Gabriele (9/5): Top-Lage - perfekt für Ruhesuchende - Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft und ruhig, trotzdem nur wenige Fahrtkilometer von Alcudia Strand und Altstadt entfernt. Man konnte stundenlang auf dem Balkon oder der Dachterasse die wundervolle Aussicht genießen. Der Pool war sehr angenehm und wurde einmal wöchentlich gereinigt. Die nur wenige Meter entfernte Bucht (kein Sandstrand, man muss über 2-3 Meter Kies laufen) hatte glasklares und um diese Jahreszeit noch angenehm warmes Wasser. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief problemlos und freundlich. Check-in über Schlüsselbox. Es gibt fußläufig einen kleinen Sparmarkt für den Grundbedarf an Lebensmitteln (auch frisches Brot). Das Haus war sehr sauber, große Badetücher waren in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. - Die Betten waren teilweise sehr hart. - Es gab eine heftige Moskitoplage (schwarze Tigermücken), hier wären Moskitonetze oder -gitter hilfreich gewesen. - Es gibt sehr viele Fernbedienungen für die Markisen, Beschattungen und Klimaanlagen. Wir hätten uns dazu eine Einführung gewünscht. Die Abbildungen im Begrüßungsheft waren wenig hilfreich. Es ist uns bis zum letzten Tag nicht gelungen, das Tor zur Einfahrt zu öffnen, wobei Parken an der Straße auch kein Problem ist (Handbremse nicht vergessen ;-)) -In den öffentlichen Bereichen hängen zwei Kameras. Hier wäre eine Aufklärung erforderlich, wann diese in Betrieb sind. Vermutlich sind sie mit dem Alarmsystem (war nicht an) gekoppelt, aber eine Information wäre trotzdem gut gewesen. So fühlte man sich immer etwas beobachtet.
