• petar (6/5): - I only goto this hotel for the pool that is attached next door at the aquatic centre. It’s a great big pool that you can actually do laps. There’s water slides and another lounge type pool. Best part is it’s open until 3am. The hotel staff is not attentive and the rooms could use a good clean (spider webs). But for the pool and the distance to the airport. I stay here and I’ll stay here again.
• Shahin (2/5): Terribile mai avuto esperienza peggiore - Se venite qui' guardando le foto sul Sito ecc sbagliate di grosso.Tutto un vero inganno.L'hotel sta messo malissimo,struttura stanca.Stanza sporca,muffa in diccia,la doccia rotta.Igiene zero sia in stanza che in sala colazione.Appena arrivati ci hanno dato una che non corrispondeva a cio' che avevamo pagato.Con insistenza hanno cambiato.Hanno detto subito che la piscina diettro e' chiusa per maltempo(c'era il sole che spaccava)la piscina e' vuota da anni,si vede dalle foto che allego.mentre sul sito la piscina si vede con le persone dentro.Colazione misera,non c'e niente,igiene zero,sporco tutto sia in camera che altrove.sotto allego tutto cio' che mi sono trovato.non esiste un controllo!!??le foto non sono reali!!!

• Verified traveler (2/5): Mardröm - Som ett sämre vandrarhem. Hotellet ligger i ett industriområde långt utanför civilisationen. Blandaren i duschen var trasig så vattnet var ca 40-42 grader oavsett. Spolfunktionen i toaletten var kass. Mögel i duschen. Slitet. Katastrofal frukost. Poolen avstängd, smutsig och uråldrig. Stenhårda sängar och enormt otrevlig personal. Det kallaste på ac’n var 26 grader. Nu när jag tänker efter är det nog den sämsta hotellupplevelse jag någonsin haft. Bilderna på vattenlandet har dom med största sannolikhet snott från ett annat hotell. Vi hade dock tillgång till det lilla badhuset på andra sidan gatan som var okej. När vi skulle checka ut (kl. 03:30) var receptionisten så full att hon fick ta hjälp av en lite nyktrare kompis. En fullständig katastrof.

• Kristine (4/5): Føj - Vi fik et værelse hvor hoveddør var knækket , så fik vi en anden værelse bagefter , da var under renovering , mega lam hele natten rund da flyvemaskiner flyver lide over , vi fik et værelse uden gardiner , der var ingen vand på badeværelse , morgenmad var virkelig ullækert , næsten ingenting på buffet ( hvis man kan kalde det for en ) glass og kopper mega beskidte , personale i restauranten sur !

This is a pet friendly hotel which explains the smell, but however is easily visibly on the listing when booking. My daughter has sever allergies and was sneezing and wheezy the following day. We asked to be moved to another room and were told it was fully booked.

Anche un'altra persona che ha pernottato nello stesso hotel mi ha detto la stessa cosa e non mangiato nulla. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Camera molto grande ad un prezzo valido. • César (6/5): Disappointed with the SPA closed! - I spent 4 nights at this hotel, in January 2025. At the time of booking, it was written (and continues to be): "SPA open every day". I was very disappointed upon arrival, they say it was closed, only open from May to September. False information on the booking website.

Asked about a couple of sandwiches instead of breakfast (very early checkout) - a member of staff was supposed to see what he could do - never got any info back or any breakfast to take away either...

• Jörg (4/5): - Nicht zu empfehlen – Schimmel und Lärm Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider alles andere als angenehm. Schon beim Betreten unseres Zimmers bemerkten wir einen unangenehmen Geruch, der sich später als Schimmel entpuppte. Im Badezimmer war deutlich schwarzer Schimmel an den Fugen zu sehen, was ein absolutes No-Go ist, besonders für Menschen mit Allergien oder Asthma. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ein Reinfall. Die Auswahl war extrem begrenzt und bestand hauptsächlich aus Wurstwaren und Marmelade welche schimmelig waren und wenig frischen Produkten. Als wir das Personal darauf ansprach, wurde es heruntergespielt, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass hier auf Hygiene nicht viel Wert gelegt wird. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarte ich mehr Vielfalt und Qualität. Zusätzlich war es extrem laut. Sowohl Lärm vom Flughafen als auch laute Gäste von einer Hochzeitslocation machten es fast unmöglich, in Ruhe zu schlafen. Ich hatte gehofft, mich hier erholen zu können, aber stattdessen war es eine sehr stressige Erfahrung. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Schimmel, schlechtes Essen und Lärmbelästigung sind inakzeptabel. Mein Aufenthalt war eine große Enttäuschung.

