• Scott McNeil (8/5): Very enjoyable. - Apartment was spacious and comfortable and the location was great. The flush on one of the toilets didn't work and the cleaners turned up a day early asking us to leave the apartment until I showed them proof that we had booked until the following day.
• Karla (8/5): Verano 26 - Me gustó , la terraza , el espacio ya que es amplio , la cocina y el Aire acondicionado que para el calor está perfecto en el salón , además tenían una sombrilla para poder usar . Otra cosa a favor fue que aunque tenía miedo de pagar por otra página y además de la garantía que te cobran , todo fue veraz y correcto me devolvieron la garantía y no fue una estafa que era mi temor . Teníamos la tostadora defectuosa, solo nos brindaron 2 papeles higiénico siendo 6 personas y quedándonos 8 días . Además deberían tener cosas indispensables en la cocina como aceite sal azúcar y café .

• celia (4/5): Una pena - Benidorm es un lugar maravilloso siempre a buena temperatura ,playa y miles de tiendas y restaurantes, actividades deportivas y un lugar para ir en familia, pareja,amigos en definitiva para mí personalmente es un lugar asegurado. El apartamento es para 6 éramos 5 y 3 de ellos niños de entre.11 y 14 años estaba cerca de la playa pero en una cuesta empinada de unos 700 metros bien para ir para volver... El apartamento la limpieza deja mucho que desear, aire acondicionado solo en el salón en las habitaciones un calor insoportable solo tenía ventilador 2 de las 3 habitaciones, menaje muy muy insuficiente tuvimos que pedir cubiertos para los 5 miembros ni sartenes solo había cazuelas, el horno no funcionaba la lavadora tampoco ni la tostadora en fin las cosas más básicas para cocinar. Uno de los baños la cisterna no funcionaba,Las llaves del portal que había 2 entradas una odisea para poder abrir lo único bueno que cuando llamamos a la agencia vinieron y nos dieron unas llaves nuevas que al menos abrían una de las puertas del portal y nos trajeron unos cubiertos para que todos tuviéramos para poder comer y una sartén, en definitiva una pena por qué con una inversión en menaje básico y que los electrodomésticos ya puestos funcionarán hubiera hecho nuestra estancia mucho más cómoda.

• Rachel (1/5): Very disappointed - I like the location. It’s in the city center. Where do I start? 1) communication is very bad. The manager Nathalie does not give clear instructions and it is very difficult if we need something 2) they do not clean everything properly. On our first 2 days, the shower was flooding into the living room and I had to check the drain myself to see there are clumps of hair in the drain which I removed. We lost 1 morning cleaning only for them to say they fixed it when I was the one who removed the clumps from the drain. When we got home that night we found that they clump was flushed down the toilet 3) again communication is bad. We were told we can park in the public parking at Calle Cuba without given clear instructions which part we can park in on the lot. Our car got towed and we had to spend a few more hours fixing it and getting our car back and had to pay 60€ 4) the apartment is not well maintained, the stove does not work properly and when we asked we were just sent a photo. Communication is so bad 5) the light in the other room was not working and nothing was done about it It was a very bad experience for me and my friends. I would not stay there again. They charged me 300€ in deposit on top of what I paid which I wouldn’t have minded but the hassle of everything because of communication just spoiled our holiday.
• Bimaj (10/5): It was a perfect place for us. It was our first time in Spain and we needed a place that is close to the city centre and - Amazing place to stay in. really quiet and comfy. it’s. Kitchen was really nice and many beds and toilets perfect for family or friend group travelling together.
