• Antonella (10/5): Bel week end - Accogliente e pulita. Si trova in una zona semicentrale di Cagliari ma a piedi puoi raggiungere il centro in 20 min. Ci sono bar e ristoranti vicino. La camera era molto silenziosa nonostante la via fosse trafficata.

Udostępniony pokój nie miał nic wspólnego ze zdjęć z oferty obiektu. Zamiast pokoju z balkonem i widokiem dostaliśmy pokój z wyjściem na mikroskopijne zarośnięte patio gdzie było masa robactwa.
• kamator (6/5): Nie dla wymagających. - Duży pokój i w sumie ładnie urządzony, pieszo niedaleko do centrum - około 15 minut pieszo. Na plus ekspres do kawy, na minus że dostępne tylko kawy typu espresso. Ładna łazienka ale niestety brudna, pokój zresztą też. Brudno, między łóżkiem a szafką istnieje niezależny świat flory i fauny, pod prysznicem zapleśniałe fugi, kąpałam się w klapkach, ewidentnie widać że ktoś albo nie umie tam sprzątać, albo nie chce mu się do sprzątania przyłożyć. Obicie pufy w pokoju to inny temat, na suficie w sypialni jakiś wykwit, prawdopodobnie przecieka tam dach, przestrzeń pomiędzy balustradą balkonu a oknem, jak i samo okno, tzn jego ramy, w bardzo złym stanie, przydałoby się im mycie, konserwacja i malowanie. No generalnie wszędzie tam gdzie trzeba coś podnieść, odsunąć czy odkręcić, tam wszędzie być zastarzały brud.
• nicola (9/5): Cagliari sempre bella! - A Cagliari per lavoro. E' la seconda volta che soggiorno al Villino. Camera molto carina e pulitissima. Proprietaria alla reception molto accogliente. Vicino al centro sia a piedi con una bella passeggiata che in auto (meglio perchè si fa prima) Parcheggio in strada di fronte alla struttura. La colazione si può fare in un bar a due passi.

• Judit Kátai (5/5): - Closed to Cagliari centre but it's free parking here on the street. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was mouldy and the drain was blocked. You had to run the tap for at least 5 minutes to get some hot water. The street has busy traffic so it was noisy a bit.

• Benedetta (9/5): Always very high standard - I always choose this charming B&B for my last night before flying home, and it never disappoints. The rooms are spotless and cozy, with thoughtful touches that make you feel at ease. It has become a comforting tradition to end my trip here, highly recommended!

Chambre confortable avec une literie de bonne qualité On peut stationner gratuitement juste en bas dans la rue. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas sur place mais dans une cafétéria un peu plus loin dans la même rue. Comme c'était le weekend, nous avons uniquement échangé par messagerie et rencontré (réellement) notre hôte seulement le jour de notre départ.

• Valentina (10/5): Molto carino! - Abbiamo soggiornato presso la camera "Poetto", arredata in maniera impeccabile, tranquilla e silenziosa, con un'ampia cabina armadio e un bagno spazioso, dotata di caraffa per l'acqua calda, macchinetta per caffè in capsule, minifrigo e cortiletto interno molto suggestivo. La colazione, ottima, viene servita in caffetterie nelle vicinanze.
• Silvia (9/5): - Die Ausstattung und die Farben waren sehr schön, Zimmer Größe war super, hatten extra Schrankraum, und kleine Terrasse, Empfang war nett, Betten bequem. Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage sehr leise. Parken wenn frei, war vor dem Hotel möglich, sonst im Park gegenüber war dahinter großer Parkplatz, alles gratis. Frühstück bei Bistro Mama, sie war sehr bemüht, italienisches Frühstück, Croissants und Blätterteig, Wasser und Saft, aber auf Wunsch auch Rührei, Butter und Marmelade, waren 3 Tage dort, gab mal Mortadella, Weisse Brötchen,1 Kaffee dabei, wenn man mehr will, extra zu bezahlen. In Italien gibt es halt italienisches Frühstück

• Benedetta (10/5): Short stay in Cagliari - I had to stay one night in Cagliari before catching an early flight back home. The Villino was perfectly suitable, offering the convenience of reaching the airport in around 10 minutes. The surroundings are comfortable, with several services and supermarkets nearby. The room was very comfortable, clean, and pleasant to stay in. The staff were very kind.

The room scent is amazing. 1 minute walk to the left of the hotel a Pizzaria Re Artu one of the most delicious pizza restaurant ever. The hotel is near to the city center . With a car rent your stay in Il Villino will be an exceptional stay to discover Cagliari. The hotel also is very near to the airport and Conan market. • Benedetta (10/5): Short weekend - Il Villino is a very nice place where to stay to visit Cagliari. It is very close to the airport reachable in about 10 minutes. It is well connected by bus to the old city centre, which is only about 30 minutes far away on foot. The surrounding is full of supermarkets, bakeries, bars cafes and restaurants. The rooms are nice, cosy and spacious. The furniture reminds me of the traditional Sardinian style. Breakfast is typically Italian, pasta e cappuccino, very delicious.

• Benedetta (10/5): A nice place where to stay - This is a very nice place to stay. It is close to the old city center, which can be easily reached on foot or by bus (the bus stop is close by). All around, there are many bars and restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. The typical Italian breakfast is served in the nearby bar. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Elmas Airport can be reached in around 10 min by car. The central train station is also a couple of minutes away by car or by bus (line 9).

