cosy apartment. A huge thank you to Penny and Ramzan for a wonderful authentic holiday experience :D An ironing board would be a good idea we used a towel on the table to iron. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Unable to accept credit card for payment. No shower toiletries. Difficult to get warm/hot water running first thing in the morning.

• Eugenio (5/5): Passable - Central location I was looking for the hotel with parking. all other hotels has no parking. and this one shows parking nearby. fake. city is closed for cars, for this reason there are no parking. also, wifi in hall was not working. no wifi in rooms, no hairdryer and a lot of problems
• Sharankova (8/5): Beach House Hotel - Fantastic Location! - Side is an amazing city. The views from the hotel were wonderful. It had a lovely garden. I had a big terrace. The breakfast was very good. The hotel and restaurant offers high quality at very reasonable prices. There was a lot of coziness and style! All sightseeings were meters away. The hotel was right next to the beach. The internet was very weak, there was practically no internet in the room - up to 1-2 Mb/s. According to previous reviews it had a very high rating for the internet and that was a factor in my choice. The water in the sink was very splashy, but the shower was excellent. Once or twice my trash was not cleaned.

The cleaning lady works very hard and very thorough. No aircon . room very warm and only one ceiling fan. frequent power cuts , sometimes no sufficient water pressure

Staff was friendly and kind,breakfast and all the food there was just yummy!Drinks were also good.My room was everyday cleaned and of course they change the towels too.I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My bed was little bit uncomfortable i mean the mattress and i didn't enjoyed the sleep on this bed.And i had realy small room(any aircondition on my room only small ventilator).But i was alone so that was okay.Another rooms are bigger.I liked everything about my stay at this hotel,but i didn't sleep good on this bed. I have nothing negative to say.
• Emiliia (10/5): I'm in love with Beach House ❤️ - We loved the location, right next to the beach, the room was spacious, with sea-view balcony. The atmosphere is super relaxing and there are many beautiful spots to chill. Restaurant downstairs is very nice too. Definitely would recommend to stay at this beautiful hotel. Breakfast was same every day, which is not a big problem, but would be nice to have more choices, especially if you don't eat dairy there's almost nothing to eat. Also restaurant has vegetarian options which is great but would be nice to have some vegan options too. + There are no shower gels and shampoo in the bathroom, make sure to bring yours.
