Maria (10/5): Lovely hotel with thoughtful touch - We really liked the hotel! The rooms were VERY spacious and each had a large bathroom and kitchenette. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very kind and accommodating for people who came down a tad later than the end of breakfast- very rarely seen these days. Plenty or restaurants in walking distance, hotel restaurant also had delicious food for daytime meals by the pool. Gym was spacious and had good amount of equipment, too. Complimentary self-service laundry a great touch, especially if you’re on a longer trip.

Property manager Moutaz was very Handled our booking details Moutaz was flexible and accommodating in handling our booking details. My family of three enjoyed the pool and terrace. Housekeeping was efficient and prompt. Yaser kept our room in great shape. Their restaurant UmKhalil is authentic and comfortable. Loved spending a long evening in their patio garden. The breakfast is varied and tasteful. But I wish they didn’t allow small children to handle the food. As a basic courtesy to the rest of the guests, parents should serve their children’s plate anywhere there is buffet style food service. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Looking forward to our return.

Zaynal (10/5): - breakfast is not up to the 5 stars hotel, noticed flies in the area, poor selection of items, Bathroom shower leaking outside shower area, made a pool at the bathroom area no mini bar items in-fridge or outside no floor ice machine Curb hotel entrance is dirty and side walks needs to be painted, seems never been done room windows are dirty, could hardly see outside Tv is not tilted in any direction, so if I am in bed, it is not easy to see tv, some fixtures is not fit correctly and not professionaly, example: fixture in the kitchen area (light hanging on the table) not properly affix and there is paint on the side of it. some other light fixtures are NOT affix to the ceiling. One huge problem and I don't know if I didn't see it, or it is not there, but could not find any USB connection in the room, which it amaze me that first class hotel does not have. TV is confusing to use, and too many channel selections and if there is, it is not so helpful for anyone. Few other things, but it is enough for now. thanks

Rodney (10/5): - I was upgraded from the studio l booked to a one bedroom which was great. I had also requested a room with a nice view and was placed on a high floor with a view over the downtown. The property itself was excellent and had all the amenities you would expect of a good hotel. The location is in a very good area with nearby supermarket and many food options a short walk away. It was also quite close to the downtown. The service was excellent throughout the hotel nothing was too much trouble for the staff to organise. This included transport, directions and tours. The staff arranged a personal tour of the remote Desert Castles which was excellent. The pool & bar area with expansive views of the city was a great place to unwind in the late afternoon. Overall I would highly recommend a stay.

Lynnette (10/5): Great for families or long trips - The bedroom is separate from a large living area and a kitchen. We Wouldn’t be there for breakfast so they made us a boxed Breakfast. Convenient Location and great Hotel

Andrew (10/5): Family break / friends wedding - We booked an airport transfer through them which unfortunately did not turn up, however this was quickly corrected & they arranged a transfer through the airport taxi service which was quite an experience! After that our stay was fantastic. The room we stayed in was extremely spacious. The staff were helpful whenever called upon. We have stayed in many 5 star accommodations throughout the world & this is up there.
Suzan (10/5): Great place and staff - This hotel is nearby almost everything in Amman. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a spacious balcony with a great view of Amman.

The staff (from the valet, front desk, dining, housekeeping, pool bar) were all fantastic and accommodating. The room, breakfast, pool area/bar, and location all were fantastic. MOHAMMED (6/5): Poor Condition and many flies - The hotel is full of flies and insects and they said they can do nothing about it. They don’t even want to spray anything. The toilets are extremely decaying. The landscape is stunning but the condition of the hotel is not up to the standard. The picture in the album is not free access and it is required to pay extra to use its pool. At the other pool the guys refused to even provide extra towels.