The WiFi didn’t work well on the other side of the room, only in the corridor. The breakfast was too limited, however the lady in the restaurant was very friendly, helpful and gave us extra food, sandwiches, etc she was lovely.

Francesca was very helpful and provided really great services. Breakfasts in the coffee shop were delicious. Nice local products to try. The room was nice and clean with a small garden and kitchen. Beautiful! The beach stuff in the wardrobe at the guest's disposal. The coffee machine in the room, fridge and the air-conditioner were very helpful and made my time in the room just pleasant. The first night spent in the room without the windows, not very nice experience. But that was solved quickly..
• Chiovitti (10/5): Very cute, unique room with a lovely kitchen and patio. - Beautiful room and patio with access to a kitchen from the patio! Very unique! Room was clean and tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed. There was also a cool rooftop terrace accessible by a circular staircase. A little far from the downtown core and beaches although bus #9 and #1 run frequently. There is a grocery store nearby if you want to make your own meal.

• Robert (8/5): Great host, location and breakfast experience - The host is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, you have to walk just 15 minutes from the centre of the town. The breakfast is a great experience at Mamma Bistrot. It looks a little bit old the rooms and they have an ancient smell.

• Natalie (7/5): Good - Perfect location, 20 minuts walking distance from center. Breakfast in the cafe in the streeth with very nice lady owner; brings everthing you want. Room 101 on the front of the bilding, if you open the window, the traffic noise is very bothering. The bilding houses cats; my spouce is very allergics for cats. There is also moisture in the room due to the adjacent bathroom with poor extraction and ventilation. People with astmatic bronchitis not the best place to be.

• Chris (10/5): Worth considering - This is a quaint small establishment. Only a few rooms so nice and quiet. It’s only minutes from the train station. One train stop from the airport and one station from Cagliari. ( only a few euro for a train ticket). The receptionist was very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags in our room on the last day until the afternoon as no one else had booked our room that day. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Reception was open for limited times but this wasn’t a problem because they communicated well with us before arriving and during our stay. Nothing to dislike about the property.
• Simon (6/5): Lovely room in a good location but overpriced for what else you get. - Good location with just a 10 min walk into the centre of Cagliari. The room was lovely - probably our best of the holiday Breakfasts are served at the cafe opposite which was fine and the lady there was lovely with plenty of food and drinks. Apart from a very brief check in, we never saw anyone at the property. The wi fi only seemed to work near the reception desk and not in the room. Although the room was tidied each day, the floor was dirty, there were no replacement coffee / tea sachets and the same with the toiletries.

Since we arrived very early in the morning we were allowed to check in ear - Owner, Staff, Price, Location and environment is excellent !!! Hotel is situated near a small Park with a fountain where u can get potable drinking water and some sport equipments where you can do your exercise for free. It is like an open air gym for free in the park. It is also near bus stations, supermarket and restaurants…..

• Benedetta (10/5): Short stay in Cagliari - I am used to spending one or two nights in Cagliari every time I visit Sardinia. I always choose to stay at Il Villino because it is very nice. The staff is kind, the location is very comfortable, and one can reach the city center on foot or take a bus at the nearby stop. Bars, supermarkets, and restaurants are very close to the B&B. WiFi was not working perfectly. This was surprising. Usually, everything is perfect.

I cannot say anything bad, lots of mosquito but that could be applied to another accomodations as well.

All went really well. Would definitely come back. The internet wasn’t fast enough for work, but lucky there was a coffee shop Qb Cagliari Cagliari, that had excellent Wi-Fi for calls! If you need to get on a call, don’t bother to look for a coworking in the area.

Air-condition has problems and didn't cold the room well, only after lots of hours. I informed the host and told me that it works well. Also, towels and sheets were old, they need renew of new ones. About location, it was 20' away from the city center, not so easy to walk in summer.

• Nina (4/5): Disappointing - The room and bathroom were spacious and nicely furnished, I appreciated the coffee machine provided. The hotel is easy to access by car and the airport is easily reached. We were given a room below the ground level (which we were not aware of when booking), it was dark and the air was rather damp, the air freshener too strong.
• Marie (5/5): value for money was not satisfying - OK location it was noisy- the windows were facing the street and it was hard to sleep because of traffic noise the interior was a bit worn out breakfast meant a selection of pastry and a coffee at a cafe next door

• Benedetta (10/5): Two nights in Cagliari - Fantastic as usual. I think I spent at least 4/5 short weekends here and it is always very nice. Nice staff, nice room, well-connected location, the bus stops close-by, with several bars and supermarkets close by.
• Benedetta (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice building, with a very nice and conformable room. It is my second time here and I got my favourite room: the Poetto. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The breakfast is typical: cappuccino and pasta that I took at the bar close by. Also, the barista was very kind. The location is also very close to the city centre that can be reached by bus in a couple of minutes (the bus stop is very close) or on foot. There is also a supermarket within walking distance and several restaurants and bistros.
• Nadia (9/5): Superb - The two ladies at the reception were very kind and generous with advice on where to eat, what to visit. We also booked in the same hotel the second time back to Cagliari. Misunderstanding on the breakfast

• Benedetta (10/5): Short weekend in the city - Wonderful! We had the Poetto room which is a fantastic, very large room, with a large bathroom, access to a small idyllic garden, and all facilities (iron, ironing board, dressing room, and so on). We received a coupon for a typical Italian breakfast (cappuccino + pasta) but we did not use it.
