• Jaime (8/5): - Está bien ubicado y la pieza está bien Que ofrecen el alojamiento con desayuno, pero la verdad es que es solo un te o café y un croissant, les sugerimos que por último suban su tarifa , pero que ofrezcan un desayuno de mejor nivel Y lo otro es que cuando llegamos ,les pedimos agua caliente y unas tazas, y de mala manera nos dan el agua caliente,y solo 2 tazas , siendo que éramos tres personas

• Stefano (5/5): Da Valutare bene la prossima volta - La gentilezza del proprietario che è stato molto disponibile La camera non era quella prenotata, niente vista mare ma solo un androne di un palazzo, sotto un divano letto abbiamo trovato uno slip che ovviamente non abbiamo toccato, per igiene, per una camera con vista dentro un androne e manco una bottiglietta d'acqua credo che il prezzo sia stato un po eccessivo!

• Giorgia (10/5): Sorprendente - Eravamo in 4: posizione perfetta, appena fuori dall’hotel eravamo nel lungo mare, e bene o male è una posizione da cui è facile raggiungere i posti caratteristici di Napoli, e infatti l’abbiamo visitata quasi sempre a piedi Staff super disponibile e alla mano Stanza molto spaziosa e dotata di cucina, bella, accogliente e pulita Zona molto tranquilla e sicura Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono L’unica pecca è stata la pulizia delle stoviglie, perché abbiamo trovato una pentola sporca. Dettaglio poco rilevante visto che l’hotel da la possibilità di fare colazione lì e a pranzo e a cena abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori, quindi non c’è stato bisogno di usare le pentole. Capita a tutti una svista!

Nel soppalco sono disposti due letti singoli, uno accanto al muro e uno accanto al parapetto in legno, molto molto pericoloso soprattutto se ci dorme un bambino.

• Francesca (4/5): Absolutely NOT worth the price! - The room was very clean, spacious, and modern. There was private parking for a fee, but the owner tried to restrict when we could come and go as to not inconvenience him. Also tried to scam us by forcing us to pay for it in cash, saying his credit card machine didn't work. This is just someone's apartment in a big building that he chopped up into rooms for rent. It's hard to find, up a tiny elevator. Bed was hard as rocks and pillows paper thin. So were the walls. You could hear everything next door and the people there were fighting, cops were called. Don't let the waterfront location fool you. It isn't good, on a very busy wide road to cross to the huge rocks that people sunbathe on. It's not a "beach". Breakfast was a joke - a very awkward counter in the owners office where we were served microwaved croissants, green bananas and warm bottled water. Worst part: AC STOPPED WORKING in the middle of a hot July night!! We hardly slept. Asked Booking.com for a refund. We booked last minute and didn't have many choices, but this is not a place I'd willingly pick again.

• Julia (7/5): Good - The persoal and service were nice. We liked selfmade koffe and clean rooms. Mosquitos => very nasty and it seems to come not through the windows because we closed windows and all of us (inuding our teenager-soon) could not sleep due to mosquitos. The next point is that the hotel (b&b) don't have space and also don't have space for breakfasts. They use for the breakfast the same room as for the reception => 2x3 m2, what is a very creative solution of course.

• Sweettraveler25 (6/5): Good location and quiet place to stay. - We stayed at the Ausonia as a couple for 3 nights (September 10-13, 2023). Good and quiet location. I've booked a queen room with sea view but was given another room. The room was clean but there was a very bad smell coming out of the bathroom/toilet which was very disturbing. There is no fridge, no kettle, no bottled water in the room. Breakfast was basic. The space is limited in the kitchen area, if there is more than 5 people having breakfast, other guests had to wait or come back to have their breakfast. We left early morning on check out day, we were expecting to get at least a coffee on that morning but it was not the case. The bedroom and breakfast room need a makeover. Otherwise, Ausonia is a safe place to stay.

No kettle, no cups, glasses or water in the room. No breakfast room as such, if more than 5 guests want to have breakfast others have to wait as there is no space in the kitchen.

Stuff is rather friendly even though the man doesn't speak any English. Very good croissants. Very small breakfast area that fits only 5-6 people. I doubt that the room floor has ever been swept. On booking.com, it is mentioned that the rooms have minibar, but that is not true.

• Deb (10/5): Beautiful spot and comfortable stay on the Naples coast. - Staying out of Naples in Mergallina was such a bonus - beautiful and close to Metro if you want it. We only used it for Pompeii as everything we wanted to see we could walk to and hop on hop off bus drives past if you want. We stayed in the sea view room which we would reccomended as it was in a different building - a small apartment - big room and very big bathroom. Great value for money. I liked being able to open the balcony doors and there is a side sea view. You have your keys and can come and go as you like. Cleaned daily and continental breakfast provided in the main building. The family who run it are very accommodating and helpful. 😊
• Maka (8/5): Pleasant stay, would be back, thanks to staff for hospitality. - The location is excellent, staff was very helpful, rooms have interesting attractive design, beds are comfortable, hotel is very clean. Our room was on groundfloor, it was ok, but I'd prefer upper stairs. The main problem for us was bad WIFI in our room, in some rooms it was better.

• Petre (8/5): Overall for paid money it is good but better accommodate during late Spring or early summer - Italian breakfast available, excellent coffee prepared by the host. Mainly breakfast was made out of coffee, very tasty croissants + few drinks of juices + plastic packed cereals + plastic packed jam and Nutella. Tea was also available. Heating was a disaster, compared with what we are used to heating system was a disaster, water radiators were starting only once in the morning while Air Conditioning had all the filters full with dust, i cleaned the one in our room but the device need clearly maintenance.

A lot of depositing areas on the top floor. Hot water running without problems. not a lot of space in the common area used for the breakfast, but not necessarily a big issue, just keep this in mind.
