• Hans (9/5): Overnachtingsplek, waar het je spijt, dat je 's morgens weer verder moet! - Op een prachtige plek midden in een historisch stadje aan het Bodenmeer gelegen hotel, met daar tegenover een annex waar wij verbleven. Ruime en goed ingerichte kamer. Beneden mogelijkheid om koffie, fris en wijn mee te nemen naar de kamer tegen zeer billijke prijzen. Diner in mooi restaurant met grote en smaakvol opgediende porties. Glas wijn 7-8 euro, maar dan wel 0.25L. Indrukwekkend ontbijt en 'Gastfreundliche Leute in der Bedienung!' Zonder meer aan te raden, zeker ook voor een langere periode. Niets: ik zou niet weten wat ik hier niet goed zou moeten vinden! Het klopte bij ons voor de volle honderd procent.

• Beate (8/5): - Unser Urlaub war wunderbar! Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu kritisieren! Supernettes Personal in sämtlichen Bereichen! Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und auch das sonstige Essen im "Guten Tropfen" war sehr gut! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Das Einzige was es zu bemängeln gibt, war ein zeitweilig anhaltedes, Geräusch, welches wir in Zimmer 28 hauptsächlich abends/ nachts wahrgenommen haben! Vermutlich ein Heizungsgeräusch... Die ersten Tage haben wir es als störend empfunden, im Laufe der Zeit hat es uns jedoch kaum noch gestört, da wir uns wohl daran gewöhnt hatten!

• Pascal (9/5): nettes Hotel das wir bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt am Bodensee gerne nochmals buchen würden - reichhaltiges Frühstück mit guten Produkten komfortables Zimmer ruhige Lage , nur wenige Minuten vom See Restaurant sehr gut freundlicher Empfang , freundliches Personal im Hotel ist nicht alles auf dem neusten Stand , aber da handelt es sich eher um Kleinigkeiten die für uns nicht wirklich wichtig sind (auch in Anbetracht des Preis/Leistungsverhältnisses)

I5 min from car ferry to cross the lake. We loved this hotel

• Ahmed (10/5): Must Be The Very Best In The Whole Area, And By A Wide Margin!! - What a delightful little hotel, and what a friendly and cooperative person there to receive you!! An absolutely first-rate experience from the word go! The arrival and reception was a pure joy and the room was spotlessly clean!! Just so with the washroom!! And what a good size of the room! Really very, very nice!! In the morning, the breakfast was again right up to the mark! Without being over the top, you got all what you needed, and a little bit more! The hostess took very good care of the guests in her own quietly efficient manner, and I have nothing but very generous praise for her! I know it is off-season for the whole area, but I cannot imagine a better experience at this price!! Absolutely outstanding!! Nothing, absolutely nothing!

• Greg (10/5): The biggest compliment I can offer is that should I come this way again I wouldn’t consider anyplace but Bodenseehotel R - While not the easiest place to find once found it was wonderful! Do not count on Google Maps or any other navigation means to get you there! The hotel itself was very, very nice! Extremely clean and both tastefully designed and furnished! Our balcony view was of a small vineyard in front of the local church and out our large side window was a beautiful view of Lake Constance. Associated with (ownedby) the hotel is Gruper Tropfen a restaurant right across the street from the hotel. GT is well manned by Nico who was an absolute delight. He is friendly, courteous, well spoken, knowledgeable and extremely personable. Hopefully hotel management appreciates what an amazing asset he is to their business! The food was quite good at the restaurant and we ended up dining there both of the evenings of our stay! The shores of Lake Constance are a very short walk away and bordered by a lovely park! If I went this way again in my travels I’d look no further than Hagnau am Bodenseehotel Renn! I was quite satisfied with everything about Bodenseehotel Renn and have nothing to add here!

Service mostly very good although could be a little slow at busy times, but this is due to pressure on staff who were kept extremely busy. Excellent quality bedroom and bathroom. We would definitively like to return.

The dinner that is included far exceeded expectations. Staff in the restaurant were very professional and the food was lovely. The only down side to the hotel is that the bed was very hard.