• Sabina (2/5): Ikke et besøg værd - Rigtig ærgerlig oplevelse. Hotellet lever slet ikke op til billederne og er langt fra virkeligheden. Hotellet var iskolde og ikke til at snakke med, da de kontaktes. Finder blod på hovedpude, fugtpletter på flere elementer, samt løst siddende genstande på vægge. Badeværelse slet ikke rent. Badelandet lugtede så meget, at man slet ikke kunne benytte sig af det. Virkelig ulækkert og absolut ikke et sted jeg kan anbefale. Billederne snakker for sig selv.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - We booked this hotel mainly because of the large pool and got the information that all pools and waterpark was up and running after renovation. But the pool was not at all ready for use. The waterpark was just ok, pool chairs in poorly shape and rather dirty in general. Rooms won’t leave you surprised; just as ugly decorated as in the pics. Only, the cockroaches were not in the pics, perhaps because they are in general not so photogenic. Putting the ugly interior design and the cockroaches aside, be prepared to wake up every 30-60 seconds, starting from around 2 am till 6 am, of airplanes about to land at the airport just a few kms away. You can more or less wave at the passangers and they wave back, thats how close the airplanes are to the building so imagine the level of noise. If you are not a picky traveller and enjoy waterparks of rather low quality included in the hotel fee, then you will like this place.

Selve rommet er egt greit:) Det vises fine bilder på Hotels.com, men uteområdet er ikke åpent og bassenget har ikke vann, ja det er et badeland ved siden av men det stinker og det er nesten ingenting som er åpent! Var mye bedre å bare være på rommet! Inkludert frokost er jo alltid digg, men når det er så dårlig tørr mat, d ødelegger hele opplevelsen!

• Verified traveler (2/5): Pool og spa-afdeling er ikke åben pga. renovering - Dette hotel blev booket da det fremgik af beskrivelsen og billederne, at der var indendørs pool, spa, sauna, træningsrum etc. Da vi når frem til hotellet er pool og spa-afdeling lukket pga. renovering. Vi blev opkrævet fuld pris som hvis vi havde haft adgang til hotellets faciliteter. Det var ikke pengene værd og dybt kritisabelt, at det ikke fremgik, at pool og spa-afdelingen var lukket.

• Sarah (4/5): - We reserved a non-smoking room and were assigned a smoking room. We requested to move which was quite easy but the new room did not have functioning AC and it was 35 degrees outside. It was a very hot uncomfortable sleep. The room was also dirty. I’d suggest staying elsewhere.
• Maria (2/5): - Not a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star. Bedding was stained, very noticeable. The bathroom toilet was dirty and rusty and shower made terrible loud noises. Very disorganized at the check in, gave rooms out that were still occupied. Overall the worst experience.
• Marija (4/5): Not at all as pictured - First it’s in the middle of nowhere. Second it’s on the flight route so planes loudly fly over it every few minutes. The hallway reeks of smoke even though it’s a non-smoking hotel allegedly. There’s no bell boy but the receptionist is super nice and helpful. You get one key per room even though there were 4 of us so had to let each other in ( you need that key for electricity.) The outdoors pools were cold and not open. The indoor ones didn’t look clean and there were random towels on the stairs. The cafe in the indoor pool area never washed their coffee glasses-I have never seen something so dirty. This is not a 4 star hotel. 2 stars at most. The only redemption is the nice and helpful female receptionist.

For breakfast nothing fresh and everything was cold( pancakes, bread, przenice…) Our room was really ok, spaceus and clean-but our hairdryer and phone didnt work. All in all there is no value for money.

It's getting pld, a lot of stuff need attention- repair, thorough cleaning etc. I always enjoy the swimming pool with sauna, especially because they open till 3 am. This time there were some people who smoked cigarettes there (at about 1-2 am). That was not nice, since I was trying to swim and breathe.
• Branimir (10/5): Belgrade Airport stay - Good hotel linked to indoor and outdoor water parks where you can make a lot of fun. Breakfast could be better as there are no many hot food options, cold food was satisfactory. Parking is free. Bear in mind outdoor water park is seasonal and closes on the 29th of August. Hotel is conveniently close to Belgrade Airport (10 minutes ride).

Closer to the airport.
• Theodora (8/5): Hotel with waterpark far away from all - Booked especially to enjoy the waterpark and we loved it. The slide wasn't working outside for 2 days so we only played indoor pools. The water was warm so it was great despite cool weather. Great for children and family. No other activity or nice restaurant in the area and hotel restaurant is limited. Be prepared and come only if you want to maximise the waterpark.

The local area where this is located is not ideal as there is not much else to do there and the hotel prices for food were a bit dear, but the quality of entertainment is fantastic and I will definetly be staying here again!!

• Diana Mae (8/5): Nothing special, but convenient to airport. - My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to our flight the following morning out of Belgrade Airport. The rooms were small, food stops at 8:30 which is crazy. We had to order from a nearby fast food place - which isn't advisable. All in all, the only good part is the connecting pool area that is quite spacious. Nice place to stay if you aren't looking for anything extravagant. Good breakfast!
